This is my Halloween go-to store every year, whether Im looking for a big ticket item or just a new mask. Theyre fully stocked, customer friendly and priced reasonably. Dont wait til the end of October!

We bought some costumes for Halloween 2 days ago. Today we tried to return the wig and tights in unopened packages due to not needing them and were told we could not return them due to them not being costumes. Really???? These were bought specifically to be part of a costume from a Halloween decoration and costume store. There was no notice stating this at time of purchase. I will never buy from this store again and will not recommend them. Terrible customer service. Beware.

Its around that time of year again, so I went to check out some costumes for Halloween and here is what I found. Some new stuff but most of it was the same like last time, u know regular costumes like witches, doctors, etc but what surprise me was they had more stuff from the movie trick or treat which is a b rated movie I believe but pretty good awesome movie. More stuff like Sams outfit accessories and even his masks so awesome I just wish there were more anime stuff but most stores dont carry much on it, unless it Naruto, dragon ball z, or bleach. Wish more stores would expands the anime section. Thanks for being awesome

Very unique Halloween Store, well worth the drive to Ocean Springs, Mississippi. I LOVED the ANIMATROICS THEY WERE BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS, TRUELY THE HALLOWEEN LOOKS AND SOUNDS, SUPER FANTASTIC.

Decent prices and amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to find me a hard to find costume.

This place is pretty awesome. Lots and lots of choices for costumes and decorations.The staff is super helpful and despite having a pretty full store checked with everyone to see if they needed help.The selection of yard decorations and ideas are outstanding. A must-visit for your Halloween shopping.

Cant try anything on. And after I asked to try things on, and proceeded to have to grab multiple costumes to buy and try on at home, right before I scan my card I ask about right when they stated they do ZERO returns. THEY WERENT GOING TO TELL ME KNOWING DARN WELL WHAT WAS GOING ON. Waste of a store and terrible employees.

The girl working the cash register was super nice! The store is neatly organized, and its easy to find what youre looking for.

I always love halloween stores. Spirit is one of my favorites! The people that work here are very nice!

They had what I was looking for! The staff was AMAZING and went above and beyond! Even carried my 2 skeletons to the Jeep for me and told her she didnt have to!

This place was horrible. Employee floor staff followed us around the whole store with my 2 daughters like we was gonna steal the whole store. Had brought merchandise to the counter so I didn’t have to carry it around the store. But I left and didn’t buy anything. Will never go here again. Not very welcoming needs a whole lot new training.

Great displays, and tons and tons of accessories. If you cant find what you need for Halloween here, it doesnt exist, or youll have to make it yourself. BUT they are really expensive.

Spirit halloween is my go to store for halloween costumes every year! Staff has good customer service and will help you find what you need. Keep in mind that the online website will obviously have more choices

This place is pretty awesome, but a little over priced & didnt have anything to fit my son! Not very much of a selection for grown ups either...

Ceiling was slowly leaking tonight and area was not blocked off so I got some nasty old water funk on my shoulder.I know they rent or lease their locations so the water leak was not their fault. But not moving the display or roping off that small area was 100% their fault.And they cant use the excuse that they had nowhere else to move that display bc it was October 30th and they had a TON of free floor space in there.

Friendly employees and great halloween merchandise

Floor staff was very polite and helpful, cashiers were extremely rude! I had never been here before, so I had no idea where everything was. I had found the cutest costume for my son, I started to walk up to the register not knowing where to go, I just followed the family that was walking up there. It was only my son and I and the family before me. They checked out and i walked up to the counter and put my item down and as I put my item down another person walks up from the opposite side. The cashier completely ignores me and he asks the people that came up after me if he could help them, I looked at him and said I was here first, my item is already on the counter and I have been waiting 5 minutes for my turn and you also just let the people that were in front of me come this way and you checked them out no problem. He looked at me and said Line starts that way, so they get helped first, you will have to go in the back of the line. I was not about to wait another 5 minutes with a fussy child, so I put my stuff down and left.
