I have been going to tires plus for at least 25 years. I have had good and poor service depending on the staff specifically the manager at any given time. A couple if the service guys have been there since Ive been taking my vehicles there. Its like anything in life you need to do your research and make sure you dont get sold on something that you dont need. Overall in a pinch they will do.

Booked an appointment to patch a leaking tire, decided to wait because it shouldn’t take to long. Sat and waited for over an hour past my appointment time, my car hadn’t even been brought into the shop. Ended up taking leaving without the repair and went down the street to Jensen. Walked in and my car was in their shop in 15 minutes. They seem to be understaffed, no one once mentioned it might take a while when I said I was staying. I don’t understand why you’d take appointments when you don’t have the ability to get the cars into a bay anywhere near that time. If you are planning on waiting for your car, go elsewhere. I will not be returning ever.

Have done business here a few times.They are very customer friendly. I was looking for a specific tire that I seen at Walmart and they price matched it for me. If you are looking for a tire or oil change I would recommend this store.

Had appointment for oil change last month and it took over 6 hours. Nothing but excuses.Had appointment for new tires today at 10AM and still waiting at 5:20PM. Nothing but more excuses. Don’t bother making an appointment with this company because it will not mean anything. Please don’t use this company.

Dont take your car to Tires Plus on 90th they fudge up my car.. I have been getting my suv done up there since I had my suv by Larry Wilson never had a problem when he did my oil change ran good and everything but this one time I bring my SUV to get service not knowing that Larry doesnt work there anymore but I thought it be ok well I was wrong they fudge up my car. Larry was a good employee always took care of my SUV .They still have my car up there now asking can the manager look at in the morning. I called back up there to talk with a manager today he wasnt there so, I said I need for to call Chris Parker( District Manager) the employee ( Marissa) said that she cant call him. My SUV is messed up it sounds like a motor bike and a truck without duels on them after I got a oil change. What Im I supposed to do for transportation I have to work and my kids. I want to know what corporate going to do about it? I hope that Tires Plus do the rite thing I my case.

They are friendly and busy. A bad tire shop would not be busy. Havent had the tires installed yet but so far nice experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am on a Saturday. This was just a routine tire rotation. I brought the car in on time and the employee said they were finishing up another tire rotation and it would be in. I decided to run a few errands since I am currently only home due to being over the road for work. I came back an hour and a half later (10:30) and they still had yet to complete my scheduled service! Now, the employee says it will be serviced once they finish an oil change. Horrible service. Go a block down the road to Jensen or anywhere else if you want decent service. Would not recommend.

Been coming here for almost a year now, I’ve been to Jensen Tire and Auto and they try to screw people over and fix things that don’t even need attention just to make more money. Tires plus actually works with you and is more understanding for the everyday person. My dad applied for a credit card with not a good credit score and got approved and that card has come in handy big time for emergencies when we don’t have the cash but need the vehicle fixed. Scott always shows such good customer service and talks to you like you’re a person instead of talking to you like you’re a money opportunity. I would refer anyone to talk to Scott of Tires plus 1,000,000x over again. Thank you tires plus family.

Since I went to have my oil changed at their place, my car has only had small problems so far. I feel like they damage something every time I go there so I will come back again.

I purchased all 4 tires and signed up for a credit card with Tires Plus. I had a flat tire and when I went to get it looked there, I was told it would be 2 days to get an appointment. I drive Uber, I cannot afford to be down 2 days!!! So now I have their useless line of credit and no service. Don’t go here if you need timely service on your car.

I took my SUV in for a oil change. I received outstanding service from Tech Larry Wilson! He made sure the complete checklist was complete on my vehicle. Most of the time, other mechanics just fill in the forms without actually checking but he did a wonderful job! My truck is running like it’s brand new and fresh off the dealership lot. Walked in for a tire repair. They were swamped so I made an appointment for 2 days later. Walked in for my appointment but was told it would be over 2 hours till they finished because 2 cars were ahead of me. Whats the point in making an appointment if youre not going to honor it?!

I went in to have 4 tires put on and brakes done. They informed me I didnt need brakes. They could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but instead were honest. Will be going back.

Less than one star. I dropped my car off for 12p appointment. I called at 3 to get an update and they told me it would be another hour before it would go in and they would call. Two hours later I still hadn’t heard from them so I went there and my car was still parked where I’d left it 5 1/2 hours earlier. No apology and the only explanation was they were behind. Why schedule me for the time if they’re overbooked and why not call to let me know. Wasted my whole day AND didn’t get the service my car needed. They will never get my business and I will advise everyone I speak to not to go there.

