The store is Amazing ! The owners and employees are extreamly knowledgeable and helpful, They can fix just about anything with cell phones and laptops they are great people and very easy to talk to and they explain and go over everything with there customers they helped me with my phone. They helped me get a New phone when it was time and they also helped me pick out a phone case I really liked and ordered it . Great all round customer service and knowledge of products . I recommend checking in if youre ever driving by and somethings wrong with youre device or devices you should stop by!!!

In & Out were extremely helpful to me! I went in for a part for my tablet and after several search attempts he couldnt find the part but he did everything he could to try and help me find it. I called asking about a problem with my laptop. I spoke with Hunter. He took the time to explain the problem and suggested i purchase a $40 part at Best Buy to correct the issue. Left many screws out, left the inside of my phone case soaked with water, didn’t reattach the cover plates and ive been to this place twice to get it fixed first time said i had a 2 year warranty on my cracked screen well it cracked again due to the poor quality phone screens they supply and guess what. They told me i had no warranty. WORSTSHOP EVER!!!

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!! This guy said he’d replace my battery on my phone and price match anyone and warranty it 2 years. My iPhone 6 has worked perfectly for the last 2 years with the exception of the recent battery drainage issue. This guy says he can fix the issue. NOPE. When I powered it on for the first time I found that the screen was not functioning properly which according to Apple and several other iPhone specialists this is a common problem with replacement batteries if not replaced by Apple. However, when I tried to resolve the issue with the store, I was told that I would have to pay for a new screen and that might not even fix the problem. And they said I could send it to Apple to fix the motherboards for more money. Basically claiming no responsibility. So here I am with a useless iPhone 6 because this idiot doesn’t know what he’s doing. Oh and when I looked at my receipt he didn’t price match the competitor as promised... Don’t use these crooks. Also I went next door to the Broken Gadget after all this and they were able to fix the phone temporarily AND at NO COST. They said the idiot had put a screw in that was the wrong size (too long) and the length caused pressure to create the problem. Unfortunately, the battery the original idiot “fixed” it with didn’t last much longer anyway so I just had to get a new phone. WORTHLESS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I was so frustrated with my cell phone having issues and a continual cycle of trying to get it resolved, until I came to this place. By far the best customer service experience Ive ever had. They were diligent to meet my needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommend these guys.

Learned that CPR replaces the Zagg product same day for $10. Came into the store greeted with a friendly smile and fast service. They even put the product on my phone with no additional cost. Wish I knew I could have purchased this product here originally because I would have.

They replaced a phone screen very quickly and were very helpful. I was given two different quotes for a same service by two different employees, however I was charged the cheapest quote.

Hunter was very polite and very honest. I thought my screen was cracked on my iphone and it was only the screen protector that was cracked. He couldve taken it out back and told me it was the screen that was cracked and charged me a lot of money, but he was honest and told me it was just my screen protector and saved me almost a hundred dollars. I would recommend to anybody and everybody. Plus my new screen protector has a life time warranty.

I have used In and Out repair before, lowest prices around, fast repair time, and customer service is off the charts. The first time I brought a phone in for a screen replacement they had my phone back to me in a couple of hours. . I recently brought my phone in for a charging port repair and it ended up being some sand and lint in the charging port. They had it fixed in seconds!!! They have my phone repair business for life!

I would highly recommend anyone with a phone problem to go to in and out smart repair . I was highly impressed with the care and quickness this business had with fixing my phone ! I went into the store a couple days ago with a cracked iPhone 6 screen, my phone company was wanting to charge like 50$ more than in and out did, and along with it, was going to have to send the phone off and not get it back for a week, I called in and out and they scheduled me a appointment and told me it would be same day and I could watch them as well so no funny business would go on, they were very professional when I called, hunter was the one who fixed my phone, he genuinely cared to have my phone fixed and was very friendly, he even stayed a little later just to make sure my phone was fixed just right ! When you come into CPR, you are greeted with a big smile, a warming welcome and the feeling of comfort as if you were walking into a loved ones home... This store is owned and operated by a Mother (front desk/sales) and her son (tech). Such wonderful people!!! I only had about 20 mins to spare and needed my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed. When I first asked approximately how long it would take, they said, “a little over an hour!” So, I explained to them that I didn’t have that long and that I would be back tomorrow. But, with no hesitation, the mother looked at the son, the son looked at the mother and BAM, they said they could get it done in 20 mins... so about 15 mins passed by and the mother brought the phone out... I WAS AMAZED. My phone (no exaggeration needed) LOOKED BRAND NEW. I would recommend this place to anyone close by or miles away!!!

Phil provided outstanding service to replace the battery in my iphone 5s in a very reasonable timeframe and price.

Expensive...pay up front ...wait for parts...hear nothing back for over a full 10 days conservatively and that was the experience we had getting a Samsung Galaxy tablet and a Samsung Galaxy phablet fixed. Last time we use this place. Shop around if your phone is busted.

I went to In & out smart repair after a week of not having a phone bc mine was broken. It took me that long bc I was completely scared to hear how much it would cost to fix. When I arrived Mr. Hunter was so welcoming and immediately noticed that my phone simply required the use of an OEM charger. As a result my visit did not cost me a single dime. I also felt kind of dumb but Hunter made me feel a lot better about it a assured me that it was a mistake that many people wouldve made. I was so pleased with the service I received that I picked up some accessories and had Hunter fix another phone of mine that was broken bc I really felt that I could not leave without giving this place my business. Thank you so much, Hunter! You were so friendly and knowledgeable that I will never go anywhere else for my repair needs. Also, he fixed my other phone in minutes and it was very very affordable.
