Great Experience with their service team. Coordinators got an experienced Technician onsite quickly - and under Package Care service - it was all covered! The emphasis on service support was very evident in my experience! Would definitely recommend for air compressors and for air compressor service!

Terrible service empty promises calls not returned got swore at by service coordinator. Got charged for service call under warranty of a brand new compressor that did not resolve issue. I have 6. 5-15 hp compressors never again will I buy another IR delt with both omaha and minneapolis. Nothing but contradictory information and failure to return calls.

Communication and service response is very lacking. Does not let you know what day arriving or time. They do send out automated email but rarely do they make that date and have to continuously call them to find out service time. Doesnt follow through with discoveries when they do finally arrive. Urgency is not important to them and if there is a problem with account they dont let anyone know until they are needed again. used to be a very reputable company but service has severely dropped. The only plus is their techs are very knowledgeable.

3 months to repair an air compressor?? First they have the replacement pump sent to MY WORK, I have to take it to them and its the wrong pump! Then the next pump they order is damaged! Both times these pumps arrived they sent me emails saying the compressor is ready to pick up and after driving all the way over there they inform me it is not ready. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!

My compressors original pressure switch lasted 15 years, the replacement switch lasted 6 months and 2 weeks, just 2 weeks out of warranty. I dont think that the replacement parts are the same quality as the original Parts.

Ask for payment prior to service and then just tell you to buy a new one bill you for over $300

Cant do business if you dont answer your phone! AGAIN!
