After being assigned to a different company that didnt even look at our fridge, our home warranty rep luckily reassigned us to Axis. They came out the following business day within the time window they told us and took a little over a week to return with all the necessary parts. They were super easy to communicate with via texts reminders and Igor took care of the problem much quicker than the other company. Luckily we had already rented a fridge for the month after the first couple weeks of the other company giving us the run around so we were more than happy to wait less than two weeks for the fridge parts to arrive. Now it appears our LG fridge is up and running and for only a fraction of the cost we wouldve spent going through the manufacturer.Thank you so much to Igor and the Axis team for all your hard work and help!!!!

The absolute worst appliance repair company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have been waiting 5 weeks for them to repair my refrigerator/freezer! First they forgot to order the parts, that took two extra weeks, then when the parts finally arrived they scheduled my repair for 9AM-12PM one and a half weeks later. Then on the day they were supposed to arrive they called at 11:15AM to tell me they cant make that window they need to push it to 3PM-6PM that afternoon. I have appointments scheduled around the window of time they gave me and have house guests arriving in two days for my wedding!

If you could rate less than one star, I would. They were scheduled to come out on a home warranty service call and never bothered to show. They blamed it on a corrupt computer system. They finally came out a couple of days later and didnt want to spend more than a few minutes on the item and said it was repaired. It wasnt and I tried contacting their office on the number listed in their Work Order Invoice and never received a call back over two weeks of leaving messages. I have since learned that the number that is listed belongs to the managers cell phone. How can you manage a company and not return client calls? I also sent emails and text messages which were never responded to.I finally resorted to contacting my home warranty company who called upon Axis Appliance to do the service to my home. They finally responded to me and gave a ton of excuses.

My experience with this Axis Appliance Repair, so bad.Here is my story. I had to get my refrigerator serviced through this one because my home insurance assigned so.The technician came by ONE week after I had requested for the repair. He came back with some parts he had ordered after ANOTHER week later. HOWEVER, the problem still persists and I have to wait another 10 days for the technician to visit me again. When he comes back, I am sure I have to wait another 7-10 days for the new parts.Sigh, it takes about ONE MONTH to repair a refrigerator my case(if I am lucky).

By far the worst customer service I have ever received! Waited two weeks for the repair man to come out to fix my washer after he diagnosed the issue the first time he came out. Left without repairing it! Said he had no idea what the issue was and couldn’t fix it. Contacted the office to see what my next step was and spoke to Maria. She was extremely rude hung up on me several times while I was waiting to speak to the supervisor. Was told by Maria to go to the Laundromat to do my Laundry in the most condescending tone I have ever heard. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Had been assigned this company by Home Depot to do my repair. The first appt, the tech was not on time and took a picture of issue. Said he would have to order part and return. Another tech returned 2 weeks out and said he didnt have correct part and would get it. He just left and didnt say it he would return that day or another day. Had to call the office and was on hold for like 30 min. Was told repair would take another 10 days. I asked for supervisor to contact me and till this day no call. I proceed to call Home Depot and told them the situation and asked to be assigned to another repair company. This is ridiculous!! I asked Home depot not to pay any fees for second visit since its seems they just want to charge for doing nothing!!! Also requested them not to use them for any future customers.

This firm is contracted by First American Home Warranty to perform installation of a down draft vent replacement unit. The unit was delivered to us more than a month ago. Axis sent two techs, each stayed for less than one minute, taking pictures and left. Called to reschedule, they did then changed. Then we are supposed to have two techs showing today. No show, no call. I called three times, the office hang up on me. Then continuously put me to their voice message. Extremely poor and pathetic service and people!!!

