Terrible experience. Tried going into their eastern Iowa shop a few months back and the bald man working there couldn’t help me in the slightest, I noticed he could hardly type on his keyboard. To add on to it, he was yelling at the technicians in shop like a mad man for no reason. I’ve heard a few other similar stories from other guys I know in the area about that bald guy. Seems like he’s built himself quite the reputation. He went on to tell me he’s a coordinator at the company, which I really could not believe…
