Brent was a very friendly guy. Told him I wanted to check my ac as the clutch was turning on and off frequently. I filled it with freon yesterday and brought it in telling him it did end up getting cold. I still wanted to get it checked, but his response was well what are we going to find or fix if it is blowing cold? That is what we fix. Guess I need to go somewhere else. Proceeded to tell me the free ac check would then need to be at least $150.00 to see if there was a leak. Guess what I am curious about is what is the free check about then? Telling me my ac isnt blowing cold air which one can figure out by turning it on?

In the summer of 2016 I went to this location to diagnose my air conditioning. They informed me that a piece of metal had gone through the system and it was a $1000 repair. Which just wasnt worth it. I went through the summer of 2016 and 2017 with no AC. Today, while trying to diagnose another issue I was pulling fuses. I suppose I overlooked this fuse before but I replaced it, AC worked. I would expect actual professional mechanics to be able to diagnose that. I cant get all that sweat back.

I am pretty sure that I am not the only person who gets anxious every time they need to do a major repair to their car. To me it is the stuff of nightmares, not too long ago I spent $1,800 in repairs that I literally ended up having to pay someone else to do. This is where AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care came in.After another shop replaced my transmission and left it in worse shape than the bad transmission they took out, I’d lost all faith and trust in mechanics and even considered just buying a new car instead of having to deal with a repair shop again. But I’d met Stephen and his team at The Best of Omaha 2016 event and spoke with them about my troubles and they were so understanding, I decided to give car repair one more try (plus I really didn’t want a car note).Finally, I called and spoke with Stephen to make an appointment to bring in my truck. But I kept giving excuses that I couldn’t bring in my truck because I was having difficulty finding a ride back home, and hequickly piped in to let me know that they would come and get my truck and as long as they do the repairs, there would be no charge. So I gave in and they came and fetched DC Girl, early in the afternoon on Monday and by late afternoon, Stephen called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost and that my truck would be ready the next day. Stephen was sensitive to my reservations about bringing in my truck, there are no words to explain how relieved and comfortable he made me feel. Sure enough, he called me this morning right when he said he would and told me DC Girl was ready.They fixed my transmission, flushed my radiator, changed my oil and replaced my muffler and exhaust pipes, for a price I felt was more than reasonable AND he treated me to a home-made cupcake that his mother made (which was better than any of those high price cupcake places I’ve been to).AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care on 133rd Ct now has a forever customer. All I can say, is AAMCO provides the service, reliability and trust that every car owner dreams of and rarely finds. Call and ask for Stephen, he is truly the awesomest and tell him Monica sent you!

These guys are complete liars and dishonest crooks, especially Casey the owner. They pushed me into a transmission rebuild saying if I didnt repair my transmission it would likely fail later down the road. I decided I was going to ask many questions to protect myself and figure out exactly what happened. This is when they all began to lie and have different stories. Casey told me an entirely new transmission was shipped in and swapped into my car. Jason (the manager) played dumb the entire time and acted like he didnt know anything. He claimed a few parts were shipped in, but didnt know the what, when, or why. His real job was to distract me and talk about useless garbage. Jason is a complete tool. After I called him out on lying numerous times, he begged me for his integrity back. The mechanic (Joel) told me a few parts in the transmission were replaced. HE ADMITTED THEY PUT MY OLD TRANSMISSION RIGHT BACK IN THE CAR. I called Casey again and he continued to lie, assuring me it was an entirely new transmission. Little did he know Jason and Joel both told me different stories. These guys are complete crooks. They refused to tell me what broke on my transmission. They refused to let me look at the broken parts. They refused to make a list of the new parts they replaced. Honest businesses dont lie, and they dont refuse or hide anything from you. Avoid this place at all costs and save yourself the financial pain of being royally ripped off. Im currently in the process of a legal battle as I refuse to pay $3500 for a few small parts. Protect yourself and do research online. There is a lot of information regarding these aamco scams.

Just had A Lyft and Uber Inspection here they were very friendly. Brent David did a great job and It Didn’t feel like I was in there for very long at all!

Worst of the worst....if you like deception then do business here. I brought my Ford Truck in for them to rebuild the transmission but before I did I got under the truck and wrote down the serial number. They then told me over the phone that they have to rebuild my whole transmission... I said ok...I figured that,..5 days later they called said it was finished...I went in to the Aamco at Millard to pay them the 1700. And pick it up. Right away I noticed it wasnt shifting right and the overdrive light was always on. I got under the truck...and guess what...not my transmission haha. It looked like and old used Transmission from the junk yard with a tag still on it...and of course a different serial number. I went right back to Aamco in Millard...the MGR was not in...but the mechanic was. I asked him if it the tranmission was a used Transmission from the junk yard....and where did they get it. He looks all worried about my questions....and say he cant say anything. I told him have the MGR call me ASAP...an hour later the MGR calls back...I told him Im no fool... That I rebuild cars and have a mechanical background...and that transmission that they installed is a used and from the junk yard. He also refused to tell me where he got it. He said to bring it back...they will get my old Transmission back and rebuild it for me. So they did...I checked it ...it was mine. But now its not working right ..or shifting correctly...they never set the computer and made the ajustments...and the tranmission has failed. In my books they owe me 1700. This place is a scam...dont take your cars or trucks there to Millard AAMCO..unless you want a used Transmission from the junk yard...dont get fooled....I was smart enough to figure it out...but I still got ripped off.

I never had to have work done on my transmission before and I knew something was wrong. I called one place to be told that there is a $70 charge and they cant look at it for a few days. The guy seemed annoyed I was calling. Fortunately my next call was to Aamco in Millard and i spoke with Brent, he said they would take a look at no charge and asked if i was currently driving or if its parked. He actually cared about my situation and I brought my vehicle there right away. I have had bad experiences with car places before with lack of communication and getting charged for things i may not have done. Brent called me with updates and filled me in as they were working on my car. He treated me like family from start to finish and I cant thank him enough for everything he did to help get my family car running again. I Highly recommended Aamco and especially Brent to my friends and family!

Vehicle had a transmission leak. Store manager Brent stated that I needed a pan gasket replaced, the front seal replaced, and a rear seal - oil leak (which I have never had a drop of oil on the ground from this ARIZONA car). Pushy about having me do the work, and would not spend a few moments speaking with me. So I pulled the car from them AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Took the vehicle to another shop, and found that it was simply a tiny hole in the dipstick fill tube. Called Brent at this AAMCO, and let him know what the issue was, and that I probably would have had him do the original work had he not been so pushy. He said verbatim Why are you calling. I dont care.............nothing like VERIFICATION...........THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!

I had to get my transmission rebuilt after I got it back after weeks of waiting I had to take my car back for months later to get it rebuilt again for free under the warranty it was slipping out of gear again took it back a month ago and they told me nothing was wrong with it and I got my car back a week later in my radio doesnt work and they dont know what to do to fix it