Requested service through American Home Shield to replace the water/ice dispenser lever on my 11 year old refrigerator. It was a small plastic piece with the spring attached that broke. We’ve used the dispenser on average about 25 times a day for the last 11 years. The technician arrived in his own vehicle, took 2 photos of the refrigerator, filled out an invoice and left. He only said a few words. A few days later I received an email from American Home Shield that my claim was denied because the technician wrote that the lever was broke due to excessive force and that plastic piece doesn’t break due to normal wear and tear! But, Axis would fix it for $299! I called Axis twice to discuss the report, no one answered the phone! I left two messages and no one ever called back! I didn’t use Axis, nor would I ever! I had another company come out, the technician stated that this piece does break frequently due to wear and tear over time, and he replaced the part!

Technician came out on 5/4/2021 due to Samsung dryer making marks on clothing. Technician stated on invoice that marks were due to space between drum and dryer body. His report to Lowe’s warranty service was opposite of what was written on invoice and warranty company refused to make repairs. We then had to go to Lowe’s store management who requested Axis make said repairs but they again reported it was our misuse of dryer that was causing the marks. Lowe’s then had a second technician come out (from a different company) who stated marks were common for this model and drum needed to be replaced. Try also stated dryer was in good condition. Axis was never able to locate original invoice and why they made a false report to the insurance company is anyone’s guess but I will never use them again.

I have had technicians come 4 separate times to fix my dishwasher (error indicated a new Sump was necessary). Axis sent Vlad twice and both times he was late to my appointment (which was a generous 3 hour window).While he replaced the Sump and the dishwasher is now working after several weeks, he was completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. He spent nearly 2 hours at my place and the moment I stepped out of the kitchen to take a phone call I heard him leave my unit and close the door. When I went to inspect his work in the kitchen I found the following:1. A giant mucky puddle where he dumped the contents of the old Sump (I watched him do this, he did not clean up)2. Splinters from my cabinet where he clearly shoved the dishwasher back into place, causing damage3. Loose screws and debris everywhere4. a pile of broken old parts that he left me on my countertop5. He took the money without allowing me to inspect the final productIn addition to the egregious offenses listed above, he neither used a cover for the floor to protect my brand new hardwood floors nor put shoe covers over his dirty boots, tracking in more dirt. Also (yes, can you believe there is more) he did not wear a mask during the duration of his service even though it is required in my building and I wore one the entire time.

They are not capable of fixing anything, They will just replace bunch of component without even doing any diagnosis. They will just create a big bill and waste your time. Technicians are unprofessional, when I asked why they want to change bunch of component, is there anything wrong with them. Wow, what an absolute joke this place is. By far the worst customer service of any company Ive ever dealt with. This company was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our washer.They took a week to come out to look at the washer. Then the technician told us they needed to order a part --- okay, fine. They said it would take five days. Five days came and went, and we followed up. Come to find out, the tech told the company that there was no problem and closed the job! They refused to respond to further follow ups, even after I texted them a picture of the receipt showing the tech had stated he needed to order a part and would come back. It took several follow ups with the warranty company just to get them to assign a new contractor.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We have been without a washer for 3 weeks now because of these people.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment after my home warranty company assigned Axis. Then another week to get the part. Then after all that, the repair didnt fix the original problem. So I had to request a recall and took another week to get an appointment. Then, I had to stay home from work and the technician never showed up, called or anything! I called their number over and over, and a couple times, someone answered and hung up on me. Now they are saying they had a glitch in their system and dont have any records of the original service call and are asking me who was the technician who first came out.This is the most frustrating, unprofessional repair service I have ever dealt with. My refrigerator was running continuously and was not keeping the food compartment cold. The freezer compartment was working fine. I made an appointment for a service call with Axis to repair the unit for that afternoon. Denis arrived on time, along with an assistant. They listened to my complaint, conferred with each other, then went to work. Within 15 minutes, Denis had diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. Denis quoted a price to complete the work, including labor and a factory replacement part. I authorized the repair, and within a short time the refrigerator was running fine. They took extra time to check the entire unit, and to clear the airflow ducts of accumulated ice and water. They tidied up after themselves. I found Axis and their service men to be reliable, professional, and responsive to my needs. I also feel the labor cost of the repair was reasonable and the replacement part fairly priced. I will call them in the future if the need arises, and recommend them to anyone.

