Let me express how proud I was to work again after not working for years because of my disability. Today I am with sadness that I was fired for a no call no show that I did not do, I gave them paperwork stating the days I will not come into work and because they did not look at the paperwork I ended up getting fired. Ashley Casiano claimed I didn’t call them but they still had the paperwork I gave them the days before I was not coming into work so they had time to give me a yes or a no. I must say that our supervisor Terese has been the most kind and patient with all of us but Ashley Casiano for some reason did not like me. I’ve never did anything to her at all. I will never work at a place that I am uncomfortable and she made it very clear she didn’t like me. As a person with disabilities I should be treated like the rest, i tried so hard to work and do good for myself but people like her take our jobs away for no reason. I would not recommend this job if she’s around the area. I will be finding a lawyer for wrongful termination as soon as possible.
Arbitration doesnt answer phone. Has me in limbo for weeks. Sad part is if I was a big franchise dealer they would pick up the phone in a second. Horrible customer service and I cant reiterate that enough.
I am a previous employee. They treat their staff very well. Excellent benefits and an excellent place to work.
The lady that stands there checking people in is a natural pain. Just wanted to go to the bathroom had to get my license.

It is an unfair decision. The car has two problems, you are separating it for your convenience.In spite of everything I get an Arbitration-Invalid Buyer Fee $ 200. What is this ?This is so we dont complain about the poor work the inspector did.Lets make an appointment with Manhein Orlandos general manager.Another car arrived with the instrument Cluster screen broker.Until when are we going to pay for the bad work of an inspector.This car came with these defects that are not included in the CR.It is a lack of respect.Solve these problems or pick up this car.Shift-lock override cover is broker.LF car door seals are broken how show the pictures.We take the car to Hyundai and this is not covered by the warranty. That was when the car was forced to open the door.In the eight years we have in this business we have never had a problem, we fulfill all our responsibility and we treat our clients and all of us who have working relationships with great respect.With our right and with much respect we are going to fight this case.Another thing treat women better when you talk to them.We who are affected have always spoken with great respect to all workers in Manheim.We are grateful to Manhein, very grateful and the damage that you are doing hurts us for not doing his job with all the responsibility that his company and his clients deserve.In these hard times we are living we must be better people and give our best. PUT THE PRINTER AT GATE AFTER OFFICE IS CLOSED.
Make sure you have Id with you even if youre not driving the vehicle being picked up. I was turned away and had to walk all the way back to the truck, just because I didnt bring my drivers license. Wont tell you at the front gate either, just the lots to pick up. Other than that, it was a breeze.
It has been about five years since I bought cars from this auction. It has really gone downhill. I bought 3 cars on OVE Saturday and did a 14 day PSI well it is now Tuesday night and still sitting in PSI. I wish people would take pride in what they do especially when it comes to customer service.
Nov 2019. First thing to know is that they only work with licensed automobile dealers. Great service as always, outstanding location and awesome staff. If researching the lot you better put on your sneakers, shorts, hat, and come with plenty of time because this lot is humongous. Even though they offer their GPS service (Manheim Lot Vision) to not look aimlessly the lot is so huge that you may end up walking a few miles depending who many cars you are researching. Not sure if they offer a golf cart service, but I didnt ask as I didnt want to sound like a lazy guy.

MannheimMy experience with Mannheim has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 10+ years in the auto industry. They are deceiving and dishonest. This is a company who does not stand behind their word. I purchased a vehicle recently and discovered all kinds of issues with the car that were not disclosed. After my own research, this vehicle had been purchased and returned with the same issues sold to me. I also purchased another vehicle, received gate pickup invoice to later be told the car was no longer available. I’ve given this company not one but multiple opportunities to make things right but instead I realize more and more how deceitful and unworthy they are of anyone’s business. Do not trust or make business with them as you will find yourself in a bid like I am right now. I am sharing my experience with Mannheim to avoid anyone else from going through such a negative experience. Do business right or don’t do business at all!

Horrible. The employees barely help if at all. Good luck getting inops. If the app doesnt locate your car correctly youll be looking on your own. Security are about the only decent people, they try to help...

If youre looking to do business with a company that actually cares about you and the experience you have with their company, this is one of the greatest company. I was picking up 3 cars, had them staged and 1 car was missing and it was hot and I was late. Not in the mood for this, but Theresa from staging did not give up and she was smiling and friendly and said she would find it, and she did! Thank you Theresa.
I was on the parking lot asked driver on a go cart that was carry gas cansWere is psi, i think. Were the card are tested. He turn his go cart around and immediately took out a mini softball aluminum bat and was waving it in the ground and came towards my vehicle that was taking to the inspection with the lunar bat on his shoulder while he was driving one hand. Boy i was hoing to get my head bash. I complaint to another employee of the auction and made me feel i was crazy. Beside that everybody is great.

This auction has a lot of nice inventory. prices are very expensive and td lane is difficult to buy from. auctioneers likes to play games with u opening super high numbers pretending people are bidding, most cars are “no sale” in td lane because auction don’t like to sell cars. overall nice auction

Best auto auction in the Orlando area I believe. Enjoy driving the cars thru the auction. Most people are helpful and fun to be around(Manheim employees, temp service no so about many). Clean, well organized auction.

