Carvel saves the day!! My custom order edible cake topper ripped... I reached out to Z at Carvel.. Within an hr, he reprinted the picture and gave me all the tools needed to reapply the new topper. The cake came out Fantastic!! Besides delicious ice cream, the customer service is on point!! Thank you for saving my daughters birthday!! Xo

If there was a zero star thats what this place would get.. Ive been to many other carvels and this 1 is the worst hands down. The service was absolutely terrible by a young boy who definitely was not trained well or couldnt bother with working. Carvel is my favorite ice cream but I would never go back to this one.

Why is the staff asking the customers how to make the specialty sundae advertised in the company website? Ice-cream was good but since the sundae wasn’t made as advertised, dessert was a disappointment.

I want to thank the young lady who took the time to call me about a special order edible photo cake. I received a call to make sure she had the order correct and even added an extra detail when I arrived to pick up my cake! Great job and thank you! You made my daughter’s mini sweet 16 extra special!!!

When I entered the store the girl asked if she could help me so I asked if she had sugar free and she asked me sugar free what. Umm its an ice shop right? After ordering and paying for a few items I had to ask for a bag, she handed it to me and walked away, I had to reach around the plexiglass and get my ice cream. All I can say is wow what an experience

I ordered 2 cakes on Nov 15, I wanted one for Nov 16 and the other one for Nov 21. The one for Nov 16 he talked me into getting one that was already made because I wanted it fir the next day. That one I asked for pink writing and for it to say happy 21 birthday Amanda and I wanted rainbow sprinkles all around the sides. He said since it’s already made he can’t put sprinkles around the sides but he will put rainbow sprinkles on top. I also asked for 4 or 5Reese’s peanut butter cups and to put one in each corner of the cake. When I picked it upThey didn’t write 21 it just said happy birthdayAmanda. When I said something to himhe said he can put 21 in the corner, I was like never mind. Then when I opened the box to sing happy birthday there were no sprinkles and the Reese’s peanut butter cups were placed on the top of the cake and it looked horrible. The cake that I ordered for the 21 was to have cookies in the middle and purple around the trim with pink writing that says happy 27 birthday Nicole and I wanted rainbow sprinkles all around the sides and I said I want it just like the picture you have on the wall. I pointed to the picture . I called and asked if I can pick it up on the 22nd because there was a change in plans they said yes and asked how And what I wanted written on the cake . I picked up the cake today and when I got home I opened it and there are no rainbow sprinkles on the sides of the cake. I hope the cookies are in the middle of the cake which is what I asked for.This is so annoying and frustrating, They wrote everything down on the order sheet that I wanted and I didn’t get what I paid for. I will not order any more cakes from there.

I am furious! All I wanted was a cherry bonnet cone but i didn’t want to drive all the way to Marvel. Carvel usually doesnt have it but I figured I would call and ask. The nice man on the phone told me that they had the freezer cherry bonnet cones and also the fresh bonnet in store. When I got there they told me that the cherry bonnet was too soft to stick to the ice cream. I wouldn’t care but I purposely called for that exact reason. I want cherry bonnet still and I never got it :(

Amazing service. Staff is very polite and the quality as well as flavors are amazing. Loads of parking as well. We tried their sea-salt caramel and black currant. It was delicious and true to flavor. Would definitely recommend and will visot again.

Best ice cream store in town. Amazing service, we had a big group of people with kids, they went out of they way to make sure all kids left happy with their ice cream. Staff is very polite and helpful .If you want to eat good ice cream this is the onlyStore to go.

I had ordered a birthday cake here and the cake was decorated completely different than how I ordered it, other than the name. Today, a crowd of people standing at the doorway and sitting at a bench right next to the door, all without masks, with a social distancing sign directly behind them. Why put a bench right at the door causing people to violate your social distancing policy just to enter your establishment? Poorly run. Best to avoid this location.

Did not follow directions. Cake (delivered through Uber Eats) did not have writing I specifically wrote in the instructions space. Maybe they need a manager there to make sure the young girls are following orders!

The young man that works here is VERY VERY RUDE. I just came in for some ice cream with my kids and everything I asked for (like toppings oreos,peanuts etc.) hed just replied NO with an attitude and when i asked if they can add whipped cream after i purchased he just said no with a smart ass attitude. And i asked why and hes like just because those are the rules i couldnt believe it its JUST ICE CREAM!!! and and the young girl next to him said just put it on and he was very upset that he had too. It was very unpleasant we just wanted some ice cream but we had to deal with this rude little boy he goes to the local high school. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. We had 3 kids and 2 adults we spent at least $35 I expect a little more customer service. And its not like we had any problems paying for extra toppings it just felt like he did not want to serve us or something. Very disappointing.