Took a week to let me know that a part was discontinued even though I was told that the part was ordered 5 days earlier. Inconvenienced and charged $60 for a service fee. I asked for that to be waived and owner said “no” and he only refunded my deposit on the unordered part. Very unprofessional, and poor business etiquette especially when I paid over $350 for another appliance Repair on that same day at another property down the street. Would not recommend. Would give them 5 stars but the part needed for the repair took a few days and then another 10 days to reschedule for the tech to come out and fix the washer. So 3 weeks no washer was frustrating. However, they came out initially within 24 hours to figure out the problem and the tech was very professional, kept everything clean, knew what the problem was and once the part was in, installed it quickly and it works, so happy overall for the work done.

SAVE YOUR TIME DONT WORK WITH THEM. Wow this company doesnt even deserve one start. I have worked with them two times and both time were unsuccessful. I gave them a second chance think things would be different but that was not the case. The technicians spend hours working on the appliances just to tell you they have to come back and order parts that never get ordered. It a waste of time and on top of that there is a language barrier with all the technicians you can ask questions and they will never get answered because they dont understand. In addition, they brive people on their business card asking them to leave them a 5 star review just for a $20 discount. Unbelievable such a shame of a company.

I had a guy come on the 30th of November to take a look at the t washer he took pictures and told me that the door was going to to take three days for it to com in and that Axis was going to call for an appointment well I get a call from Home warranty of America today and Axis told them that it was not wear and tear. The washer door is made out of plastic.i consider it to be wear and tear. . BY THE WAY AXIS HAS ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS. l dont know why Home warranty Of America keeps using them. Our LG refrigerator stopped running Labor Day weekend. It took a week for them to come the first time. Then 2 more weeks to get the part and then they said we need to go to the back of the line for scheduling.After the technician installed the new compressor the ice maker does not work and the refrigerator/ freezer runs 24 hours a day. It’s been 2 more weeks and the scheduler said they still don’t have the correct parts.I checked with LG and was told they do not have a current order for parts. Axis has closed out the ticket.We will just wait for a real LG technician to come fix it.The people at Axis just don’t care!

I would have rather hired a small rock than have these folks service any appliance. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I would recommend this place to someone I hate. Not only is there customer service garbage, but they are also scams. I’ve been trying to get my washing machine fixed for the past month and after a 60$ diagnosis, I ordered the part as per the technicians advice, and self installation (1-step process) very simple, only to figure out that wasn’t the problem. When I schedule a second analysis, the tech didn’t show, and I didn’t get a phone call or anything about a cancellation only to have to call them and ask where he was at.. just so they can tell me he’s not coming out again unless I pay another 60$ diagnosis fee. Why should I pay again if you couldn’t get it right the first time? Oh that’s right.. because their services are the equivalent of a fish trying to climb an oak tree. If you want your appliances repaired and you find yourself calling this company, I would recommend whipping your phone out the window and not completing the call.. it would be cheaper that way.

I have no idea how this company is in business and not being sued for fraud, my refrigerator stopped working and my warranty company hired axis appliance to fix it. After the first visit I was told that they couldn’t diagnose my refrigerator problem until the coils in the back were professionally cleaned, I scrubbed and cleaned fridge spotless, on the second visit I was told that parts needed to be replaced, every week for 1 month different parts were ordered and replaced with the refrigerator still not working. Finally I called the company to complain and asked to speak with the manager, Whoever was on the phone completely refused to put me through to the manager. The technician was guessing what was wrong without actually knowing the source of the problem, after wasting 6weeks of valued time and resources I received a phone call stating that the technician would not come back to diagnose until the coils and parts of inside the fridge were taken out to be cleaned and put back together. If I knew how to take apart a refrigerator I would not have called for it to be repaired in the first place. In the end what should’ve been labeled as a broken fridge beyond repair and taken no more that 2 weeks to replace/repair turned into 6 weeks of lost time money and resources for the fridge that’s broken to remain broken

