These people are so sweet. Ive not been at my best, and theyve been good to me. How did they get anything less than 4 stars?!
Wow!!! I am so impressed!! Thu is above and beyond the smartest pharmacist I have ever encountered. She is kind and compassionate equally as much. Thank you so much Wallmart pharmacy on Mission Ave. in Oceanside😊
Very nice and caring team. Personalized care for your needs. Thank you!
They are always friendly, kind and helpful which nice when Im not feeling so well. The ladies keeps track of my meds and have them all ready on time. Its also great that theyre on top of my Dr. refills request and I never have to worry about it. She thoroughly explains my new medicine that I understand and I dont have questions when I get home. I had problems with my hands/arms and when I got home I realized she put all my meds in a bag and it was easy day for me, I thought how nice of her and I didnt even ask, theyre all so helpful.
I am a disabled vet. I have never seen my caretaker so happy to be in good hands as Wallmart pharmacy in Oceanside on Mission Ave.
What makes this pharmacy unique is the people. The two young men pharmacists have taken the time to learn everyones name, as have most of the technicians. I always feel welcomed and leave with a smile on my face. So happy to have a pharmacy so handy for those of us in Oceanside.I am really surprised to read all the negative reviews. I have found the pharmacists to be very knowledgeable and professional. I have never experienced rudeness from ANY of the 6 or so pharmacists working there, and the technicians are always polite and helpful. I have never had a prescription wrong or short either.
Pat and Debra have the best service attitudes ever. They are always cheerful and helpful. Ive been comimg here for five years and am always treated well. Thank you both for your service!
Not a great place to order n pick up ur prescription. They take there sweet time, poor Customer service. Over all strongly suggest you not coming here.
They are friendly and nice, helpful.
Crowded, disorganized, crazy bureaucracy, LONG wait times. There is always SOMETHING wrong with my prescriptions when it comes to Walmart- doctor didnt fill something out right, didnt give them a diagnosis code, something! And its something that never has been a problem with any other pharmacy, and hasnt been a problem now that Ive returned to another pharmacy. I feel horrible for people who need to go to Walmart so they can save $1.27 on their prescriptions. I would spend double (and drive twice as far) to not have to ever use this pharmacy again.
This walmart is absolutely rude ! Myself and family members are never treated right because of our ebt card and had NUMBERS of HORRIBLE service. I will no longer attend this walmart
Theyre really nice and fast
They worst pharmacy ever!! They have 5 techs but none of them knows how to ring up medications and the supervisor sitting right there is no help!! Geesh and my medication called and said it was ready but if they trained there associates they would know this instead running around with there heads cut off...AVOID!!!
Lack of organization, privacy disclaimer, not paying attention and takes forever after script has already been sent and does not pay attention when sending a scrip to the doctor for authorization then not looking into it to see if everything goes through, waiting at the last minute till pt comes to their scrip then having to wait an extra 2 because they dont know how to stay consistent in communication between healthcare providers and pts insurance.Very poor communication skills. Poor Pharmaceutical management and care,They need to be more aware of their confidentiality laws and privacy act of 1990.Have more accommodations for the handicapped. & language barrier material where pts are able to visually see the signs.
We are from out of town and my wife visited this Walmart around 7-8am on this morning (Monday) to get some groceries as our kids were getting up. As she was checking out in the self-check out line, she was approached by the rudest and most condescending employee we have ever come across (in his 20s, glasses, shorter). She was picking up an array of groceries for our kids and tried checking out with a bottle of wine. The employee (suffering most likely from Napoleon syndrome) said are you trying to check out with that alcohol before 9am to which my wife replied Im sorry, Im from out of town and didnt know I couldnt, our town were from doesnt have restrictions like here to which he replied I dont know where you are from that would ever allow that, why would you even try to get away with that. He went on to publicly shame my wife and talk down to her as if she was trying to sneak this through. He walked away and then approached her again saying, oh yea, I am also going to charge you for all of these plastic bags, they are bad for the environment you know to which my wife replied Im sorry, but with packing for my two kids and husband, I didnt think about bringing my planet friendly grocery bags (that she uses at home) with us to California. This little man was on a power trip and was lucky I was not in attendance to put him right back in his place. My only regret is that we did not get his name, report him, and hopefully have management take the right disciplinary actions against him. We are here for a few days so I am feeling like taking a nice trip back to this Wal-mart to have a nice man to boy talk with him.
By far worse pharmacist in San Diego this young man thinks hes good at his job but knows very lil things he has told me to take for my self and to give to my kids let me just say i would of been in the er that same day as well as my kids if it was just me that was sick at the time I would of taken his advice but because my kids were sick as well I read everything I can before giving them anything and when I saw that what he said to give them was not for those under 17 years of age I second guessed the medication he gave me I could write a book with how wrong he was on both myself and my kids I have know idea how someone like this gets a degree if you go there count every pill given and check to make sure he gave you the right drug sad people like this work in that field
The worst possible service, wait 1 hr for a prescription sent 5 days ago, never again, dont waist your time
