The seatbelts appeared to be good quality. The problem was that they didnt match the picture on the web site. The premium seat belts that were ordered (code 1600DQ730FR) showed to have a chrome knuckle in the picture and it arrived as a black plastic instead. The representative from seat belts plus said the manufacture made a change and the web site hadnt been updated to reflect the change. I was offered 10% off to keep the items or free return. Opted for the return and ordered different belts at the same time. I wasnt offered any further discounts and had to pay shipping on the second order when I used the free shipping promo on the first order. Maybe the second order will arrive as shown.UPDATE: Was sent email showing the credit processing for the freight charge on the second order. Due to not having what was pictured and having to settle for something less desirable is why the 4-star rating. The belts I went with seem to be just as good as the previous order. Problem is no instructions on mounting hardware. Shouldnt be to difficult to figure out.

Website well organized, easy to use, informative. Range of products is good. Inexpensive flat rate shipping to Canada was the deal maker for me, save me $68 over competitor. Havent received order yet, I expect quality of product will be good also.Edit: Yup, quality of the belt assemblies is good, excellent value for dollars spent. The box was heavily crunched upon arrival, plastic covers for retractors were damaged. After seeing pics, they arranged to have replacements sent at no charge, also sent me installation instructions. Put the make and model of vehicle I have and it gave me several options to choose from. There are also several different colors to choose from. Hardware is not included but it’s just 2 bolts,4 washers and 2 nuts per seat belt. Can’t wait to get them, so I can install them. Well I sent an email asking if you ship to a po box and didnt receive a reply right away and wanted to order them for my sons car so I called and was told that you DO ship to po boxes then someone replied to my email saying you DONT ship to po boxes so now I dont know what to do.

Will post when I actually hear from company or get my package, however it has been 2 weeks of no communications and no package. The money was taken immediately. I’m frustrated by lack of communication regarding my package, but they definitely communicate to get your review.

We ordered seatbelts September 30 and still have not received them. We had not heard from them for 2 weeks called and they said it would be another 2 weeks still have not heard anything, not happy.

Ordered two standard parts, both showed in stock, neither are kits. Both had the 2-5 business day arrival in the description.Been over 7 business days since my order and the status still shows processing. Not saying I expected delivery by now, but I at least expected the items to ship.Update: Been over a week since original review...guess what still hasnt shipped almost 3 weeks later?

Zero customer serviceI ordered 2 seat belts over three weeks ago. I got a confirmation on the order but never heard anything about the order being shipped. IT TOOK 5 SEPARATE EMAILS trying to contact customer service before anyone got back to me. All they said was that their records show that the order was cancelled and I was refunded. Well not according to my order on their website and definitely not according to my bank account. This seems like a reputable company, and there are plenty of good reviews, but be aware. They screwed me over and I’m out $50+.I do not recommend

Ordered on the 7th, shipped on the 20th, received on the 23rd. the belts were unprotected in the box and the buckles were scuffed with minor scratches. Needs more attention to packaging.

Two weeks since I ordered and still not shipped

I would have given 5 stars but they didnt have the dark blue 4002 that I wanted my cars light blue and I know they will get dirty but I got the powder blue seat belts. Good price cheap shipping.

Once I figured out how to not double and triple my order, ordering was simple.

Ordered seatbelts on June 4th. I was told they would ship by July 10th. Then they said two more weeks. Now they don’t know when they will ship. However, they got their money. While most companies charge only when the product ships. When you call customer service they act like you are bothering them or will not return your call. Very disappointed in this company. I just want the seatbelts so I can drive my truck. Stop blaming everything on the virus!

I made the mistake in ordering lap belts a little too quickly for a car restoration I’m doing. A few months later, I decided to see if I could send the (unused and never installed) lap belts back (paying for the return myself) and exchange them for more expensive 3-point belts. Christian informed me that their system had changed since my order was made and she couldn’t provide a refund nor exchange. Then after some back and forth, she tells me she could exchange them, minus a restocking fee and some other deduction. Well, life got in the way and a few weeks later I reach back out to her to move on that offer and she tells me that she decided to close that offer. Maybe this is for the best since I can’t really imagine doing business with such a company with such terrible customer service.

Product shipped quickly, but when it arrived it did have the additional mounting hardware I had requested with the order. Although they did not charge me for it, they did not respond to 3 e-mails requesting the hardware. Finally picked up the phone and called. They insisted on charging an additional shipping fee just to send the hardware, even though I assured them I had requested it with my original order. I just spent $150 on seatbelts plus another $10 for the hardware; would it be too much to ask to not charge shipping in the event this might have been an error on your end? They were insistent on the “no”. Extra shipping fee is the last money I’ll spend with these guys.

Ordered on-line Thursday night and seat belts arrived in Mondays USPS delivery. Wow! Website order process went well using Visa card as payment. Some reviewers complained about issues using PayPal but Visa was smooth. Seat belts appear to be good quality, mounting hole is 1/2 diameter and will work fine, the belts Im replacing have 7/16 bolts. Seat belt webbing color I ordered was dark green and was in stock, other vendors said this color was special order taking up to 4-weeks. I would purchase from these folks again, flawless transaction.

Horrible customer service. They sent wrong color which I didn’t know until months later when I opened the package. It was for a project car and I wasn’t in a hurry. Now because it’s been “too long” they are requiring me to pay to return their mistake. Hope it was worth it for them.

Would give negative stars if possible. When I received the seatbelts the plastic cover that goes over the retractable part that bolts to the bottom of your cab was broken into 7-8 pieces due to poor packaging. Called to tell them this and they acted like we broken it and hesitated to send us a new one without charging us for it. Now the passengers side seatbelt will not retract and they wont stand behind their product. When I called to see what they would do about it the gentleman I talked to was anything but and was VERY rude to me. I come from a family of car people that restore many vehicles and I am going to be sure to tell them as well as all of my other carshow friends to NEVER order from this place. We are currently working on two other projects and I was going to purchase more seatbelts from here but after the way I was treated today that will not be happening.

I called recently to determine warranty on seat belts. One of the seatbelts (now 7 years old) wont retract properly and doesnt properly operate. While I think the seatbelt is somewhat good quality, its operability isnt as good quality as the original. Anyhow, I did not get much help out of the technician...and I should have. The quality of the seatbelt is worth buying another set from them, but their customer service needs to be better....