I had to communicate with the two men they sent to my house on several occasions through google translate. They never respond to calls and when you ask the costumer service rep to read the notes from the service men to make sure they made the correct notations...THEY CANT READ THEM because they are in RUSSIAN! He was very determined to get the work done and worked around my schedule. They had to order a part and they took care of everything and called and rescheduled. LG hired this company for a warranty washer repair. Technician came out and said the leak was likely coming from the door seal. He said it would be about a week to order and install the part. I tried calling a week later and the message said to text them, so I did. 40 minutes later they replied saying we should clean the door which was outrageous. This company left our appliance worse than they found it. They improperly diagnosed our issue 2 times. One the third time (about 5 trips and months later) they recognized that the wires were getting squeezed possibly causing a short. However, in their report to our Home Warranty company they stated that we cut the wires. However, the electricity and buttons all worked perfectly fine when they came out the first time. It wasnt until they tried the other fixes unsuccessfully and moved the refrigerator that the wires were severed. They are ripping off our Home Warranty company charging for work and equipment that isnt needed and wasting my time and sanity. Stay away from this company at all costs. If your Home Warranty company forces you to use them, eat the fee and put another ticket to get a new contractor.

This company begin repairing my dishwasher on July 22 and as of today, October 9, it is still not done. They continue to send someone out to diagnose it which takes a week. Then another week and a half for the part to come in and then another week to get an appointment to replace the part. They have been out five times and the dishwasher is still not working. I asked if you speak to a manager or someone to help me figure out what the problem is and could not get a callback. I believe they continue to come out because I was running it through my home warranty and they can continue to charge the warranty company every time they come out. At this point I would not recommend them to change the toilet paper in my house!

THE MOST INEPT CONTRACTORS EVER! This is the first time Ive ever given a review on Google and their service is so bad I have to warn others. They evaluated and order a part to repair my stove, when the part came in we scheduled an appointment. The technician did not show up and did not call. I called and left multiple messages and no one from Axis called me back, EVER! I had to wait on hold for over a half hour to get someone to reschedule the service...what did they do the second time, no show and no call! When I asked to get someone out the next day they told me I have to wait another week. Its been over a month since the parts came in and this company is still unable to get a technician to fix the issue. The best/worst part is they keep telling me its not their fault the tech does not show up! Dont ever use them...I scheduled someone else now, Im afraid my stove will catch on fire if they touch it!

Zero service, zero stars: My nightmare with Axis isnt even over yet and they are ineligible for any stars. It took 2 days after contacting Home Depot Protection Plan to get an appointment. When the tech came out he said he was only there to diagnose the problem. We had two parts needed for our dryer - he said it would be two weeks to get the parts and then another two weeks to get them back out. Not acceptable. We had to call at each point in the process (call to get them to schedule another appointment when the parts arrived, etc.). When the tech came for visit #2, he accused my wife of running the dryer after he left, since there was another part broken. Why would we run a dryer with a broken belt?Then he said hed misdiagnosed it and they needed to order the third part. That part was supposed to arrive last Friday, but as of Monday (today) they havent unpacked that parts that came in Friday. The office staff have been dissembling and rude at every turn. I will try to update this review later but I dont have high expectations.

I cannot post w/o leaving this 1 Star! Axis should get ZERO stars. Horrible repair experience. Would not agree our appliance was malfunctioning - told us it was dirty. Our dishwasher was replaced two years ago by AHS and a few weeks ago the dishwasher started leaking and we called AHS. They set up Axis Appliance repair to come out and repair the unit. I should have read the reviews on Axis FIRST, I would have requested a another repair company thats not out to scam you. Axis technician came out but I dont believe he knew how to repair anything. He told my wife that the pump was leaking and it shorted out some wires. He said he would have to go back to his office to write the report to see if the repairs would be covered or just replace the dishwasher. We let a couple of days go by and then called AHS to see when Axis would be back out. AHS said they got a report from Axis that said we attempted to repair the dishwasher ourselves and damaged the unit and cut some wires! We our outraged! We had never attempted to repair the unit..why would we, we have insurance!!Called AHS back and the said they would send Sears out but if they had the same diagnosis we would have to pay another $75 and repairs would not be covered. We said ok. Sears just left and his diagnosis was totally different. There was nothing wrong with the pump it was the heating element that was leaking. Sears ordered three replacement parts and it was confirmed if front of us that everything was covered. Beware all, NEVER let Axis near your home. I think if enough ripped off customers got together we could put Axis out of business and start a class action suit.

