First off, Mike delivers top-notch customer service that made our whole experience great. He was responsive when we called and answered all of our questions about the truck thoroughly and patiently. One thing that drew us to Cali Coast Cars wasnt just the truck we were interested in, but the other vehicles for sale on the lot. They look to be great quality and priced right, and reflect the care the dealer takes in only selling good, reliable used vehicles. Our experience closing the deal on our truck was pretty much the best we could hope for. We were feeling deflated after weeks of car hunting with other dealers when Mike at Cali Coast showed us our dream car at a deal we were happy with! Mike was super helpful and walked us through each step with ease. We had such a great car buying experience and absolutely love our car from Cali Coast!

Mike was fantastic. He is a very genuine and pleasant guy to deal with. He was super attentive and helped us out how he could. Knocking off one star because 1 month after buying our car the check engine light came on. Mike took the car back and thought it was the o2 sensor, and replaced it. But the light came on again 30 miles later.After bringing to our own mechanic we were faced with a 2000$ bill to replace 2 catalytic converters.Once that was replaced fast forward 2 weeks later and the car wont start because one of the coil ignition and spark plugs arent working because the internal gasket to keep the oil from mixing had completely corroded. another couple of thousand put into the car.I dont think these issues are down to the dealer but it is frustrating to have purchased this car and sink a couple of thousand on it without putting 1000 miles on the car yet.