I would give 0 starts if possible for the customer service on transport companies. Transport cannot pass thru #497 security without an escort and the waiting time is hours, ridiculous for companies that have to make multiple trips to the auction,even on one trip the waiting is insane. I think is time for Mannheim to start hiring more equipment and escorts. This is why most dealerships preferred to buy in other auctions with better customer service skills.
Always fun to visit and check out the cars, although its not open to the public, I have managed to visit a few times.

This place is HUGE! Lots of traffic flow. Office is way too small, they really need to expand the office. Never go there without FL license they will NOT allow you to enter. Must have FL license.

Been with Manheim all over the Country for 22 years. Never been treated their poorly. Purchased a car that has odomneter issues documented on carfax. Said it wasn’t their problem. I know it’s wholesale but not disclosing the tmu is just wrong!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a 2015 Mercedes GL450 and paid for the 14 day PSI. We had a major issue within the time frame and miles. We get the run around for the last three days. No one wants to step up and give any answers or help. Over 30 calls in the last three days and still no answers. We dropped the vehicle exactly where they told us to and the first 24 hours they couldnt even locate it because they lost the vehicle. Definitely not a place to do business once they get your money they could careless about you! Call log in the last 24 hours.11:20 to manager Was told they would get Bobby Clark to call right away.12:16 to manager no answer.12:38 to main line and left message.2:07 to manager no answer.3:39 to manager. Was told Bobby Clark would call me.4:20 to manager. No answer4:21 to main line for arbitration and got Juan again who said that Bobby Clark is not in the office.Unfortunately we have to result to getting lawyers involved which end up costing both parties money. Sad way to do business!

Wide parking lots for all the car carriers, easy to pull in and pull out once youve got your cars loaded up.
The cashier ladies was great took care of me with all the paperwork. But the ppl who look for your vehicle are not in order. I understand its a big car lot. But there is ways to find a vehicle. I am waiting over 2 hrs for my car. There were ppl behind me who got there car in 20 to 30 minutes. I am stuck here for 2 hrs or more waiting for my car.

Buyer beware. Manheim does not inspect their vehicles pre-auction, does not inspect the carfax of the vehicles they do run through auction and almost sold our vehicle twice! Do not do business with this company. I dont think they care but I am posting my experience for the good of the public.

In auction the drive out gate pass room needs more help. The line of 5-20 people with a 30 minute-2 hour wait is hard on drivers. And the shuttle is worse. Unreal it takes an hour to get a car.
In addition to those, Ive had numerous other smaller problems - such as but not limited to: floor prices not being put in at all/or put in at the correct amount, condition report or lack of condition report requests being put in incorrectly (ie in reverse of what I want), additional fees being charged WHICH ARE INCORRECT and not accurate (so keep an eye on your invoices or youll probably pay a bit extra), evening gate hours being changed randomly so when you show up to pick up a car you have to come back the next day instead, occasionally cars on their property being messed with, andddd the list goes on....!!!!Do I really need to come in and HOLD ALL THE EMPLOYEES HANDS, making sure they do their job properly??? What a disgrace!!! Its mind blowing how much stuff theyve got wrong for me (more than has been right, I can assure you of that!) and thats JUST ME - what about the other thousands of dealers nationwide??But, when Manheim makes A KILLING charging Buy + Sale Fees on every car, Condition Report fees, Sale Day Wash Fees, an additional Internet Satisfaction Fee (for internet sales - BOTH to buyer & seller!!), PSI Fees, Cash Payment Fee, etc, and contracts out the auctioneers to minimize employees & overhead - plus plays favorites with large new car stores and high volume dealers, they simply dont care about customer service or ANYONE -- just the bottom line profit margin. Which is sad really!!! Shame on you Manheim!!And now, Manheim wants to focus more on digital sales - so buyers cant even see & inspect the cars theyre supposed to be spending money on??? HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!!! NOPE, NEVER DOING THAT!!!While I will say: to deal with them is basically a necessary evil as theyre the largest auction nationwide, and most dealers dont have much of a choice - it would sureeeee be nice if they upped their customer service & attention to detail immensely!! I guess thats my dream for the future, similar to Martin Luther King Jrs dream I guess.... maybe one day....Until then: I wonder what the next fee they will come up with will be?? Perhaps like the commercial, a fee fee. Or possibly a fee to enter the premise on sale day/an entrance fee. Or maybe start charging to park in their lot to attend the sale? We have had numerous issues with CRs ( condition reports). We understand they have many units to do but their graders should be accurate and more than anything else reliable on a steady basis. Especially with the online auction buying process.My issues are once confronted with unreliable reports they(staff) want to dispute the problem and your knowledge on top of it which I find very insulting. All the money Manheim makes they should hire more CR graders instead of working the few they have like dogs. But instead they want to argue that you the customer are wrong - never them!The more Cox company has the worse the little car dealer gets treated. The Manheim auctions only care about the new car dealers and the big used car dealers.I have been wronged over and over by CR grade reports. The worse thing about this is when you speak up they want to insinuate you are wrong or the issue is not covered. Always something - never their fault.Please do not ever deal with Ms. Toni Williams she is incompetent. In a position of assistant GM (useless by person & title). She will straight out lie to you and then use your words to craft a response to hide behind.She is the worst staff member I have encountered at any Mannheim location. Dot ever ask for her help - anyone but her.The GM Mr. Herdegen is a great guy who is always helpful
