I am very pleased with the level of service received from Heartland Tire. We had some issues going to our local Chevy dealer and decided to take a look at other options. We met with Robert and he made the choice easy. He listened to what I wanted and wasnt pushy with offering his opinions on what should be done. They just finished work on the second vehicle we took to them and they did exactly what was needed without wasting my time or money. I highly recommend these guys to everybody and will also be moving my personal vehicles to be worked on at this location.

Had a trailer tire blow out, stopped in and was told that the tire guy was at lunch..Are you not a tire shop? Do you really only have one tire guy..?Gave me a 2.5 hour estimated wait time..So I took my business elsewhere.

4 PM on a Friday and they got me right in and repaired my tire.Very reasonable price.

I was referred to Heartland Tires and Treads for a front end alignment. I had just bought new tires somewhere else. Rick came back out and told me my ball berrings were bad. He was honest with me! Didnt do the alignment and try being dishonest. I had them replace everything. My car drives like a new car! Thanks for running an honest reputable business!! Excellent customer service! Tire was not holding pressure, turn out it had picked up a nail. I called at 7:45 this morning and received an appointment at 8:30, I was back on the road by 9:00, the service was excellent, the staff were professional and friendly and the charge was very reasonable. I could not have had a better experience! It turns out that that Heartland Tires & Treads does all kinds of automotive work, if you need something done for your auto, you could not do better than to call Heartland Tires & Tread. Great place to get tires good customer service besides the douchebag at the front counter in the office! The ladies in the office are awesome but that guy is some piece of work....he is always being a smart a** when he can and very disrespectful to especially females Ive heard!!! Feel like one day that guys going to cross the line and cause that company some problems! So five stars on the tires and service...but one star because the guy you got representing you at the front counter! I would suggest replacing him before people walk out the door

Fast and extremely friendly service. Rick at the front counter did not try and sell me what was not needed. Fast turn around on the tires which were purchased. Would highly recommend.

10 new tires on our truck, replaced all virgins; got very little credit on old tires, some with 9/32 still on them. Dont know if there will be a next time.

Thank you, Rick at Heartland Tire, for restoring my faith in repair shops.I am leery of who works on my car because of being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. I had spent a lot of money on new tires from another shop. That shop kept telling me I was going to have to get new tire rims because my tire wasn’t holding air. They said the glue wasn’t going to seal the tire to the rim because of the rust and grime. I would have to keep bringing my SUV in so they could clean the rim and get it resealed.A friend suggested Heartland Tire. What could it hurt, right? Rick had his guys fix it and I have never had to take it back.So, I took both of my son’s cars to Heartland Tire and Rick gave us options for our budget within a matter of minutes each time.I started doing my own oil changes when I found out that other shops charging me for new pcv valves and air filters every time I got an oil change! Then Rick and I talked about Heartland’s pricing for oil changes. It was a no brainer.Thanks Rick!!

Heartland tire is the power house for commercial truck tires PERIOD. I met Rick the retail manager about two years ago threw a refferal. Between his awsome peronality and Heartlands great service I am a customer for life ! Dont waste your time going anywhere else for truck tires and service !

Good place to go for car or truck service. Very nice people.

Took longer amount of time then we were told and cost more than they estimated, however, they appear to be very careful in completing the work on the transmission and alignment of our truck. One complaint is they are a large tire service center and do not have nitrogen available.

After experiencing the guy Rick I think his name is who acted like I spoiled his day by walking through the door 15 minutes after they open dont know if he had a problem with my skin color or what but I do know they lost about $5,000 worth of business by the way he dealt with me as a customer I feel that if you are having a bad day you need to stay home no professionalism with him at all why they have this guy at the front dealing with customers is beyond me but maybe its just me

Great shop that is honest about their work and quotes an accurate price prior to starting work. They dont charge you extra if it takes longer than expected, and are always easy to work with.