Although Tires Plus is a national chain, the people who work here are good guys who make this place feel like a locally-owned business. Very helpful & very knowledgeable.

They want to charge $35.00 to check your car out, told me that rear end was leaking and needed a new gasket, valve cover gasket needed to be replaced, I also wanted e-brake repaired. After I got it home noticed bad leaking from the front if differential, e- brake barely worked. When I took it back they said front pinion seal needed to be replaced,wanted an extra $160.00. Why didn’t they notice the leak after they cleaned it up and replaced the gasket and refillled the differential? Also they added a new e-brake cable and said they cleaned and adjusted the brakes. I had some time and pulled both rear drums off. Not only did it look like they Had never been cleaned but I’m sure the right rear drum was never removed. After getting it off I can see shoes need to be replaced. So much for $35.00 assessment fee. Save your money and find a better more honest capable place!!!

I desperately needed tires and I came to Tires Plus because they had some pretty decent prices, coupons and promotions available, as well as a possible credit option. I made my appointment online and I got a call shortly after from Zach and he got a few more details from me. They didnt have my tires in that day so he helped me reschedule my appointment super fast for the next day. Ive been to quite a few places where they push and push you to get all four tires or something else additionally but the guys there were awesome knowing I was on a budget and they didnt give me a speech about anything more than I needed. They called and updated me when they finished my tires and gave me an ETA on my alignment and when I could pick up my car. Which was great! I wasnt left wondering where they were in the process or worrying on if theyd call me right away when it was done. Which is an experience that doesnt happen often at other places. They took a little time noticing me when I dropped off my vehicle but they could have been busy too.Overall a GREAT experience and I will happily go there again for any other vehicle needs.

Nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Came in for an inspection and they told me car needed new rear drum shoes. Brought the car home to look they never had the rear tires off let alone the brake drums. Once I took everything apart looked at the brakes and they were fine.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ON THE DATE OF JUNE 19TH. WENT IN FOR QUICK OIL CHANGE AND THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TOO BUSY. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE ONE HOUR. WAY OVER HOUR LATER I WAS TOLD TWO HOURS. THEN TOLD THEY BROKE THE HOUSING FOR OIL FILTER. THEY HAD ALREADY SOLD ME A NEW AIR FILTER.THEY HAD TO GO TO TOYOTA TO GET THE PART SO THEY DID TAKE ME HOME WITH OFFER TO BRING CAR BACK. THEY DID. BUT BUT BUT WHEN DRIVING MY CAR THAT NIGHT THERE WERE THREE LITES ON PANEL INDICATING GET TO DEALER. WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE IN FIRST PLACE. HAD TO GO TO MY TOYOTA DEALER WHERE THEY DISCOVERED THAT TIRES PLUS HAD LEFT A DISCONNECTED HOSE AND A WIRE. CAR WAS SHAKY AND BARELY CHUGGING ALONG.TOYOTA FIXED AND GOOD TO GO. WILL NEVER GO TO TIRES PLUS EVER AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND. THE FRONT DESK STAFF NICE BUT THE TECHS ON CARS HAD ATTITUDE AND THROWING A FIT WHEN QUESTIONED BY FRONT DESK STAFF. SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG !!

Only missing one star because of the corporate pricing. Its not competitive enough. That being said it was fairly decent for the tires I bought. The tires I bought are a weird size and kind of hard to find which makes it hard to be competitive. The service was great, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They had my kind of tire in stock. Overall I will probably go back again when needed. Thank you.

Had a great experience! My low tire pressure light came on so I stopped in to Tires Plus on 90th St. Zack helped me and was awesome. He checked out my vehicle right away then took time to read my owners manual to learn how to turn my light off. Great customer service! I feel safe being in the road because of Zack’s help. They looked into my car problem and as soon as they realized they wouldnt get much money in my case, they neglected calling to let me know they were done putting the car back together. It was a Saturday afternoon and they say they dont work on Sundays. I got late to work at my 1-hour-away job on Monday morning.

The gentleman that too care of the tire on my car was very nice. He tried to air it up but when it wouldnt hold air he put the spare ob for me so I could continue with what I needed to do. He was very helpful

I bought a pretty good pair of tires for a decent price. But while they were putting my tire on they tried to tell me my tie rod was loose. I just had my tie rods replaced a couple weeks ago. I took my car back to my mechanic, he looked at the tie rod and said its not loose.

