These guys really came through. We were shopping around and just couldn’t find the perfect vehicle. They had it but it was priced a little too high for us. They gave us more for our trade, a fair price on the vehicle, and a great interest rate. I have never had a better car buying experience and this was my 7th purchase.They were straight up with us about a vehicle we liked that had some history. That type of thing isn’t very common.They also have a really nice inventory.

I had an excellent buying experience at this dealership. Brian H, the salesman (the very tall salesman) was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. Mimi, the finance person was also friendly and very professional. I have to say, this was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had, which is really good since I drove 100 miles twice to buy this car. Oh, and the car-this was one of the cheapest cars on the lot, but it was the best price I found anywhere. The car was clean, with new tires and brakes. The day I picked it up, they put in a new battery because they didnt feel the one in the car was quite right. Most of the cars are high end, higher priced lightly used cars. Even though the margin on the car I bought was tighter, they still treated me great. Oh, and they have a free one year service package that includes, among other things, 3 free oil changes. Its kind of a remote dealership, but I recommend it highly.

Stopped back by this place against my better judgment. As I looked at vehicles, salesman kept checking his watch as if his time was to important to talk to me. Seemed upset when I didnt want to drive anything although one time I overheard business manager complain I was test driving every car on the damn lot Cant you just smell the class oozing out of this place?

Fell for a classic bait and switch with these guys. Went in for one vehicle, they sold it as I was walking through the door. They sold me on charm and empathy. The truck they sold me is rusted out and worth nothing. I sent them an email and called, gave them 3 months to respond, they forced me to write a negative review. I will be writing on every single review board I can find....Save yourself the headache...run.Update; I purchased this vehicle one year ago and it failed inspection. They won’t return my calls texts or emails. I have a one month old that I can’t pick up from the baby sitter can’t take to the doctor if my wife is at work....they epically screwed me!

Although we decided not to purchase the car we had been considering due to some minor issues we found with it that may or may not cause major issues in the future, I highly recommend Tyler, the young salesman I dealt with. He was honest and above board with what he could and could not do. That was appreciated and Im sorry that we were unable to close a deal with him. We went looking at vehicles. They had us fill out paperwork that they were to put into a safe & not run our credit unless we decide to get a vehicle from them. 2 days later there was a hard hit on our credit stating that they ran our credit. Took my credit score down 5 points. This after we did research on the vehicle we were looking at and decided it wasnt what we wanted. So beware of the fast talking and deceitful promises they tell you!!!!

Horrible place to buy a car... Untrustworthy people. They didnt spell my name right on my title. My car has had problems ever since i drove it off the lot. Worst place to consider going. Once they sell you the car and get their commission they dont care about you. Worst place to ever buy a car. If youre thinking about buying a car here, run the other way. Youre welcome in advance.

DONT USE THEM! They constantly kept lying and kept pushing off appointments and every time they gave me a time limit they broke it. Sales person never contacted me back when he said repeatedly. And then said he was busy with customers, what was I then? stay away if you cant trust their word what you think about the cars they sell? Dont get ripped off, more than enough saying there bad, trust that!

So many cars and truck to choose from, how can anyone decide? Well after 2 and a half hours some test driving and without my wife. I left her at home cause she would of said [ you dont need a new car! Whats wrong with the van? Well its like this, since I paid it off it has been nickel and dime ing us with new plugs, wires, manifold gasket, New rotor cap, pipe for the muffler, at $207.00 which it was 12-14 inches long and curly.] Now in a month my son will be getting his learners permit and next year Im sure my 14 year old daughter will be going for hers, I want a vehicle that is dependable! Well that is the truth I told my wife when I got home. Well Ive been home for 2 hours with the vehicle we will be getting and she hasnt said another word to me since. I have another couple of hours till we go to bed, she will see it my way Im sure.Ive been disabled since 2010 and with everything that is giving her pains [ not me] in her legs, hips, and back and my pain in feet and back we will need a dependable vehicle! Idk where to even begin with this. I came in to the location with an approval from a finance company that I called ahead to confirm they used. I was told by the finance manager herself when I called that they use them. By time I got there I was told they didnt complete their funding but not to worry by Monday their owner will be back and be good to go. My father asked the finance mngr at that time if since we were putting a cash down payment if I could get dealer plates till Monday then and he was told by mngr he would but theyre running short call Saturday and see if any avail - so I did and none available. FineMonday rolls around and I had to call to confirm everything is a go I didnt hear until 430 that its not the owner is not back yet Tuesday tho you should be good.Tuesday comes no owner.Wednesday comes the owner is back but now theyre waiting on something else. Ok I panic and start looking elsewhere. Im approved at another dealership that the salesman confirmed they also use. I call shults back to see why they cant use them. They dont knowThursday, Friday, that following week till that Friday Im getting every excuse and then finally advised that if I go thru such and such Ill need additional 4,000 down (on top of 2,000) and the funding isnt finalized for my original approval. They then told me the dealership that I did get approved from is pulling my leg bc they dont see that anywhere on my reportFlash forward to today 5/10/17 - they werent pulling my leg I now have a 2016 Jeep Patriot thru an actual bank, not a buy here pay here, and never heard from shults again.I had heard horrible reviews of this place but decided to try my own. I understand if Im not approved but why string me along and then tell me Im lying when Im approved elsewhere with the same banks.