We had two of their technicians come over (one came twice) so thats 3 visits and my washer still wasnt fixed. Second guy told me call the office! I cant fix it and walked out.Had to request our insurance to send another company.Bad costumer service, save TIME and a headache, go with someone else

Curt, unprofessional service.If my work order from my warranty company hasnt come in on Monday, why not let me schedule service personally for Wednesday and then alter it when the work order comes in? Why make me wait additional days for the diagnosis of my refrigerator?Also, if it takes you a week to see me after my work order comes in, you may need more staff. If it takes you an additional week after that to do the repair, you may need more staff.You cant expect that your customer will be okay with not having a way to keep and store perishable foods for weeks on end because of your staff shortages.When confronted with the shortcomings on the phone, their only response is sorry. I agree, youre a very sorry company.If you have the option, dont use Axis Appliance Repair.

Ive had several repairs in the last 6 months. Never once have they showed up in the window I was told. One time a service tech showed up with his girlfriend in the car after being over an hour late. Not happy and if it wasnt for the warranty company only using them I would never recommend them to anyone. Although Rebecca in the office is super amazing and sweet.

Absolute worst company. Theyve been out to my house 7-8 times and still cant fix ice maker. And the worst part is that they repeatedly fail to show up when they make appointments. When you call their office youre on hold for up to 15 minutes. I was forced to use them because of my warranty company First American. Stay away!!

Had an appointment window of 2 pm - 5 pm. I called after 4 pm to see if they were still coming. Thats when I found out that they were not going to arrive until after 6 pm. All this after waiting about a week... I attempted to cancel and they tried to reschedule it for over a week in the future.The owner/service tech decided to not heed the cancel and showed up at about 6:30 pm. He then argued and bullied his way so he could complete the repair then. Yes, the repair was done. But because they cant hold themselves to a schedule, our plans for the evening were ruined.This company (even the phone receptionist) is rude even when it is due to their failures. I will never recommend them to anyone. Hopefully warranty service contracts find a different repair company.

If I could rent a billboard to warn others I would! Had the worst experience of my life with these people!!!! Here is the story.Called Sears (Home Warranty) regarding my refergerator. And they referred me to Axis Appliance. Called them immediately and made an appt for Monday 7/26/19 between the hours of 11 & 3. Got a call the Friday before and they said that they could have someone out that day between 1-4. Great right??? No show or no call!!! Finally called at 4 and was on hold for 20 min before someone picked up. Apparently he is running late and not coming Half day of work lost!!! Come monday and I need to take the day off so that I can be there. Get a call at 11:15 to say that he wont be there till 4 or 4:30 because he is running late. More work time lost. He finally shows up at 4:45 and at first thinks that its the relay switch and puts in a new one. Doesnt work. So now he says that he Thinks its the compressor and that parts need to be ordered. OK fine. Fast forward to the next Monday afternoon. I call Axis to see if they have put in the authorization in to Sears yet. They inform me that it can take 48 hours for them to find the parts. WHAT???. I give them another day and call again and get the same answer. Keep in mind I am on hold 20 min each time I call. So now I call Sears to see what else I can do to expedite. They try to call them and get the same response. GRRRR. So now its Thursday and I am out of patience!!!! I call Sears and they put me on with a specialist who looks up may case. Come to find out 2 different agencies have tried to get this info from them with no avail. Sears then cancels the order with them then refers a different company. The new company came out the next day, on time and said that the AXIS guy did not hook up the relay switch correctly and that is why it was not working. He fixed it and got it going. Sooooo........ my fridge did not need all these parts after all!!! I am smelling a scam! BEWARE!!! If past reviews are an indication of this business, I am sure that they will have a snarky response. If you dont like the reviews that people are putting down then provide better service!!