The team at Tires Plus @ 90th did an amazing job on my car yesterday. I replaced 4 tires on my 2012 Volvo due to the horrendous Omaha street condition, hitting a n award winning pot hole on Pacific Street around 80th and managed to make it 2 blocks before the tire went completely flatThe crew at Tires Plus got me a great deal and went above and beyond to finish the job even staying late to complete. They did an excellent job and I definitely refer them to anyone.

Called 2 locations & both said they were with customers & could they call me back. Neither did.

Took 3 hours for an oil change and gave my wife and I 3 different stories about what work they did and why. Never going there again

I received a free tire pressure check, all four tires received air. It was completed in less than 10 mins.

We were there for almost 2 hours. My son was pretty patient but Ive never had to wait that long for a oil change. I even had set a appointment for this. They didnt reset my oil setting in my car, didnt check my battery because they couldnt find it in the back? I usually go to the one on 134th. I wont go back to this one.

Went there to get my tire repaired that had a nail in it. Was told it would be 30 min since I was the first person there. After 2 hours they came and told me they couldnt fix it and I needed a new tire, after quoting me an outrageous price they gave me a list of repairs they could do such as oil change and air filter even though they were done a week ago at another shop. I never asked them to inspect my vehicle. On top of that they didnt shut the hood of my car and got filth all over the floors, avoid this rip off of your smart. Go to Bauer built tire they will fix it or replace it with no hassles

Pretty good overall. I called all around needing a specific tire to match my other three for warranty purposes and Scott was great with helping me out. I also got an oil change for $20 so that was pretty good. They werent dishonest with me and didnt try to sell me anything else, but I was also very direct with them and knew what I was talking about.

Took my car in for an oil change and to get two new tires. I left the store and my car jerks when changing gears and now my car is over heating....AGAIN!!! They screwed up me car in January of this year when I took it in for the same reason and here we go again. Last time this happened, I did not have my car for over two months and I got a lot of disrespect from the store and Corporate.Know any good attorneys in Omaha?

I dropped my car off @ 9:15 for a simple inspection and oil change. I called @2:05pm to see if my vehicle was ready. These people had never even looked at the vehicle. I wasted time and others getting dropped off and picked up. I didnt recieve a call saying they were behind on other cars or whtever was the hold up. I wont be back!!!! The service sucked!!

They are not the most honest but its hard to see at first because they are so sweet. Dealt with several people there and wont name any names due to not wanting to be messy, but he broke my parking break and lied about. Thus was after he gave me a report quoting an outrageous price to pay to get it fixed.

Last three times I was there (one for new tires, one for tire rotation, and one for remounting winter tires), wait has been 1-2 hours. Every time, given the excuse that mechanics went home sick. The tire rotation (5 min job I could have done at home) took over an hour. Manager gave me a coupon for free conventional oil change but I use synthetic. After an hour, manager asked what he can do to make it right. I said, just rotate my friggin tires man! Regarding the remounting, the tech put the tires with the least amount of tread both on the drivers side. Huh? Now Im back at my 4pm appointment to get them mounted properly (for free), and was told itd be at least a half hour before itd be looked at... guess why. Mechanics all went home sick. When my tire warranty is up with them Im never returning.

As I got up this morning to visit my daughter in the NICU I noticed a screw in my tire. The last thing I wanted to do was delay seeing her, but in had little choice. As I sat anxiously waiting for my car to be done I encountered Chris. I would assume hes a manager of sorts as he stated he also has a location in Bellevue he frequents. He and I got into a conversation about football which lead to me opening up about my daughter. He hurried things up at the front counter for me and when I went to pay, he said we have you covered today, get up to the hospital and see your daughter So I could get out of the door faster. This turned a potentially bad situation into one that turned on the water works and touched my heart. I am thankful for the crew and Chris and will never go elsewhere again.

I gave a friend of mine tires that were taken off of my vehicle the same day I bought it, and tires plus wouldnt swap them onto his vehicle because they werent brand new and didnt have a sticker on them to prove it. They will swap my tires on and off when I want to swap for winter tires, but somehow its a liability to put what are obviously brand new tires on a vehicle, and instead send a man with very little tread, and a damaged tire away, to drive on snowy unplowed roads. Tires plus will not be getting my business again.

