Always helpful staff, store is clean!

Everyone here is so friendly, every time I come in here these 2 young ladies are always so helpful and really go out of their way to help me, keep up the good work !! Antinique was so helpful and so was the other young lady I forgot her name

Their phones and service plans are good. However, their instore customer service sucks. Being the only customer inside with a manager and one clueless new hire present, I inquired about the promotion offered on Apple Iphone. Manager received a call on his phone and that was the last chance I had to speak with him. New hire didnt know squat. Not how I would run business. 😡

I did not like the fact that they asked me about my full name and date of birth just to top up my account, never happened to me in any of the t mobile stores

The cellular service is terrible no one on the phone knows anything I went back after 4 days and returned the phone and canceled the service still waiting on a refund! No one seems to care and it’s been over 30 days!! I will be returning to the store today to find out the status on my refund very frustrating!!! It was the mistake of the manager at the store who didn’t cancel the automatic payments coming out of my account so I got charged, he doesn’t care and it’s terrible that I have to pay for his mistake!! Do not use this service or store you will be very disappointed!

Terrible customer service

Customer service professionals were very nice and very attentive. They did everything they could to answer our questions. But, the programs they offer were not easy to understand due to requirements that were never mentioned in advertising. Store was very clean. They had an ok. Selection. All the top phones offered. Accessories were plentiful. Great selection of speakers and voice assisted devices.

Friendly service and great prepaid plans

My experience with T-Mobile today was very good

Have been to this location 3 times now. Once to purchase a new phone for me. Once to purchase a new phone for my wife. And today, to have them activate a new phone that was replaced due to theft. All three times received excellent customer service.

Customer service sucks. The gentleman working the store was rude and didn’t have knowledge of the products or how they work. Other T mobile stores are better and friendly.

The employees have no experience at all.

The staff at the Ocean Springs branch is always more than helpful and friendly. Went in their with a problem and they helped me within 20 minutes.

Called twice the day before the iPhone X launch and was told that the store would have them available. One rep even called me back and told me that they would have them. Wasted 4 hours of waiting outside and the manager said they didn’t get any.
