We just had our security system installed, were so happy with the results. We had a very friendly service technician named Dustin. He did a great job and was very respectful to us, our home and our pet. We requested some addition equipment for our home for maximum protect. I was a little shocked at how steep the equipment was. However, we were presented with addition savings. Also, they offer several payment options, up to 4 monthly payments.

Shady as hell. Please look closely at this company before letting them into your home. Their sale people will flat out lie to you. You will locked into an endless cycle of deception and lies. There customer service is among the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. THIS IS NOT ADT, AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR ADTS ADVERTISE GARANTEE. When you call for service or support you will be transferred all over the place and will not know what company your talking to. You will not get any help from ADT either. They will pass you around and accomplish nothing until you just give in. They pulled a bate-n-switch on me and now Im stuck with a system that doesnt work like I was told it would or I have to pay a 75% cancellation fee to get out of my contract.

The technician was very enthusiastic about his job and ability to help secure my home. The technician was very informative and knew the products and services. I was pleased with how courteous the technician was with entering my home and keeping me informed. Definitely an experience I appreciated and would highly recommend.

Recently, Defenders installed an ADT system in our home. The ADT system and the installation were good. To get me to sign up for the system, Defenders offered two $100 Visa gift cards. After the system was installed, I discovered that the gift cards come from a company called Mpell and you have to send $4.95 by money order for the S & H of each card. I have never had to pay to get a promotion like this in past. This practice is consistent with their sales pitch over the phone as I repeatedly told them I dont have a landline and they kept telling me the cost was as low as $28 per month for monitoring. With no land line, the cost is $48 per month. This company uses very deceptive business practices to sign you up, beware!

Austin was terrific! He helped me view my home with a very critical eye towards safety which I greatly appreciated. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in directing me to the right choices for myself to feel 100% secure.

Visa gift card never arrived as promised.Owner responded with an undeliverable email address. If I could give 0 stars I would.
