Michael Cox of Furniture Medic was timely, highly responsive, and extremely thorough. He was very polite and took time to ask questions about the items and really made an effort to understand and document the damage to the items. I was not excited about this process (moving company damage claims) but, Michael’s professionalism and obvious passion for his work made it far more enjoyable than expected.
