I saw a truck Doug had and it was my first car I have ever purchased I went and talk to him about it and told him I was very interested in buying it. during the process I felt kind of rushed he hit me with lies like “hey I have a guy coming down from buffalo with cash to come buy it so if you don’t get it right now I can’t hold the price or the truck” he also never afford to test drive the truck but I look around the whole truck and it looked clean no signs of rust or anything. So I bought it a few months in i power washed it a couple of times and the under carriage paint started coming off which led to me finding out the rust and after more inspection I found more and more cover up paint so was lied to about it being rust free. The truck also had a lot of little things wrong like sensor problems that I was told by the Gmc dealer they turned off like if it was fixed and never fixed them And that why they popped up a few weeks in from having the truck. Overall inspect inspect INSPECT ! Any car or truck you’re buying maybe pay a well educated mechanic to come do a inspection for you before buying do not rush in with these guys !!

Recently bought a used SUV from Olean Used Cars. The car came with a 30 day warrantee, which was ideal since I reside in Buffalo, NY. After driving for about 20 days, I began to notice some issues with the car, but I was not able to drive it back to Olean to get fixed until after the warrantee expired. Doug was very accommodating and honored the warrantee anyways. He also was more than willing to pay out of pocket to ensure that I was satisfied with the way my SUV drove. Would highly recommend doing business with Doug.
