We just moved into our house six months ago. Sliding solutions fixed out sliding glass door which didnt slide at all. The rollers were so rusted they froze up. Chris and his assistant were on time, polite and professional. They cleaned the track, installed new rollers and lubed everything up. The sliding glass door slides with my pinky and is like new again. Glad I didnt spend $3K on a new door.

I wanted to replace the whole door thinking that would solve the issue, but the gentlemen told me they just needed to replace the rollers and now it works new without spending money on a whole new door!

I shopped around a little and they had the best price as I figured its a simple straight forward service to replace the rollers. They arrived on time 8 am sharp Monday morning. When they were done, I could not believe how smooth and effortlessly it was to open and close the patio door! IT was like a new door. They also cleaned the top and bottom track which in itself looked new too (its one of those things I dont think to clean). I was just sliding it back and forth with a big grin on my face. I should have done this years ago! My 5 year old daughter couldnt even open/close the door (could be a good thing) before. While they were here, they replaced the squeakily screen-door rollers too. We are so happy because its something that we use every day. I highly recommend them!

Recently I had Sliding Solutions do a repair on 2 sliding doors and 1 shower door in one of my rental properties. Landon along with the owner came to my home personally to install my new sliding door track. They were on time, neat, even replaced the wheels on my screen door, not a part of the estimate. The scheduling staff were great letting me know that there was a delay in receiving the custom size track I needed and rescheduled my appointment to a time convenient for me. I originally contacted Sliding Solutions thinking that my sliding glass doors needed to be replaced. When Donald and Joe arrived at my house they explained that the door was fine however the rollers need to be replaced. By doing what they suggested my doors are working as new and they save me up to $3000.00 in new doors. Since I purchased my home 5 years ago my large 8 x 8 patio door never worked right. It was tough to open/close and the lock didnt work. Everyday I would use the door and get frustrated. I had a sliding glass door that was about 15 years old and for the last 5 years had steadily become harder to open and close. To the point where kids under 12 couldnt move it. After numerous friends complained about it I took action. I found Sliding Solutions online and called. Couldnt have been happier. Landon came out and after 30 minutes bites my door was as good as new. Highly recommend this company.

We had problems with two very old sliders being difficult to nearly impossible to open and close due to age, maintenance issues, and severe slider opening bowing (deflection). Landon and Christian came out and only took a couple of hours to repair both sliders. Now both my sliders slide like a hot knife over butter. Additionally, they took the time to explain what was causing the problem, how to properly maintain our sliders to help avoid problems in the future, and answer all my other questions. I hired Sliding Solutions in mid-2016 to re-adjust and repair five (5) pairs of sliding mirrored closet doors, each one five-feet wide. So, they did ten doors. And they did them very well.Fast forward to the end of 2017, one of those ten doors was off. I tried to adjust it myself but, of course, was unsuccessful. I called them for service, and today, Ryan from Sliding Solutions came to my home and fixed my problem in under ten minutes.I thought Ryan was an extremely pleasant fellow, but, then, when I asked how much, he replied nothing. All I can say is Happy New Year to Ryan, and now I must offer my unqualified endorsement of a local business that does its work well and takes care of its customers, even after a year-and-a-half.

We had a piece of glass from floor to ceiling installed with the wrong coating on it. We have had 3 appointments set up for it to be fixed and they have been no shows. Very disappointing.
