Great customer service and great cars. I bought a 2008 Corolla a year ago, and it’s running smoothly.
Please let this be the review that convinces you, DO NOT GO HERE, i went to look at two of their cars and after putting my OB2 sensor they lied about the mileage on both cars and one of their cars had a misfire in cylinder one and the other had a O2 sensor issue. please everyone who reads this go anywhere, literally anywhere but this dealer.
Was extremely skeptical after test driving the car.Due to lack of customer service. No one asked questions or showed concerned. We went back weeks later. My daughter loved it so much. Since she went through so much this year I went against my better judgment. 30 days in, I’ve already put 3k into a 7k used car. I have repair shops telling me there is no way they checked the vehicle out before unless there mechanic doesn’t know how to services cars. Thought we could at least get to 1year. Kid you not we aren’t done with repairs, so now it’s time to sell this junk. The 90 day warranty they give isn’t even warranty it covers two things that will probably never need repaired. Such a disappointment.
I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. My experience wasn’t the best maybe others but not mine. First thing is the cars look decent but not as good as the internet pictures. We purchased a 2015 Corolla for my daughter to go to college on Friday May 7, 2021 and Saturday morning the car started acting funny, losing power and not shifting right 3 lights on the dash. Tuesday left it at the transmission shop Wednesday morning took it to Toyota transmission is shot among other issues. It’s still in the shop now. Dealership not so responsive now won’t even answer the phone. So they sell you a car with a so called warranty included, but it’s actually not included and it’s not really a warranty either. It’s basically they pay a portion and they pick the parts and prices. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!I can post pictures of the warranty payment and the diagnosis of a bad transmission if I knew how
I recently bought a used car from here. Randomly. I had the best customer service. I did have a small problem but as it’s a used car it was expected. They fixed it immediately no questions asked. Excellent service. Very impressed. Thank you..I Highly recommend.. awesome service.
Hello i’m the daughter of Camelia who left a comment earlier and decided to make a reply.my mother gave in to my convincing of buying this car because i believed what you guys had told us saying “everything’s good”. i wish i had taken precaution into looking at more of these reviews because i see the same reoccurring complaints of “maintenance” problems. now keep in mind before i begin, this car was highly overpriced for the mileage it was and everything that was wrong but i guess that’s how it should be IF the car was really checked and fixed completely ready to last. a car driving “perfectly fine” on the way to delivery doesn’t mean there aren’t multiple problems that will occur very soon. it also shouldn’t sound strange to you guys that the repair was 3k if you really inspected it and did “absolutely everything” that the car demanded. the car was bought with us being told that there are no problems and no error lights which is what was expected, so we trusted your word and bought it. i wasn’t going to save $ so we can tow it back to you a couple weeks later . had to save for 3 months so that we can get it fixed by a real mechanic . going back on the part where you said you had done absolutely everything that the car needed, when it was taken to a mechanic they had stated the flywheel along with the clutch was completely and horribly broken with no way to fix at all and said “that it looked like wherever we got it from tried to fix it but only messed it up more”, the battery had absolutely no juice, nothing. which should obviously last more than 3 months if you did everything the car needed. you also did not hear from us until now because we finally were able to afford local towing and having a legit mechanic tell us all the bad junk going on with the car. Now, i understand the fact that the clutch may have been worn from me having a first manual vehicle, but i was able to pick up on it almost immediately with little to no stalls so it doesn’t seem to be true that the clutch was replaced before our purchase. but regardless if it was..there was still many other things wrong. you are surprised we are just now reaching back with a real complaint but why would we need to give you the chance to see what’s wrong with the car when multiple error codes pop up if you had already checked all the problems directly before selling it. again we needed 3 months so we could afford taking it to a reliable mechanic that would actually fix what is needed so i can have a car to drive instead of taking it back to the same place who told us everything was perfectly fine with the car. (the problems i listed are also not even close to the amount of things going wrong with the car..honestly the same amount of problems a flood car may have) i hope you guys either put the mechanic guy in check or get a new one.
