Great place. They really helped me out with my issue. Needed a spacious car for me and my family. Came in there with nothing and left with a car. As well as a 3 year insurance on the car. So warranty for 3 years and left with a 2010 Ford Fusion. The guys there where really helpful and I didnt have much to give but they worked with my budget. Please come take a look and the prices on the cars are great. If I need another car in the future for sure Ill be coming back.Thank you American Imports

I have been looking and dealing with a lot of buy here pay here dealerships from chula vista to costa mesa. A lot of hard work and research. Pior experiência que já tive alugando carros, não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo, tomem bastante cuidado ao alugar ou comprar carros com eles. O Carro que eu aluguei deu problema com menos de uma semana que eu estava com ele, eu falei com a vendedora e ela quis acionar o seguro o que iria levar mais de 3 horas então tive que ir atrás de alguém EU mesmo para resolver o problema, e eles nem sequer me deram outro carro. Só me empurraram um carro em péssima condição dizendo que estava bom. E pra finalizar a vendedora foi super mal educada e grossa comigo, e chegou até a me ameaçar, ela tentou me fazer pagar por uma semana a mais quando fui devolver o carro, ela me cobrou por 3 semanas sendo que eu só tinha ficado com o carro por 2 semanas. E depois se fez de desentendida dizendo que eu que tinha entendido errado. Infelizmente essa cultura de tentar enganar os clientes e algo bem tipo de brasileiros por aqui e em especial na América Imports. Não sei como esse lugar ainda está aberto, simplesmente Horrível !!!!!
