Service was GREAT!!! My issue is that I purchased new brakes, front and rear and a few days after hearing noises coming from the brakes...during that same time frame, I almost crashed as my brakes are NOT working, thank God I didnt crash, but have to pay to get my vehicle towed home to wait another almost 2 weeks to get them fixed as the only mechanic that works there is in vacation...no very happy.

Dutch and Scott were an absolute pleasure to do business with. They got my car in for an AC condenser replacement on the same day and had it back to me a few hours later! Their prices were the best in town and the service was the same. Thank you very much guys! Highly recommend this complete auto repair center!!

Update: They have the nerve to respond & say there was a misunderstanding in their services when they told ME they would do it and to bring the car back. Acknowledged the services I needed and gave me an appointment just for me to show up and be told they arent doing that. Please note the attached image in which they describe themselves as able to do anything. What a joke. Especially since they dont do tires, dont do tint, & dont do body work (All things my cousin and I asked hoping to have a one stop shop) Legitimately, just go somewhere else like Palm Tire & Automotive who actually does everything.TLDR; Extremely disorganized, Does not care about the customer or their issues, very rude and misleading. DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEYI generally dont write reviews but this is important to know for anyone who considers this business that this business is not complete automotive repair and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I made it very clear that I needed a headlight, my A/C, tire monitoring service and a blend door actuator taken care of. They immediately tell me they /dont/ do tires. The day I make the appointment and take it in they only take care of the headlight and after doing a pull & release on my A/C with my condenser kicking on they say its fixed (Ive had this car for years and know my AC will kick on, but i need the root issue fixed). Completing ignoring the blend door issue. We discussed thatd we would have to take my dash out in advance so this was not new knowledge. So i then have to reschedule for their earliest convenience which is 5 days later. I come into the office 30min prior appointment and they just straight up tell me they arent doing an evaporator core even though it had been previously discussed. I got no call (And i left them 2 numbers), no warning, but instead woke up and drove the 30min out there to be there at 9AM for some short bald man, who didnt even have the decency to tell me his name or introduce himself, to look me in the eye, kick his hands up and say Were not doing that. Its going to be like 10 hours and last time I did it cost me $2300 in the most unprofessional way possible. Then proceeds to scoff me off. Just dont go here.

Quick to respond to my inquiry and one of the few companies that did so. I was visiting from out of town when my a/c compressor seized up next to the last day of my family vacation.These guys were able to give me an appointment the next day and knock the job out in several hours.Incredibly reasonable on the price and super easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. They are trustworthy and skilled laborers.Heading home now with the a/c blasting out cool air! I don’t write many reviews. But I wanted to share a RAVE:About 2 weeks ago the Air Conditioner went out in my car. I took it to the dealership to get repaired and not only got a crazy high estimate, but also got the run around on the details and timeline of getting the repair done.I went and saw Scott and Mike at Dealer Alternative in Ocoee, just outside of Winter Garden. To say they were amazing is an understatement. They were friendly and super helpful. They recognized the urgency of getting my car fixed and they rushed to get the parts needed in. They fit me in in the same week. On the day of the repair, they worked quickly, diligently, and effectively and had my car done in no time! They did the repair and didn’t try to nickel and dime everything or try to find other things “wrong” with my car like I have had with the dealership in the past. Their estimate was well within our budget and the final cost was right there with the estimate.My husband and I are so impressed with this group that we will take our cars to Scott and Mike for all of our car needs no matter how big or how small.

I was looking for a good independent shop to do some critical maintenance on my Lexus GX470. It was overdue for a timing belt replacement, which can destroy the engine if it breaks. These guys were responsive, knew about my vehicle, and helped me decide on the right replacement parts. They were ready when I arrived, parts were in, and the service was done when they said it would be. Just scheduled a complete brake job including front and rear rotors and pads. Great job, guys!

I drive a modified focus ST and I had a small issue with my downpipe hitting the crossmember after my install. Normally I work on my own car and do not rely on shops but I did not have the right tools and went in to see if they could help me out by cutting an inch or two off.I believe the owner or manager (I forgot to get your name) but he took my keys and within 10 minutes came back saying he just readjusted it and the problem was fixed! I would have been more than happy to pay for his time but he told me to just come back whenever I needed something, and thats just what Ill do.Being a car enthusiast, I do not let anyone near my car, let alone work on it. I do my own oil changes in fear of the dealership putting in the wrong type of oil, cross-threading the filter and etc, but I would have no problem taking my car here again. They seem very professional and honest. Ill definitely be coming back for service and Id have no problem recommending my car friends or family to come here.

I got there 30 mins before closing to pick up a wish item & they were closed. It says open till 5:00 I was there at 4:30. I just drove 35 mins away for you to close early & not pick up the phone at all. There was like 3 cars in the parking lot as well but no one would answer. Now I have to drive way back out here another day & hope you dont decide to close early.Thanks.
