From initial contact Damien was super responsive, and answered all my questions. I felt at ease and so comfortable buying a car having never even been inside the dealership. They shipped the car right to my door in speedy time. Im not sure whats more amazing.... the car or the experience. I highly recommend this dealership for a completely hassle free experience. Im in love with my Stelvio! Its even prettier than in pictures.

This was my first purchase with a Woodhouse dealership. I worked with Keith Owen to purchase a 4C. The whole transaction went very smoothly thanks to Keith, he did everything he said he would, we made a deal and there was no monkey business. He was able to acquire the car I wanted from another Alfa dealer, and the whole purchase was done over the phone. I purchased a Giulia from Alfa Romeo of Omaha this week. Overall the experience was really good. I had some circumstances that a normal dealership would have a hard time with (living in a different state, outside financing etc,) and the team here (especially Keith!) work very hard to make the deal happen.Took delivery on my car yesterday and it’s in phenomenal shape. Highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Omaha!! I’d been shopping for a Stelvio for six months and suddenly found two online that were identical and exactly what I wanted at two different dealerships. The dealerships were each about 600 miles away in different directions from my home. When the numbers started moving around at the other dealership, I called Damien at Alfa Omaha and it was smooth sailing from there! Damien took care of everything for me by email, phone and text and I was on a plane to Omaha within 48 hours. When I arrived the Stelvio was detailed to perfection, the numbers were the same as previously discussed, and within an hour I was driving my new Stelvio back home. Great staff, great experience!

They gave me an alright deal on my car and the sale went well, but when they gave me my washed car back from service, it was dirtier then when I brought it in. It was literally coated in a layer of dirt. I guess they meant a mud bath.

Alfa romeo team was very helpful. They were very appreciative of my time and did their best to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. I spent a great deal of time going back and forth to the dealership trying to finalize details of my request and they went above and beyond to try to locate one for me. There was a snag in the delivery date however I was more than compensated by driving a maserati until my car arrived. Had a bit of a minor glitch after picking up the car and again staff was very helpful and respectful and professional in their dealings. Would recommend this dealership if in the market for an alfa or a maser. If not then you should reconsider...no other 2.0 sedan comparable to the Giulia...
