This was the first time I purchased a new boat and lucky for me I went to the right dealer. Met Jay at the boat show in Lincoln and figured out quickly Sealand was getting my business. Sealand and in particular, Jay, was great to work with as we traded in our boat and upgraded to a new Tritoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and applied no pressure during the sales process at all. Pricing at Sealand was the best we could find as I called around to several dealers. When we picked up our boat, Jay gave a thorough run down and at least 4 different employees helped us when things came up to get us on the road as quickly as possible. Overall, the buying process was a 5 star experience.

I brought my boat in to see why the trim was not working on it. First thinking before fixing whatever might be the issue...that they would call and say this is it and here is how much it would cost. They never did that it seemed to be an easy fix for them. But apparently they found other things that were wrong with the boat based on a friend of mine working on it. Which I do not believe were to be true...said that hoses were on backwards, because a wire was hard to put into the pump they extended the wire so it was easier, and then fixed the circuit breaker. Then call to tell me its done and its 400 dollars. My first thought was why wouldnt you call to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost...although to fix what I brought it in for was simple and about 50 bucks. But because I guess this other stuff was wrong they spent 3 hours on that and charged me for it. I wouldnt take my boat here, if you do I would make sure to have them call you before doing anything.

My wife and I drove 8 hours to this dealership to purchase a used boat. The entire experience was great. No pressure sales & it was obvious all employees knew what was going on within the business. They wanted to ensure that we were comfortable with the purchase and that we understood various features on the boat. I honestly cant say enough about the experience, in the future when we decide to upgrade we will more than likely make the 8 hour drive to give them our business. Needed parts for my Merc 115 efi . Thought I needed fuel pump high pressure side. What I really needed was a float switch. Boat runs like a charm. The service department is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to return the pump without any hassle.

First off I live in Kansas City but they had the Bennington Boat we were looking for. Called them and inquired about it and the sales guy was great to work with. Issues started when we went to get the boat and have continued for a year since we got it. We live on a small lake and our horsepower is 9.9 so they had to swap the motor for us. I should have known they didnt have a clue about small motors when they sold(gave) me an oil filter for the 9.9 Yamaha. Hint the motor uses a screen not a filter. 2nd point would be when they said that the motor oil is simple to change because it uses a full quart each time. Again not true, a full quart over fills the motor and causes a cylinder to misfire. Boat would not run correctly all last summer, I called multiple time and talked to their service department. (I use that term loosely) the told me each time I just needed to run it more it wasnt broken in yet. So fast forward to this summer still wasnt running right . I took it out of the water and traced the fuel line where I found a hole in the line. Seems that who ever installed the motor (this dealer) shoved the fuel line through the floor against a metal clamp that over time wore a hole in the fuel line. So I cut out the bad section and the cutting out (it was running out of gas) stopped. They did send me a new piece of rubber to replace the damaged piece. That didnt however fix the issue turns out that the carburetor from the factory as manufactured wrong. I only learned that after I took off the carburetor and took it to the local Yamaha dealer. The idle adjustment spring was the wrong size and the actual throttle body was not combatable with the rest of the carburetor. After buying a new throttle body and installing the correct idle spring the boat is running great. The local Yamaha dealer said there was no way the original dealer didnt know this motor wouldnt idle correctly unless they didnt test to motor after installing it on the boat. His opinion is they installed it started it revved it up and then turned it off. They didnt allow it to idle or they would have realized that the motor had a major issue.Sorry for the long review but my experience with the boat dealer and their service department has been frustrating. I had to spend more than $250.00 to fix the carburetor.

I recently had some mechanical issues with our boat, took it to two different repair centers, and after the second one had the boat for 5 wks I was told they didnt have the equipment to fix it. I then tried several repair centers and nobody would take on any new customers or it would be July or later. I called Sealand marine and they assured me that they had the equipment needed and that I could get it in the shop the following day which was a Friday. The following Monday I was called by their service tech and was informed about what was wrong and also that availability of the part that was needed was a problem, but they had taken the time to find one that was listed on eBay. Long story short they got the parts needed and had it repaired the following week. I would like to personally thank Tim and Sean for their ability and time to get us back on the water. Boat runs great just in time for memorial weekend. Thanks again guys. I highly recommend Sealand Marine for your boating needs.

