It is rare to find a company who truly stands behind their service and product to the degree that Joe and his company does. We are doing a remodel on our home and a big splurge was the La Cantina door. We were recommended highly to Cabana Concepts by several people we knew, and I am very glad we went with them. I ordered the door and it was installed, unfortunately we miscommunicated back and forth as to what it was I wanted as far as size, but I signed off on it not realizing my error. After install, my splurge did not feel like one, but I own it. I reached out to Joe to express a concern about better clarifying specs to a person like me (not familiar with these style of doors) not expecting any resolution, but for his company to learn from a mistake I made. To my surprise Joe resolved my situation and worked with my contractor to keep our remodel on track. I now have a La Cantina door that really feels like a Splurge! Thank you so much Joe. From the first call to Cabana Concepts Joe Schultz and his team have been nothing less than amazing and responsive and have delivered an excellent product. Ive never written a review before but feel compelled based on the superior service from start to finish. Have to say I am amazed given what we have heard about contractors and projects of this type, so we were prepared..... We first contacted Cabana Concepts to provide a quote and discuss new sliders, a folding door and a large wall that had 4 outdated Anderson sliders that had lots of wood, with a 3 track mostly glass sliding system. He was always on time, responsive to text and email, fully explained everything, did not up sell, delivered on time and as promised (during Covid which was amazing), and installed an excellent product on time. Have to admit I couldnt believe it would turn out so great, especially in the middle of a pandemic, but....they delivered. Besides, Joe is a really nice guy and his team are obviously committed to quality and customer service. I am happy to provide a referral. Cant thank Joe and his team at Cabana Concepts enough. I originally hired someone that I thought was skilled to install La Cantina Bi-Fold door. Even showed me pictures of previous installs. He ended up installing the frame incorrectly, which lead to him cutting the hinges out in order that the door would close. He broke one of the glass doors when screwing the hinges back with incorrect screws. The door was incorrectly water proofed, and so many other things, to many to list. I trusted that this person knew what he was doing. I called La Cantina doors for help and Todd from La Cantina came out and referred me to Joe and his team at Cabana Concepts.These guys are life savers very responsive, and professional. I should have called them first and could have avoided all this. Joe and his team exceeded all expectations! They came in and and removed the doors and frame, and took everything apart and started from step one. They paid attention to every detail to ensure that the door would be installed to standard.
