Kristina was so helpful. I was frustrated and having problems with my rewards account and she when above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved. She was so generous with her time and so understanding. This is definitely my preferred store! Thanks Kristina!

Sooo they didnt have bags for my purchase and apparently Im missing the color now & ba nail file. ALSO it was still an hour before closing & the 2 girls were visibly irritated that I needed assistance in the store. One of them I had to keep calling her over.

To the ladies with burgundy and bluegreen hair around December 2020, Id just like to say thank you. I honestly dont like going to Sallys because all I ever experienced is rudeness and ignorance, but you ladies took the time to talk, listen and recommended me products for crazy curly hair. You girls were so sweet and welcoming, that was the first time i experience great costumer service this year. I appreciate yall with such enlightened and beautiful attitudes.

I went to Sallys on 36th & L str this morning for shampoo & conditioner & hair stuff, Let me tell u the lady was soon chipper & welcoming it made my day !! She help me pick out all my products!! Thank you girlfriend.

I personally came to the store and they wanted to make me wait 20 minutes just to ask for 1 thing, I call to spend the afternoon they tell me that they call me back in 30 minutes and they never called me, I call after two hours and they tell me again that They call in 30 minutes, I wait again and at the hour and a half I come back and call because they urge me and they tell me that I have to wait 30 more minutes, when I told them that I have been waiting for like 3 hours and they always tell me the same thing. I just came to walgreens since their employees didnt do their job.very disappointed😓

Ladies were busy but still stopped to help and make suggestions. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. The store itself is clean and organized

Im just rating products. Staff is never a problem though. Products can work if you look up videos and know what youre looking for... still not as great as salon

There were occasions when they did not have what I needed, and when I asked the staff for help they seemed very bothered. This was a few years back though. The new staff is a step better.I would not ask just any staff member for help with a bleach job though. Every experience Ive had has been negative, they talk like they really know what they are talking about, but Google search more often than not has provided me with better advice.The only person who knows what they are talking about is their manager, thankfully. I cant remember her name, but shes blonde and usually wears her hair in curls. She helped me out of a pickle with a bleach job, after I had blindly followed another employees advice.

They lie about there return policy, they say if used can not return, So when I walked out the store to my car, I came right back cause I noticed I got the wrong color They said there policy is once I walk out the store I cant return the product. So they make there return policy as they go
