I Had a complete engine build done by Will at Werner Cycleplus a lot of other work . He knows his bikes, does good quality work, and they are fair on pricing . And they are great to work with . I recommend this shop for all your bike repair needs .

When my most coveted possession A 1-off (99FXDWG) suffered internal engine/clutch/trans,component failure. I had zero confidence or trust in any Repair shop or H-D dealership in the Metro area not to hit me hard with Excessive Labor cost and full retail / Markup price of complete trans and drive train components . So after searching the internet I recalled having the pleasure of meeting a Man a year or so ago who made a profound impression on me when one of our mutual friends mentioned He does Dyno tuning on H-Ds and also does builds and performance upgrades for Werner cycle.his response to my question which I asked him how do people set up a 800 + # Harley to pull up and wheelie ? His eyes lit up as he explained to me that this was one of his favorite things to do riding wheelies on H-D dynas and sportys so as he gave me a detailed explanation and defined the effects on performance and handling it was clear to me that his experience,knowledge and passion for his craft are next level compared to Factory or H-D dealer and certified technicians! Wich he proved by completely disassembling my transmission gear set and primary and clutch assy then saving me thousands in parts by rebuilding A-Z then when I picked it up after he completed my repairs it shifted smother and quieter than it ever had ! It was better than new ! And for a price so Fair I’m not going to repeat it ! Two weeks later I took the bike back and asked for tuning and performance Repairs. Hands Down the best experience I have ever had in any service dept ..He Has Earned My trust and business for life .And thank you for your service to our national truly America’s Finest. Jerry Svendsen at Werner is the man. He tells you exactly what your car NEEDS, gives you an explanation, and the shop absolutely does not try to gouge you. If there is something that they have exposed in repairing your vehicle, theyll explain to you that you may not need that particular thing fixed at this time, but the hourly rate it will take to dig that far back into the engine at a later date, will save you 100s/1000s. Honest crew.