I found a white 2012 Honda Accord on cargurus, listed by Magic Auto Sales for $5,999 with 160,000 miles. My 18-year-old daughter was looking for a car and fell in love with the Honda when I showed it to her. We drove for 2h20 mn to the dealership in NJ, from Albany, NY, on Thursday April 29, 2021 to see the car. My daughter put down $400.00 to hold the car until until Tuesday may 4, 2021. My daughter was approved for auto to get the car, so we drove back to NJ on May 4, 2021 to get a purchase agreement and a copy of the car title showing proof of a ownership by the dealership. As the purchase agreement was drawn by the dealership, we were in a hurry to get back to Albany, NY before 5 PM, the closing time of my daughter’s Bank, so we did not read the agreement. After 15 mn drive, I pulled over to take a look and found out that Magic Auto Sales, LLC, was trying to cheat by jacking the car price from $5,999 to $6,999. We quickly turned around and head back to the dealership showed it to them, and they pretended it was a mistake on the price change. “ Yea right a mistake”!!! That’s how they cheat customers when one does not pay attention. They changed the price back to $5,999 and we left, but come to find out that they forgot to sign this second purchase agreement. The Bank declined to give a check to my daughter to complete the purchase. And we ended up buying another car in Albany, NY, because my daughter’s bank called the dealership to send them a new signed purchase agreement and a copy of the car title which they stated they did not have available. And now, Magic Auto Sales decided to keep our $400.00 deposit claiming that we did not complete the purchase with them. Please away from this dealership. They are bad news!!!
My neice was looking for a car. She didnt find anything that was less than $3000 so she didnt get a car. But its a nice place, nice staff.
Was a little skeptical on buying from a used car dealer due to experience. Had a major issue days after buying a car. Brought it back and they fixed it up no problem. I definitely recommend them.
Horrible people. STAY away! You have been warned. Drove 211 miles to buy a car and when my wife and I pulled up to their office they were selling it! I kid you not. Even after calling and telling them when we left, and then when we were 30 minutes away. True story. All my wife and I got was a Im sorry. Yes, you guys are sorry Magic Auto Mall. More like Sorry Auto Mall! By the way, we went to Napleton Dodge and bought another GT by REAL people.
Great group of guys who just want their customers to be so happy with service received they will come back. No schemes just honest brokers. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income they work with me to get me into a safe reliable car in my budget. Ill definitely be back!!!!!
A quick easy experience, purchased a great quality vehicle at a fantastic price. Very nice and helpful!
Good and fair price, would recomend
Great friendly dealership.. They make buying a car a hassle free experience.. Thanks Edwin..Highly recommended..
Good customer service, but not a good quality dealership. Not a high variety of vehicles lack of car service and outdated maintenance in most vehicles. Problems such as power steering, alignments, brakes. Although, eye-catching model cars primarily from year 2000-2016 from classic to sport, even luxury it is not the same experience you would expect when you have the opportunity to personally see the vehicles & test drive. I believe that most pictures are taken upon delivery of the car arriving to the dealership. Vehicles are not as attractive when you reach the dealership versus the pictures displayed online. You will notice that when you compare the two. If you do plan to visit this dealer, I highly recommend suggesting the question, how long the vehicle has been on the lot. There is now no way possible, for me to take advantage of that chance or opportunity. If only I had known. But I, now can at least take advantage Of the opportunity to share some good advice. When you propose the question of how long the vehicle has been on the lot it will give you an idea of how long the car has been maintained and driven. If you ask my opinion, I would definitely say they are not maintenanced regularly. Furthermore, take into consideration the model, make and year of the car that you’re interested in. That will at least give you an idea on the amount of money you yourself would spend long term for your used vehicle. If you take into factor maintenance, mileage, tires, fuel, etc. Recommend that You take a test drive of the car. You will immediately notice problems with the car you are driving. My worst car shopping experience, I was not satisfied with the maintenance of the wide selection of vehicles I chose to test. I was also very displeased with my purchase. I would not recommend this dealer.
