🔴🔴🔴🔴 I would never recommend this place because of its unprofessionalism and and its inefficiency and ability to solve a problem ... 2 weeks ago I made an order by phone for curbeside pickup store, the employee who attended me made two mistakes in my order....., I invested my time in searching, comparing and deciding which clipper and trimmer to buy for a person to do their job wrong ... I never asked her prices because already knew how much I was going to spend, but she told me the price of the CLIPPER and the price of the TRIMMER when she gave me the price of the trimmer it became a little cheaper than I had rightly thought. for which I wanted to make sure that my order was ok and I told her Its the trimmer that is all metal and she made sure that if ..... so I ordered a BALDING CLIPPER and the SLIMLINE PRO but this employee took my name wrong and my order was written by PROFILIO SOLANO and SLIMLINE 2,❌❌❌❌An hour later when I picked up my order, when the employee gave me the bag with 2 machines, I saw that it was not what I had ordered and I immediately told her, but this person only said that she could not do anything and that was what I had done. tidy and just call customer service..... from that same day I call and call and after waiting an hour at home call they tell me that they are going to call me but they never do .... it is two weeks and until now they cannot make the change .... I made my order that way because I need those tools, if I did not need it urgently I would have made my purchase online without any problem.... I am not perfect, and we all make mistakes .... but it is also good to admit it ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️______ to be continue....

As friendly as they are,Why do they hire people who absolutely have no idea what theyre talking about or know about the product. Every time, they have a high turnover of people and they always give bad advice.

Everyone is always genuinely nice and helpful here. They are always ready to assist and offer advice on products. One of your team members helped me chose a shine serum that transformed my hair. It has become my go-to essential. Thanks a lot!

Been calling stores for online curbside pickup items for days and nobody is answering. Then called customer service and got put on hold (they acknowledge high call volumes) and several times waited more than an hour and finally hung up. Youd think with limited store activity and encouraging online purchases that there would be more phone or immediate online help but no. Pretty sad.

They always assisted me with choosing the right products, I dont know what everyone else is talking about with customer service. They have been great every time I have stopped in not knowing what I needed at all and walked out happy!!

The young girl at this Sallys was very informative and efficient and gave me information that I had never received before which I really appreciated it. They greet you when you come in and they make sure youre finding what you need to find. What more could you ask from a beauty supply.

If youre looking for great customer service definitely youre not going to get it here. A swapmeet seller would take better care of you than here. I think there is no one over looking at the employees like a manager or somebody alike, because they just behave as they feel like on that day, sum knowledge less of the basics they sell and there is basically no point of going there.

They didnt have what i needed but they looked in their database to see if any other stores had them. they were very nice, A+ customer service

The website says curbside pickup but after several calls and no answer I finally drove there to find a paper taped up saying it is no longer doing curbside. Super frustrating because I did my hair and need toner and was counting on the store to be open to get toner from.

As a loyal over 15 year buyer they never fail to delight. I am a pro it is easy to call in orders I dont have time to wait for from my wholesalers. They are great about helping with bulk orders.

Notoriously out of stockBut the help will tell you to come back on their delivery day to see if they get it in. Then tell you to drive 5 miles away because some other store “ that is really close “ might have it.I wasn’t looking for any special item, just everyday stuff like hair color and basic color applicators.Come on now Sally get you stuff together .

The worst customer service. Went to return a product and the cashier was busy talking to someone, actually complaining about another employee so she didnt hear that I was returning something. Gave her my card thinking she was returning my money but she rang up what I was returning and charged my card. She then blames me saying that I didnt tell her...ok... no you werent listening. She reversed the charge but kept the product saying I would have to call customer service to get the original charge back. Ridiculous that a customer has to go through extra steps to correct their mistakes. Horrible customer service skills.

Last week I went here to get a few items I needed for my graduation. However, when I went to the counter to pay the sales associate asked me for my sallys card. When I attempted to give it to her I realized it expired, she asked me did I have my military ID. I was being very honest that I left the my ID at home because I was in a rush. The lady then asked me did I want to go home and get it. This really made me upset because I live 30 mins away. When I realized that she was serious, I walked out empty handed and never returned. Definitely poor customer service, which should be unacceptable. Im sure if the owner was there she would have been fired on the spot. You are never suppose to let the customer leave unsatisfied.

Before coming to the store I checked the site to see what time the store closes, it said 8 pm & the sign on the window says 8 pm too. I came into the store at 7 pm to look at hair dyes. At just barely 7:30 a clerk came up to me and said Do you need help, because we are about to close in a couple minutes. I thought I had lost track of time and been in there for an hour. I said out loud, while looking at my watch oh wow what time is it? I thought you closed at 8 The clerk then said Yah but its getting real close to 8! RUDE AS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still can not believe how she treated me, as if I was inconveniencing her! Technically I had another 30 minutes to shop if I wanted. Never have I ever been rushed out of a store 30 minutes before closing. Maybe 5 minutes before closing, but 30 minutes? Come on now.....if you are going to work retail, please learn some courtesy/customer service skills!!! I hope someone at this store actually sees this & corrects her extreme rudeness. Needless to say, I wont be coming back!!

Worst Sallys ever! They have a terrible attitude at this store. After over 30 years of being a Sallys customer, I have never been treated so rudely at any other store. I will drive to San Marcos from now on. They always treat the customer with respect there.

I walked in before 8 (with one other customer already in the store) grabbed what I needed. Was then told We close at 8 so if you can just grab what you need so we can close up I have worked retail before. That was so unprofessional. I put my item down and walked out.