I am completely disappointed and upset with the service I received from Sealand Marine. I was given a rough estimate that my repair bill would be anywhere from $350-$400 and actually the bill ended up being $900 with no phone call to report the increase. However, that is not the worst. I own a 2014 Regal in excellent condition. My boat is an investment for me and my family and I take great pride in its condition. When I went to pick up my boat for repair of a waterpump, there was a tear/hole in the back cushion. When I asked the dealership what happened, they claimed that the hole was there when the boat was brought in. This is not true! There was no hole in ANY cushion when that boat was brought to the dealership. I am willing to take a lie detector test to prove that the hole was not there when the boat was brought in, they cannot as they would fail. If you bring a boat into this dealership, I highly recommend that you video tape your boat in their parking lot as proof of your boats condition so when they do something to your boat, you have proof. I did not do this and therefore have no proof and the dealership is not willing to make this right. I have called them numerous times and have not yet had calls returned. We will not be using this dealership ever again and we caution our fellow boaters to be extra vigilant when taking your boats to dealerships for repair. If we ever decide to buy another boat, it will be a Regal because they are awesome, it will be bought in another state from a different Regal dealer. We are very disappointed in Sealand Marine.

We went to many boat dealerships around the Omaha area and Sealand was the only dealership that was up front with their pricing. They were patient with our questions and very knowledgeable. Even though they were clearly busy they got our new pontoon completed and to us within a week. I would definitely recommend Sealand to anyone looking to purchase a boat.

I took my boat into Sealand Marine a couple months ago to get looked at because my first trip out on the water this year it died. I was baffled as to what could possibly be wrong. The guys here were able to diagnose it and unfortunately the engine was shot. Patrick was absolutely amazing in helping me communicate with the manufacturer to get things covered and a new engine ordered. They had the engine installed in a week from it getting to the dealership!!! I will have my boat in time to take the kids out on the water for the 4th of July! I will definitely be buying my next boat from these guys. They are the real deal in the industry. From sales to service they provide nothing but exceptional service 100% of the time!!! Thanks again for all your help, Patrick! Tell the technicians I greatly appreciate their attention to helping it be possible to have installed in such a short time frame. Our service with sea land was outstanding, Patrick helped us by taking a quick look to make sure the pea hole wasn’t plugged in our pontoon . Gave us great advice with ear muffs when starting the boat on land. Turns out it was a simple fix with out a charge only his time which is very busy this time of year. You just don’t see this type of customer service anymore with out a charge. Highly recommend Sea Land in Omaha. Patrick and that crew are great to work with.

Im a first-time boat owner and Jay and the Sealand Marine team took great care of me. Had a great experience with Patrick and team on some warranty work for my Alumacraft. We live about an hour west of Omaha...plus I am a new boat owner. He accommodated our situation very well through email and over the phone, explaining things thoroughly to me.He went over the top... even to the point of having his brother drop off some of the parts for me in Lincoln so I wouldnt have to drive up there. Awesome customer service. Its a relief because there arent too many places nearby that service Alumacraft boats and these guys knocked it out of the park. Great dude.

Older lady working the Omaha Sport and Travel show on Saturday, was very rude. She TOLD us to get out of a pontoon that she wanted to show to some people. We consisted of three adults, no children. We were trying to find the right boat for us. Different prices, quality, and some very over inflated profit margins. Its not easy being a non-impulsive buyer like me. So we found our boat at a different dealer.Granted most people were just looking, but we were there to buy. I hope those people bought that boat because we never will now.

Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.Ordered a special order part that Pat apparently forgot about. It took months to get then when i finally did drive all the way to omaha AFTER calling to verify that EVERYTHING we needed for installation had arrived, opened the package to find the brackets for installation not included. I specifically asked Pat to make sure that the brackets were included with the part and if they werent to order them also.Pat then informed me he would order them right away and mail them to me. That was 6 months ago and I am yet to receive.Never, ever, ever again sealand.
