Helpful, friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable.

Was told one price for a monthly payment and apparently they covered the fine print because I am stuck paying a higher price while others I know pay half. Shame on me, but dont fall into their poor business practices. I am doing my part and sharing my horrible experience with others.

They monitored our fire systems in a building. they dropped the ball and caused big issues. they wont respond to phone calls emails visits. and it took an attorneys and court action to get them to answer. run away from these guys

Have worked with Hyperion for 15+ years (since before they became Hyperion) and really appreciate the hard work they do for us. Since the original crew bought the company back, its been great working with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
