My 2003 Lincoln Town Car Cartier LI am gonna save up lots of money to purchase this 2003 Lincoln Town Car Cartier L. After all these years, Ive been searching all my life for miniature limousines like, Cartier L, Ultimate L, Signature L & even Executive L. What I love about this Lincoln is the 6 inch extension of specious interior legroom which is needed. What compelled me was the wider rear doors with fixed opera windows. Ive been drawn attention to this elaboration. This vehicle is so special! I am happy to test drive it once I first learn how to drive.

We had a great experience. Our salesman, Scott Carlson and his team, helped me surprise my wife for Christmas. They delivered the vehicle - sent fake emails, etc. to keep things under the radar. She loves her new Aviator and we would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was blown away, I sent an inquiry on a vehicle via car gurus, within about 15 minutes I had one salesman, do not have a name, reach me about the car. He was very responsive, but in the end I was not able to buy it for a non-wood house Lincoln related issue. After about a week I had another salesman named Jason reach out to me via email, I did not see it, so he messaged me on my number, knowing that I was no longer interested I canceled the chat. But now that I re-read older emails I realized that Jason had gone above and beyond in trying to help. He answered the question that I had and sent a in depth video with the car, and was honest about the imperfections the vehicle had. If I could leave this review strictly to someone I would leave it for him.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Alec our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how well taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

An unfortunate dealership in the metroarea...not forthright in their service & customercommitment.

We purchased a $95,000 Lincoln Navigator from Woodhouse in early July and will not be returning for anything ever again.We were forced to purchase form Woodhouse because they had the only Navigator within 500 miles with the options we wanted and we had a time constraint based on our expiring lease.In our first conversation the salesperson informed us that Woodhouse is charging $5,000 over MSRP simply because they know vehicles are in shortage (otherwise known as price gouging). After we pushed back the sales manager graciously offered to only gouge us for $2,500 over MSRP.Next, they wanted my wifes Platinum Expedition lease on trade and offered us $9,000 in equity for it. Luckily we had shopped around, and knew the vehicle actually had $12,000 in equity. In total, Woodhouse tried to victimize us for $8,000.Other customers who were not as informed or in as stable of a financial position would have probably conceded. We buy between 3 and 5 vehicles annually and Woodhouse literally cost themselves a LOT of future business. Other dealerships in town have moral clauses that prevent them from charging over MSRP for new vehicles, so definitely check other nearby dealerships before buying from Woodhouse.Hopefully those Lincoln customer surveys matter because we will literally not be spending another dime with any of their dealerships again.

I had a very precise idea of the SUV I wanted to purchase and spent a couple of months searching my local market. Then one day I expanded my online search and found The One. The only barrier was that the car of my dreams was on the Woodhouse Lincoln lot OVER 1600 MILES AWAY from my home in Portland, OR! On a whim, I called and asked if they handle long-distance purchases. I expected to be laughed at but instead I was connected with a sales rep, Patrick Christel, who not only took me seriously but came up with options to make this crazy idea happen. After more than a few calls and emails we had a plan. Woodhouse paid for a one way plane ticket for me to come to Omaha and check the car out - no strings attached. I was stunned. My friends thought I was crazy! Upon arrival in Omaha, Patrick picked my girlfriend and I up at our hotel before the dealership had even opened. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the service I received in person was stellar. We only had minor tweaks in negotiation that were handled with professionalism and efficiency. My best friend and I then drove home, across 4 states, in my new rig. It was a tremendous road trip that well never forget! I purchased a used vehicle a couple weeks ago and was told that it came with an extra set of rims & tires. That I should stop the following week for pick. I went the following week and was told they were moved to a different storage. I was told that I would be contacted when they located them so I could pick them up. Days went by and nothing. So I decided to send an email regarding about the extra set of rims + tires and I was told that the guy who traded in his car decided not include them anymore. This was upsetting news to me because at the time of purchase I was told different.

Did a great job getting my wifes Escape working again. Did some warranty work and changed the oil for a reasonable price. Everything was clean and everyone was supper nice. Thanks

My first experience with this company was excellent. I confident I was going to recommend them to my son for his car purchase.Almost 1.5 month later, after being told Lincoln Customer Care, including them calling me weekly to make sure I was in a rental until my airbag was replaced. I was never given a rental, Bryce never even kept in touch with me. Obviously, they only help when it benefits them.I also took my son to another dealership to buy his car and I make sure everyone knows how this dealership treated my situation.

I purchased a used vehicle from Woodhouse Lincoln and had Patrick C. as my sales associate. I couldnt be happier with the experience and professionalism. I inquired about a Lincoln MKZ and immediately Patrick had some options for me in my price range. We went over the details for a few days and I ultimately decided to look at one MKZ specifically. I live 2 hours away from Omaha, so my time was limited to come and look at the vehicle. I had that evening open and Patrick had the vehicle transferred from Blair to Omaha that same day. Patrick made sure the car was in tip top shape and ready to roll when I got there. He was also very open and honest with the condition of the vehicle and things that had been found by their service department.Post-purchase, I had some questions about the vehicle and Patrick was still as responsive as ever even though he had already sold the vehicle. I was having issues with the remote start and he recommended seeing the service department. Here, I worked with Jeff who did a fantastic job getting us into a loaner vehicle and getting everything taken care of to fix the issue in a timely manner.This type of customer service has made me a lifelong purchaser with Woodhouse. Buying a used car is always nerve-racking because issues can and will pop up. But, its comforting to know that Woodhouse will take care of you when they do.

We have been trying to get them to follow through with what they have been telling us since the first time we walked in the door, and for the THIRD TIME it has not happened.I understand that new salespeople are still learning, and mistakes will be made - there is a learning curve with any new job, I get it. The service dept. was no better, unorganized with poor communication that ended up costing us money and valuable time. But even when one of the managers called back to rectify the situation, it did not get better, and AGAIN they did not follow through with what Jeremy promised us.I now am blaming myself for actually believing anything that the salespeople or management tell us. Not anymore. I refuse to let my family become a victim to them again, and waste our time and money.If I was you, I would avoid this place like the plague. Nice people but now they are just fake. Word of caution, I do not trust anything they say.

This is the absolute worst car service experience ever. My wife took in the car for servicing because she thought it was due. I told her to ask them how much to fix two sticky keys on the instrument panel and to replace a windshield trim piece but not to fix them if too costly. She was charged $161 to trouble shoot that and told the repair cost was going to be $800. The only trouble shooting required was that they looked up some prices. New climate module etc. She did not have them do the work. I fixe the buttons in 15 minutes by popping them off and cleaning them and the trim piece cost $22 with shipping and about 2 minutes to pop it into place. I will never go back there again! The even charged $18 for shop supplies! What shop supplies could have possibly been use to see that there was a missing trim piece and buttons were sticking? Total Ripoff!

I take my Ford Escape here when Im in the Omaha area when I have an issue or need the oil changed. The guys there do a great job and making sure I know what needs to be done and are willing to help me understand should I have an issue. Last year they helped my wifes Chevy Equinox when it ran out of oil. Come to find out the engine needed major recall repairs, they put more oil in for no charge so we could make it to the Chevy dealership to get the engine repaired. I make sure that I see Jamie when I visit as he knows me well now. Thanks guys.
