I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Part took forever to arrive and them my order was half filled. Customer service ignores email and phone doesnt work. Im at a loss. DO NOT ORDER FROM PARTSFISH or any other Dillon Brothers Affiliate.

I ordered a part one month ago today. Getting someone to answer the phone is monumental, e-mails are completely ignored. The only thing that works quickly with PartsFish is getting billed. I will NEVER use this outfit again.
Thinking seriously before you place an order from their online shop, you will not get any response from them even you try hard to do the e-mail.
Dillon Brothers MotorSports has always made me feel like the customer is always important. You always get a welcome coming into the store and a thank you when leaving. I have purchased several motorcycles from Dillon Brothers MotorSports because of the pricing, great selection and the Sales staff has treated me very well. The Service Department pays attention to details and has given me the highest quality maintenance on all of the work they have done for me throughout the years, and the Parts Counter staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. My overall experience has been excellent. Thank you for putting your customers first.
Placed an order on their website on 9/17, nothing on the website indicated that the parts I wanted were on back-order, they said my estimated delivery would be 9/22-9/26. It is now 9/26 and my parts havent shipped yet, 10 days later. I probably wont see them for another week even if they ship today. They need to make it clear when they dont have parts in stock and give more accurate shipping estimates. I would not buy from here again.
Currently dealing with these guys as an Amazon 3rd party seller. Shipping super slow, and cant seem to get a response from them.I will be filing a report through Amazon today.
Do not order From partsfish, unless you have an extra lifetime to wait for your product. I still havent received my order yet, after delaying the order by a week, they shipped it and its been more than 2 weeks now, and I find out that the carrier has returned the product back to them for God knows what reason. The beautiful thing is, nobody responds to me.
Choose another vendor. Parts indicated as in-stock often are not. Things that should take a couple or three days can take a month or more. I could order parts from several different other vendors and have them in hand. With partsfish, I have to call when the product doesnt show, just to find out they never had it, that they ordered it from somewhere else. Avoid.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE OTHER COMMENTS!!! This company is just a middle man when you order parts. Turnaround time is ridiculous. Would have went elsewhere if I had known better.
Ordered five parts for my dirt bike. They said they had all the parts in stock. Charged me for all five parts according to my credit card. On the order, it says I was refunded for a part that they didnt really have in stock (never received refund on my credit card). I also never received any form of notice to say that days after my order was placed, they only had 4 parts and they would be sending only 4/5 of my order. I waited 13 days (supposed to be 4-8 days) for the order and now I dont have something I needed to even put the bike together. Now Im screwed till I can order the part from another place. When I order it, I will have to wait for the order and pay for shipping again (these part stores charge ridiculous shipping rates). I will also say that my shipping rate was not reduced even though the part I ordered (and was supposed to be refunded for) was the biggest part. I got screwed by these people so bad its not even funny. There goes a month of riding when it was supposed to be 8 days at most.
I have purchased two motorcycles from Dillon Bros. and I returned to Dillon Bros. because how great they treated me with my first purchase. There are five dealerships closer to me than Dillon Bros. and I have found that Dillon Bros. far exceeds my expectations unlike the others. If you want great service and a great customer experience, go to Dillon Bros.
Love their helpful website with parts diagrams, but beware. I placed an order for parts that appeared to be in stock on the website. It took SIX DAYS before the order was ready to leave their store. Since they use USPS deliver, I wont see my parts for yet another week. When I called, they said that they rarely have the parts in stock and they have to order them in.Lesson learned: If you need it fast, BUY ELSEWHERE.
We love shopping at Dillion Brothers. Scott C. is the best person to work with. They cant pay that guy enough for the service he gives... seriously! We have now purchased three motorcycles from Dillion Brothers and its all because Scott was so great on our first bike purchase. We will never shop anywhere else.

The service has always been outstanding. Clothing and helmets are adequate but wish they would get in newer items. Have been waiting for the HJC HPHA-Max for over a year since it was introduced but still not available.
You will not find better business owners. They care about their customers and enjoy the business. Its a great place to shop.
