I only use this location to ship all my packages. They have their customers best interest at heart, and they really care. I tell all my family and friends about them! I also run a small business and need to ship a lot of items and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the best! Go see Evelyn, she’s the best!

I love this place my son and myself have been using the business for many years now I have been totally satisfied I love all the little trinkets and cards that they have there while waiting usually dont have to wait that long customer service has been awesome and they always offer extras just in case you need them things that you dont think about which are add on sales but still sometimes you just want to get in and out and if they bring it to your attention great business for them and Im so glad that Im not forgetting something so thanks for helping me remember.

Unbelievable. We just moved to the neighborhood, took a prepacked and paid USPS box to drop off, I was told they charge $1 for USPS item for handling. All they have to do is keep it for the USPS to pick up. NEVER going back to this location again. BAD ATTITUDE on top of ripping people off. Then they claim USPS doesnt go there and they have to drive to the Post Office ... Why The LIE, here is proof. Dont you think locals will see these?

This location is under new management! I had no idea they were even there and had used the ups store to mail my previous package for the holidays. I didn’t have a good experience there and when I saw the postal annex next to Albertsons I decided to mail my other package from there. I was greeted by Shana or Shannon at the door and was informed about a lot of different things that I wasn’t at the other store. Overall my package will get there by Christmas Eve at a great price and the customer service was impeccable definitely recommend this place.

They have no clue what a “FedEx Smart Post” is. I ship daily and have never run into this problem anywhere. My package was already paid for and ready to go. I just needed to drop it off. First she wanted me to pay $1 to ship it. Kept telling me it was for USPS. FedEx and USPS work together for FedEx smart posts. Why do they not understand different shipping options working at a postal annex? I’ll go to the one off Rancho Del Oro from now on. They know what they are doing.

Every time I come, the girls are very friendly. I’m new to the area and have been shipping things frequently and it took them no time to recognize me. Love the small town feel.

I have shipped twice from this location.My first experience with this location during the holiday season was great. My package was delivered via DHL express in an appropriate and timely manner. The individual helping me was so kind and helpful!However my second experience was not as great. The individual helping me during check out was still super nice and helpful! I paid almost $300 to ship DHL express again, but this time my package sat in this location for 2 days before it was picked up. I had to reach out to the location multiple times, as well as speak with two different individuals neither of which took a accountability. I would hope if a package is left sitting for an extended amount of time, effort is made to notify the customer and reach out to the carrier as well as compensation for not delivering on their express services.Highly recommend trying different methods of shipping.

Definitely a helpful and friendly place to be! They have cute trinkets and support other local businesses! I got my passport picture taken and printed within 5 minutes! They seemed to know many of their regulars by name. It is also family owned, so go here! Highly recommend this place!!!

Been at this location to drop off packages for usps before for pickup, was there 10/10/20 they charged me a dollars as a convenience fee, the last time I will be going there.

What a rip off. Needed stamps, post office was closed asked for 100 they only had 60 then I was charged $70 for .55 stamps.Charged me $1.06 that was their service fee. Never shop there A complete rip off.The more I read the reviews this place should close its doors. They are ripping off the public with their high surcharges. Will never ever go there

Today 4/3/20 the same lady was there as always but another older lady was working I’ve never seen before instead of helping me she yelled at me about leaving packages at the desk for drop off and yelled at me to drop them somewhere else. Don’t need anyone yelling at me for something I was told to do over the years. I’m done with this place and taking my business elsewhere.

The worst customer service, i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. the clerk was so rude !!! Stay away from this place,i called corporate and no one has responded.

The people were nice but even after a discount I saved over 20% by placing my shipment and sending it myself. They didnt understand that dividing heavier items from oversized items and sending two shipments was better. Something I had to figure out for myself. Im still looking for a better shipping solution.

I came in with a simple request; to print out 3 copies of the two-page Word document on my SD card. The two people behind the registers looked at each other then said that they wont take it because the SD card might have viruses. They said to instead email the document to them. If I was plotting to give their machines a virus with my SD card, then what would stop me from emailing them a virus?I am never coming to this stupid place again.

This place is a rip off. Tried to charge me 40 dollars to send a super light weight water bottle. They told me they would package it for me and then give me the price and then when I decided to not go through them they refused to unpackage it and then charged me anyways for the packaging. It wasn’t even taped together. Could have just taken it out of the box. They are scammers just go through USPS. Cost between 5 and 10 to ship at usps and they offer insurance on packages cheaper.