Terrible techs. they sent out two guys who spent an hour pushing buttons while looking on their phones and declared this was above their heads and i would have to get a whirlpool authorized tech out. this was after 2 weeks earlier a tech came out and changed the valve assy on my washer. he seemed pretty good even though the washer was not fixed as a result. the two clowns then closed the service call with american home shield as if it was fixed. my washer has been down 3 weeks. Who can wait months to get a repair, especially after paying the first guys. BEWARE.

Stay away from this company as they are only a scam.We contacted them to fix our dryer, as it was making a loud noise.On March 30th and they came over and replaced the drum seal. On their own invoice, they described we need to replace dryer seal, that is why unit has a friction. They charge us $250 and the tech said the work has guarantee and they stand behind additional services needed.2 weeks later(Apr 11th) we had the same issue after 1 usage of the dryer. The tech came out (50 min pass the app time) and said this time they need to charge us $300 to fix the problem and NOW replace the drum. When we called the office manager she was clueless, off, and honestly rude. Waste of time and money and highly disappointed of their horrible service and lies. Shame on you and your immoral, and illegal business practices.

This place is the worst, I would give them negative stars if I could. They have now been to my house 5 times over the course of 2 months to attempt to fix my washer. The first guy came out 4 times, fixed 3-4 different parts and my washer still didnt work (clearly he was just guessing at what needed fixed!). I asked them to send a senior tech to install the latest guess batch of parts, since the first guy clearly didnt know what was going on. My latest appt was scheduled for 2-5 on a Friday. The office called at 4:30 to tell me he was running late and would be here between 6-7. He showed up at 7:50. (The same scenario happened with the last guy as well but the night before Thanksgiving.) The first thing the senior tech did when he walked in was stink my place to high hell of the cigarette he must have smoked as he was walking up, tracked mud through my kitchen and then complained about how little space he had to work. And is still complaining currently about how he didnt know the space was so small and nobody told him blah blah blah. Hey Axis Appliance, your entire company could use a seminar on COMMUNICATION!! Ill check back after he leaves to let you know if my washer actually works.Update: Alex saw my yelp review and threatened to only put my washer back together if I deleted this review. I told him I would not delete it and he told me that Im rude and stormed out of my house. So my washer sits in 30 pieces scattered all over my kitchen and living room floor and Im standing in line at Home Depot since its their extended warranty that sent this incompetent company to my house in the first place.

Our dishwasher wouldn’t drain so they ordered a part. After weeks of waiting and calling multiple times for updates the part just magically was received the day I called. Maybe it was a coincidence.... The technician came and installed the new pump and the dishwasher worked for less than a week now it isn’t draining again. Frustrating to say the least. Let’s see how they handle from here.

This people dont even deserve one start. I end it up with this company thanks to another horrible company, First American Home Warranty, they send this guys to repair my refrigerator. The first time the just remove the ice that according to them was stock that will solve the problem. A week after the refrigerator broke down again, they went the second time and asked me to sign a paper making me responsible for the what ever happen to my floor, I refused and asked for him to bring a dolly, he told me to hired someone to move the refrigerator and left leaving a mess in the house, he of course didnt clean after doing his job. Just like that after 4 more time they where not able to find the problem or to say that they where not capable of fix it. Every time they said that the refrigerator was working good I went and buy food, I lost money, time and almost lost my health because of them. I am going to stop here because if I start talking about their customer service and how nasty they do their job I going to need more space. My recommendation for those who are looking for appliances technician is to hired a rock they may do a better job than this people, and please read the reviews before even think of hiring them.

