Ken is absolutely a doll. He didnt laugh at any of the obvious questions i had to ask. Very helpful in facilitating me buying the turtle wax black packs ; they are being discontinued and he had 4 from KC, MO sent over night to the shop. Will be getting them today!

Wouldnt give a receipt at the UPS dropoff. Leaving this here in case theyre not giving receipts and stealing packages.No way its UPS policy to not give receipts, I went over to UPS off Maple and 130nd and they gave me a receipt for my package.

Found parts that I couldnt find anywhere else in Omaha. The guy behind the counter was very helpful . I bought a whole exhaust system and everything fit just right and the muffler is quiet just like he said.

Went in for a part and the guy at the shop couldnt be bothered to check a few things because he was the only one in the shop......Could see 2 guys in the back! Too lazy to work....too lazy for my business.

Got some good guys that work there, honest and knowledgeable went in for my battery didnt buy one from them but helped me jumpstart and all that

Quite helpful, they didnt have the part I needed in stock but was able to find it at one of their partner stores, an advance auto, and I got it there. Very helpful!

This is the only parts store Ive ever shopped from, and its the only one my father (a lifelong mechanic and auto body tech) will go to as well. These guys know their stuff and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the service and parts you need.
