This store/crew did an excellent job lifting my Jeep. We had them lift it and replace the wheels/tires. We did have to wait a couple of weeks to get it taken care of but it was worth the wait. Nate was our point of contact for the makeover. Overall ecstatic and can’t give this store high enough praise for what they did!

I have a 2018 dodge durango and all Im trying to do is lift it a little bit, I call once to ask if they sell lifts for a durango and of course they have stuff for a grand Cherokee which shares the durago platform but has nothing for a durango. I end up ordering a lift from rocky road outfitter and call ultimate truck to see how much it would be to install it and the guy has an attitude about it and says they dont install stuff that isnt purchased there. It may be policy but some people may not have the experience or trust in themselves to mess with vehicles and this company if you didnt buy their stuff well too bad.

I must say these guys did an awesome job of helping us find the right tires and wheels for our Jeep. Their knowledge of their products helped us make a decision on looks and functionality. The look was spot on for what we had in mind. Pricing is very competitive even when checking against on-line pricing plus you get some very good pointers from these professionals. Great Job Team!

Marty and Matt are great to work with. Specifically, speaking with Marty, he was always responsive, congenial and very helpful. Marty took care of my needs and explained the dynamic of the issues I was having.However, Eric of the service department was a bit difficult to deal with. Utilize the customer service in the front for a better experience.

I really appreciated the work of the guys at Ultimate Truck Off Road! Marty responded immediately to my request for help when the shop I initially tried to work with was not good about returning calls or email. He answered my questions and helped me zero in on the correct leveling lift, wheels and tires for my F150. He was always quick to reply and had excellent ideas. I would have gone five stars as the guys werent able to get my truck in to the other shop that does their alignments, the same day. Coming from three hours away, that would have sealed it for me. As it was, I got the alignment done in my hometown, but Ultimate Truck did the heavy lifting! My truck looks and performs beautifully!

Had my 2009 Chevy 2500HD leveled. I should have done this in 09 when I bought the truck. Ultimate truck did a great job. Ill go back if I need anything else.

I had them install a lift kit on my Tacoma and they did excellent work! There was a huge delay with the parts at the manufacturer but they went out of their way to find another source for the parts and had the actual installation and some other repair work done incredibly fast. I will definitely go back to them in the future for the next upgrades I have planned.

This place has a huge quantity of most anything that a truck or Jeep enthusiast could want. I have found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable, and their service rate for work done there is acceptable.

Was going to have $5000 worth of work done but they would not install my next to new 5th wheel from my other truck unless I overpaid them for new one. They will never have my business again.

Website is not very good, just wanted to look at options for accessories and pricing for parts I would install myself and all their site wants you to do is a virtual build. Will look elsewhere

Stopped in for the first time a few days back, not knowing exactly what I was wanting. Was looking for a new tonneau cover, mud flaps and running boards for my new truck. Scott and crew are top shelf individuals with integrity, knowledge, and experience. All of these factors have value. Value has a price, and I am willing to pay that price. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions, and have never been disappointed.

Good people, lots of knowledge about the products. The prices are good for a specialty shop. Anyone can order things online but if you want expert advice and service, pay a little more to support a local business and be sure your project is right the first time. I have been buying truck and Jeep accessories from them since before Amazon even existed. They’re here for the long haul.

I needed new shocks and this was one of the only places I could find that would install what I wanted, not what they sold. Pickup was done earlier than expected and install price was less that what they originally quoted! How often does that happen? Definitely will be at the top of my list when I need work done again.

Just had a lift kit put on my 2016 Ford F-150 and was impressed with the expertise these guys possessed.They did a great job at a fair price, very nice facility as well.Scott was interesting to talk with and convinced me not to do another phase of the project at this time and explained why it wasnt necessary for now, saving me some money.Ill be back!