I was totally satisfied with the service and the job and would definitely recommend Axis Appliance Repair.

I would give them a 0 ranking if possible. I scheduled an appointment to have my Viking oven repaired through my appliance service policy. They were to arrive between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. At 11:40 I attempted to reach their office by phone to see what the delay was and what time they were planning on arriving. When calling I was immediately put on their automatic hold and was forced to listen to their terrible background music. During this time I looked at the reviews on Yelp and Google and realized that this was a company I did not want to do business with. After waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to take my call I used my husbands phone to call my service policy company. I explained the situation to them and stated that if this was the only company they could send I would be cancelling my policy. I mentioned that they might want to take a look at the reviews from previous customers on Yelp. At this point I was on hold with Axis for 40 minutes. Right when I was getting ready to hang up my call was bounced to someones voice mail. I left a message that they were over 1 1/2 hours late and not to bother sending anyone out. You would think that if you ran a company and cared about customer service your technicians would call to let their next customer know that they were running late. If you had an unhappy customer someone from the company would also reach out to this customer. Not Axis. My suggestion: never use them.In response to the owner I did have an appointment scheduled for yesterday and confirmed it with my service repair company. I have another appointment scheduled for May 5th for the other oven. You can cancel that one.

Horrible customer service not deserving even 1 star if not needed to post a review . Axis Appliance Repair set an appointment from 12PM to 3PM. Technician showed up for diagnostics 6 PM with no courtesy call. Couple weeks after receiving the parts the company set up another appointment between 10AM to 1PM (24 Sept 2018) to install the parts. 3 PM has passed and no technician or even a courtesy call. Because I dont have the work order onhand, I called the First American Home Warranty and ask if they have any update from the Axis Appliance Repair. I was place on hold while the representative called the technician. Shortly after being place on hold, I was told that the technician is on his way and would be infront of my door in couple minutes.I waited for another hour and again no word from the Axis Appliance technician or the office. I called the American Home Warranty to check the status but was given another on his way. I informed my home warranty that I will no longer wait for nothing and need a different repair company to trouble shoot or conduct repair on my refrigerator. RECOMMENDING NOT TO DEAL WITH AXIS APPLIANCE REPAIR.

NEVER use this company.They are my home warranty company. And they are AWFULI would give this company a 0 if it were possibleThey came on Saturday to repair my dishwasher. It is the 4 th trip for the same issue. They replaced a major part and the repair person didn’t fully wait for the cycle to start. No water in the machine. Now it is the water pump.Always something.They said they would call Monday. Today is Wednesday and I doubt they will call. They don’t seemTo have time to call when they say they will.They are always late for their appointments and don’t callTo let you know. But they show up 1-2 hours late. Worst repair service I have ever been taken by. This is number 4 attempt on repairing my washer that leaks. The Shadetree technician that came out to my house 3 hours after the the scheduled appointment was extremely rude and belligerent. He kept dening that I knew what I was talking about and told me that he needed to test the machine with a load of laundry. I explained that it doesnt always leak right away. He would not accept my observations and became very obnoxious to the point I told him to leave. As he left he started spewing obscenely language and called my daughter White Trash. He then ran to his vehicle and sped away.As I stated before, this is the 4th time that I have been scheduled for service by this company. The first was to diagnose the problem. 2nd was to fix the problem and technician was sent out with wrong part. 3rd appointment in which I had to take time off to accept was cancelled a day or two before the appointment. And finally the 4th was the current appointment in which the washer is still not fixed and in the technicians hast left his tools and did not finish the job. He said he was scared and threatened by my tone after he told me that I the customer was wrong in my diagnoses. I bought a extended warranty plan from Lowes and will never do this again as Inadequately Ran Companies like this are given jobs that they can not handle.The person in the Photo is the one who called my Daughter White Trash (the Daughter with a Bachelors in Bio Chemistry/Chemistry and on her way to Medical School) was the one I told to get out of my house.