I took my packing in today to ship and worked with an older lady with my shipping needs. Not friendly at all and actually pretty nasty. The younger girls seemed to be friendly but this women that helped me checked the cost to ship USPS and quoted me $297 for priority mail. I decided to go to the actual Post Office and shipped the same package for $55. Either she doesn’t know what she is doing or they rip off people. 2.5 star rating sums up this place. Shape up or ship out. Bad news!

If I could give you zero stars, I surely would. I came into this location during the holidays, which happened to be my first and last time. I asked to print out a single document. There was a young man who worked there and several middle- aged women, one who was the owner who was not so personable. They had an elderly woman who was there that repeatedly dropped items she was trying to send to loved ones as they watched, as I bent to try and help her retrieve to box them. Secondly, I almost fainted when I was told that they would charge me $5.00 to print out 1 document.I had to ask gentlemen again to make sure this was not a joke. He stated that it was their store policy and that anything after 3 prints would be .25 cents per page. Today, I called to have a fax sent from the Dept of Veteran Affairs that was only one page. I had the VA rep on the line as she would be sending it and wanted to verify, due to it having my personal information. I asked what was the price for fax and she said $5.00! For one page?! What is wrong with these people.It is one mile from my home, I am a disabled veteran, so it was convenient for me to come to this location, but this is ridiculous and you all need to stop taking advantage of people. You make enough money in your store, you sell novelties and everything else in there. There is no reason for you to charge outrageous prices to make simple copies, and to receive/send faxes. I had her redirect it to Staples and it was kindly received for $1.00.You will not receive business from me and although you have reviews from others that are seemingly great, you dont gain by taking advantage of people.

This store charges a convenience fee for dropping off prepaid packages, while it is against franchise best practices to do this.

Had an electronic I-9 form to be completed. There were some issues with an email being received here, and once it was, an error message came up for them. This apparently was too frustrating for them so the two women asked me why I was even asking them to fill this type of form out because they fill out at least 3 of those paper forms every week. So, I left and took my business elsewhere.

Cant trust them! My wife mailed a small box (one eyeglass) on Monday 04/16 at 9:30AM, paid $29.22 to be delivered by next day (On the receipt it said to be delivered by 04/17 before 11:59 PM) but has not delivered by 04/18! Called this store to follow up, Dori from the store said you have to call UPS. Called UPS, they said the package was picked up by our driver on 04/17 at 4:30 PM, meaning the package was sitting in the store from 9:30 AM Monday to 4:30 PM Tuesday!I again called the store to ask why? And they said right now we are busy, will call you back in 10 mints, never called back!I called after 2 hours to follow up, Evelyn said the driver is not telling the truth and you have to follow with the UPS!!I will never ever go to this store again!

Why do you discriminate against people who do not carry cash? I went in today to fax 2 pages and your employee told me that you have a $10 minimum purchase with a debit card. I refused to buy anything else and was told that there would be a .50 surcharge. Tell me, if your establishment is robbed would you rather have money stolen or receipts? I find it very difficult that you feel it necessary to penalize customers for making payments without cash. Especially when you dont offer discounts for paying in cash! I will not be bringing my business to yours.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I came here to mail 3 flat rate USPS boxes/envelopes and they tried to charge me 50% MORE THAN THE STATED PRICE ONLINE!!!! The manager said that they needed to pay their $7,000 rent and then said my bad for the inconvenience. This place is a rip off!!!!! Please do your business somewhere else unless its worth the paying the 1.5x rate!!!!

Got there almost 10 minutes before they closed at 6 to mail out a small package with a label already printed and the lady at the cash register had already locked the door. Thats just bad business. You close when your hours are stated, not 10 minutes before....

I have done business with Postal Annex for several faxes that I needed..and they were prompt and had great customer service..I can always count on them

I enjoy their friendly presentation assisting my needs during the got-uh get this mail on pony express thinking: They have overnight service global shipping; The Postal Annex is well stocked for mom, dad and the business type thinker in addition to useful products, excellent location plenty of breathing room and you can spot it from 400 yards away.,,,to the left of Vons...Take uh breather with Starbucks next door, Vons, Wallmart and wi-fi is in the same Town Center Dennys, Taco Bell, Starbucks, and look for those tasty eateries.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They wanted to charge me $1 for a postal shipment receipt cause it was a prepaid lable and refused to provide me a UPS receipt for the same reason. Watch out they me charge you for tape and air conditioning in the store.

Horrible customer service and very slow. Do not go here to mail postal packages.