A few years ago had my SUV lowered. Brought my springs to them and they were installed no issues. I paid for the labor and alignment.In the same scenario again and now they have a blanket policy of no customer parts. These are just springs. Theres no reason to have this restriction. Give the customer a waiver form or something. Very unfortunate business model.

We had just bought an rv and were traveling across the country and wanted.to level out the load. Found these guys on the net with good ratings. Called and got an appt the next day. Customer satisfaction and confidence in the product is their number one goal. Waiting room is quintessential for a automotive business. Good prices and amazing service.

I purchased my lift (3.5 inch Rough Country) online then decided I did not want to tackle the front end install. I went to a different shop that refused to install a lift that they didnt sell so I ended up at Ultimate. I came in and explained that I already had the lift and that I planned on installing the rear and only wanted them to do the front. They didnt complain about the smaller job with no parts sales and got me scheduled. On the day of install they got my truck knocked out quick and fell right on the estimated price. I would not hesitate to use them again for future use! Thanks guys!

Wouldnt match a price, failed to keep their commitment of a date we agreed upon (which is the whole reason I came to them). Wouldnt do anything to fix a scratch I found on the wheels. All I asked for was a mount/balance on the wheels I purchased through them and an alignment, even if the alignment couldnt get done, at least mount and balance the tires. Very upset. Any future business is not going there

I purchased a Smittybilt bumper for my Jeep Wrangler back in 2013. Not quite a year later, a defective weld started to crack and rust. Being an idiot, I tried to resolve the situation by contacting Smittybilt directly (should have just went back to Ultimate Truck). Fast forward a year and a half later, the crack got even worst.Went to Ultimate Truck and they took care of me! Even though it was almost 3 years after my purchase, they were able to get me a new bumper from their supplier. It helped, Im sure that I had time stamped pictures on my phone from when I first noticed the crack and rust. Either way, Ultimate Truck took care of it.Cant say enough about the guys at Ultimate Truck. They know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased 2 Zone lift kits from them in the past for 2 different Wranglers, and will continue to purchase all my accessories from them. You cant go wrong with Ultimate Truck!Jeff C

Took my Honda pilot in for running boards. They ordered the parts and 2 weeks later installed them in less than an hour. Tha was quick!

We went in on a Saturday to ask about having our truck get small lift with new tires and rims... the guy at counter seemed tired and put a catalog on counter and walked away... we thought it was a joke or something but they were just uninterested... at least 4 guys at counter just talking to each other... what a joke

Every product is marked up 15-20% what you can purchase it for online. Installation fees are almost double that of any other shop in town or elsewhere. It’s shocking to me that anyone would do business with them.

Called 5 times, quoted 3 different prices on a lift with all specs laid out for them. Asked for a quote on rims and tires and they were roughly priced at a 60-75% markup, which is pretty high and not competitive at all.The more I talked to them, the less confident I felt they could get the job done as they claimed it would take 7-10 days to get lift shipped and 2-4 days install. At least thats what two of their guys told me. They also told me 6 rough country lift on 35s would rub on my Ram 1500... What!?Not to mention, when you visit the Ultimate Truck facility, they are not friendly or customer service oriented. They all look like they are having a bad day... Ive visited twice, and it was two times too many.Go to TORC Motorsports... period. Talk to Toby, he knows his stuff. They are so quick and sharp too.

Nice stock of stuff. I have had great service at the old location, but really terrible service at the new location. I think its just a hit or miss on who you get on the level of sales accumen you will receive.

Guy didnt seem like he wanted to help us. I know my husband browses alot, but when he does buy. things there cost quite a bit so he does spend some money there. Its not like he only browses. Didnt feel very welcome.

They tryed to charge me $401.00 per tire for BFgoodrich tires and i found them online for no more then $345.00 a tire. Thats a crazy high markup so unless you want to give away money i say stay away from this place order offline and pay baxter to put your upgrades on. Also to add to it. They dont do any discounts at all. Nothing. Not a cent. Just over charge. Period.
