Was very impressed by this dealership. Was just shopping around and met Terrance. He took the time to figure out what vehicle would be the best option and found time to meet with me to test drive when I didnt have my kids. In the end I went from wanting a used car to being able to afford a Brand new 2021 Nissan Altima on a lease. I initially went to Nissan to just scope things out. I really did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day. I was not very familiar with Nissan; although, I did previously own an Infiniti that I was not overly thrilled with. We bought a beautiful Nissan Murano from this dealership back in 2019, the sales person that helped us gave us one key to the car and assured us that he would contact us in a week or 2 about the second key. We waited and waited, and even made calls but they kept giving us the run around. Eventually this past September, they responded to an email I sent and finally explained that they thought they had reached out saying that the previous owner didnt have the key and then they offered us a free tank of gas or a free detail. WHAT A JOKE! I very much detest how they misled us and then attempted to ghost us for more than a year and only responded after multiple persistent phone calls and emails. My advice: if you buy a car here, dont take anyone on their word about a future service - if they promise to contact you getting something additional to your purchase in 1/2 weeks, you are better off holding off on buying the car and going back to buy it in 2 weeks when the thing is available. Also, Ive had better experiences with Carvana, dont waste your time.

The only reason they are not 5 star is we also got an insurance quote at the time of buying the car from the All State agent on site. We were considering going with them, but when we went to start the insurance, suddenly the rate we were quoted became higher. I would happily buy a car from Nissan again, but I would never sit down with the All State agent again.

I thought thered be no way I would get my dream truck. Been trying to build my credit up this past year but just knew in my gut I wasnt gonna be in the zone I needed to pass the financing part. I decided trying to apply couldnt hurt anything right..? Well then I went ahead and inquired about The Nissan Frontier Pro 4x4 and sent in my info. It was late at night. Very next morning I get a call. JUAN FLOREZ the leasing/sales Consultant was super nice, and asked me what exactly I had in mind. I told him my situation right off the bat. He said let me call around see what I can do not to give my hopes up yet. Naturally, I already had.. I never expected to get a call back with an acceptance. He really worked the magic for me. I started to chicken out when hearing the monthly rate, for how long, and the interest rate. 😅I told him to give me the day to go over it with my husband. He said sure but the deal could go quick and the bank wont wait to long to make the deal and its the only one who would accept me. I called my husband and called back within the next hour. He was about to get off n stuck around anyway while I raced there before it was too late. I got there did everything needed, last but not least was to get the bank for financing back in the phone... uh oh. Just like that I waited to long and I died inside.He told me just give them a minute not to give up yet. I had a 10 am appointment. Dropped car off at 9 because I had some meetings, told them I’d be back at 12:30 to pick it up. Meetings ran late, didn’t get there until 2 pm and then they told me they hadn’t even started on my car. Had to rearrange a bunch of stuff for my afternoon and come back to get it a second time. I have to go back there because of warranty but would happily go elsewhere if I could.

I came to Nissan to have them check a couple of thing for me that wasnt adding up from a another company. They check everything and showed me the inspection on my car. The inspection that was done was accurate, compared to the other service I recieved from the company before Nissan. When they were done. I got in my car to notice, they vacuum my floors in my car. They also called the follow day to make sure I got everything taken care of and fixed from the other place. I call that surpassing expectations. I will definitely be back again.

Well, the only positive now is an awesome service advisor Savanah who went above and beyond trying to help me trouble shoot issues with my truck. I am embarrassed now to use that dealership to service my truck.How awkward is was not getting an explanation on things getting told I don’t know by a different tech, I wasn’t the advisor .I’m told because no code is popping, no help. Had issues on interstate, had to stop at another dealership and truck is out of alignment… so more time at a shop. Service manager doesn’t return calls.The impression that I was an annoyance and an inconvenience… it was humiliating, not only the issues that are happening with a new vehicle… I wasn’t expecting to be an inconvenienceI don’t think I will be doing ANY business with this dealership again.

This is my second Murano purchase in 5 years. I had a specific exterior color, specific interior color and requested no sunroof. Steve Stoker and Jason Jones worked really hard to find a Murano with the criteria that I was wanting and they did it. I am so pleased. I thought I would have to wait for the 2022 Murano to be release.

Worst buying experience ever! Put money down, we were told they were going to change all brakes and rotors. 3 days later we have to call to find out they didnt change any, promise the sales manager will call us, WE again have to call, they say yup its good to go. Drive out to go get the vechile and only front brakes were done. Not once did a sales manager come to talk to me! The poor sales guy we worked with last got the brunt of everything.

My minivan died the night before leaving on a 5-day camping trip. We needed a new van FAST. Carl at Village Pointe Nissan helped us with a used van he had traded for less than 24 hours earlier. He got it through inspection, got all the repairs done, even going so far as to drive to another dealership himself to get a part, and I only had to delay my trip by a few hours! I jokingly told the finance guy that I had filled the tank on the van we were trading and had only driven across the parking lot before it died. He made sure they filled the tank on our new van so I didnt have to fill that tank too. We will definitely be sending business their way and Im making them some brownies. They saved our trip!

One of the worst service center I have ever experienced.

I set an appointment and dropped my vehicle for a recall that I was told would be about an hour. No follow ups, I called a couple of times and was told someone is looking at it and 4 hours later was told that no one has looked at my vehicle yet. Service manager called me back and told me that normally people drop off in the morning and pick up after 4 pm. He did apologized but didnt offer any solutions. Thank you for not helping me at all.

It was thorough and sent in a timely manner. Her communication and customer service was the utmost professional and very customer centric. After stopping out to test drive a vehicle, both she and Jason Jones, General Manager, provided us the information needed to allow for us to make a decision on our vehicle selection. They were right in line in meeting our expectations. They went above and beyond to get the vehicle that I had hoped to make my own. We appreciated their patience and their willingness to be available as we made our decision to drive home with our new 2021 Nissan Murano. I love the online process you have that lets me pick which suggestions to have done on my car. I chose all of them and thought the price was very reasonable. The service team was great. Dropped off my dirty car in need of an oil change and got back a fully serviced car all clean and shiny! I was in and out when I returned to pick it up.

It was my first time, The lady at the counter was very nice and showed me around. The only big problems was after my service was done the information on the dash in the car said it still needs an oil change.