After some confusion about the availability of the ties I wanted, the store was able to find me the exact tires I was hoping for. I had my breaks recently serviced at my dealership and the breaks were squeaking after the dealership did their work.Scotty at TiresPlus brought me into the garage and showed me exactly what the dealership was supposed to have done, but did not do which was the source of the squeak.When I went back to the dealership, they were going to charge me to correct the issue. I was able to leverage the information provided by the TiresPlus to ensure I was not charged for the work.Thank you TiresPlus!

Tires plus continues to deliver. I went in for my tire rotation and alignment and some things went wrong. They took care of it at no expense to me. I will continue to stay with this company for the forseeable future.--------2016---------I took my 2002 Chevy Blazer in to have them do their 21.99 inspection and I asked them to focus on the wheel assembly areas. Afterwards I requested they show me physically and have a chat over possible concerns whether they are immediate or down the road. I went to see a movie and called after I was done. I showed up and they took me back and showed me the idler and inner tire rod play and confirmed what I suspected about my rear bearing being shot. I appreciate them taking the time to show and explain their concerns so that I can go home and decide whether or not I can tackle the fix job.

Too many bad experiences here. went for new tires in january and they didnt they didnt put the tire sensors back on good. come to find out last week at the dealership getting some coolant that my new tires only have 9% thread left and tires plus put my back tires on the front and new tires on back AND they didnt balance the wheel when they put new tires. smh they didnt want to admit they did wrong and kept coming up with excuses why they didnt do something. im paying off my credit card with them and cancelling it.

People at counter are friendly, however, thats probably the same person who scheduled my appointment at 7:30 and promised my vehicle would be done by 9. I showed up to get my vehicle at 9:30 and got the same excuse I was given the last time... I had to pull so and so in and a big tire job came up... We will not service our personal or business vehicles here any longer. The $15 discount doesnt help when I have scheduled my day based on the promise my vehicle would be ready.

Awful. Had a run-in with a curb this spring and had it towed there and had them look at the damage. They just put a new tire on it and after I paid walked out to my car and it was diagonal. They didnt catch that and thought I just wanted a new tire. Which I just found out a few weeks ago is actually mounted on backwards and messed up my tread on a brand new tire. So didnt catch a bent strut or didnt say anything and mounted my new tire on backwards. Go elsewhere.

Did a fast job changing tires from snow tires to my regular tires.

I sent my 18 year old daughter in for an alignment on her 2008 Nissan and they said her tie rods were so bad that she was going to kill someone and go to jail if they did not fix her car.When I called the manager to confront this he tried to say they offered to tow her car for free.Do you really think that my daughter mistook they will tow her car for you will go to jail? Shame on them for trying to scare a young girl into buying their service.

Came with my rv with a low tire. Young man that helped me at first couldnt find why tire was low. His tenacity finally won and found the problem being a faulty stem extension. He replaced and reinflated tire. All at no charge. Very courtious and Profesional. Would recommend.

About a yr or so ago, I went for a simple oil change and a month later my car was making this horrible loud noise. Didnt put much thought into it given the fact the car was roughly 8yrs old.. Ive now sold that car. Recently I was there for work on my new car and paid $55 for a winter check up which included checking the brakes/pads amoung other things and an oil change. About 5 days later my car over heated and quit on me. I took it to the dealership, livid thinking I was sold a lemon..again not giving much thought about it recently being at Tires Plus. Dealership tells me that I have a huge oil leak, oil was all over my engine and it leaked into other compartments causing damage, as well as I needed new brakes, pads and other things. They said whoever worked on my car caused quite the mess and didnt look things over well either. Needless to say, I called Tires Plus told them what I was told and of course they denied they had anything to do with it and didnt agree about my brakes and pads issue and said they would have to look at it again before they could say much..Ill never ever ever go back to them again! 2 cars serviced by them and issues shortly after is more then a coincidence!!! Plus they were beyond rude and defensive when I called them..big red flag! Beware and stay away!!!!

It always seems they can find something wrong with my car when I get an oil change. And it is always something different.

Long story short.I scheduled an appointment online,never got a conformation call as the email receipt said I was going to get. Two days later when I was scheduled they said they dont have my tires in stock but the got the $100 a piece tires. John (the shop manager) is a crook and a liar. Kyle Moore (the store manager) is either the same or doesnt know what going on in his shop. Ill be cutting my Tires Plus credit card tonight.
