Had wonderful gifts for all occasions. Staff was very helpful

An order was placed and The Crosgrave Company cashed the check. When we checked on the order the lady gave us a tracking number I checked with USPS 3 times and they said that the item was not in their system. They even did an extensive check and they didnt have anything in their system with the tracking number. It was on the company The Crosgrave Company because the USPS had not yet received the package from them but the company cashed the check 5 months ago. They are the ones responsible for the package. I talked to the owner several times and all she did was order a new chain and it has to be paid in full plus shopping even though they cashed the check and the item wasnt sent out. The tracking number still shows label created item not received. The item still hasnt been given to the USPS for delivery.Very frustrating and not fair.

Usually able to find whatever Im looking for. Most of the time if they dont have it they can order it and they have nice clearance items for good prices. They have a lot of stuff that you dont find anywhere else and the staff is very helpful and nice.

Dont try to return anything or you will be sorely disappointed. I purchased 2 items for confirmation gifts, wasnt happy with them and decided to stop back by on my way home from work to grab 2 different items. Unfortunately I didnt have the items with me to return and decided is return them at a later date when I actually had time. Oops...no refunds given over $25 except by one employee who was out of town. Id either have to have a gift card or come back later.When I come back to return these items it will be the last time. The clerk who helped me was quite condescending.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE:YOUR CLERK MOST DEFINITELY DIDNT OFFER ME A FULL CASH REFUND. THE ONLY THING OFFERED WAS A STORE GIFT CARD. IF SHE HAD OFFERED CASH, I WOULDVE GLADLY ACCEPTED THAT. SHE EVEN CALLED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO MAKE SURE SHE COULDNT GIVE ME A CASH REFUND. MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHECK HER STORY.I GAVE HER MY NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL ME, PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL.IM SURE BEING A SMALL BUSINESS YOU NEED TO WATCH REFUNDS GIVEN.I am very happy to report that I just went in after having called and spoke with Karen to see if I could actually return for cash as the owner stated. I was able to return and Karen was very warm and kind. She apologized for the misunderstanding and I did inform her again that 100% I was not offered a cash refund and they think that unfortunately the correct information hadnt made it to the MonDay employees. Hopefully they can have better communication going forward.

Very helpful and friendly help. Bought a rosery for Granddaughters First Communion. Nice selection from very inexpensive to high priced premium. I have bought a rosery for my 4 children and now my Granddaughter at this store. Always very satisfied. Would recommend for Catholic religious items.

I went in with my mom and as soon as we walked in the lady yelled We are closing! We quickly told her that another store had sent us there because we were looking for a chalice. Once again she yells well we are closing in like 3 minutes! We said sorry we didnt know to which she replied well look it up on the internet! She said a few more rude things before we walked out. All we wanted was a chalice to use in my wedding ceremony and our experience here was awful! She told us to come back the next day because she was very tired and had a long day. Not our fault she was tired and there was absolutely no need to take it out on us. Did not expect this behavior from a Catholic store.

Personal service.......an intangible asset that the big box stores no longer offer which is one reason there are no longer around......but at Cosgroves......it is a staple.....superior customer service......the staff goes beyond the expected to ensure the utmost experience in helping you send not the customer going on a hunt then making a purchase at a cattle gate. They are a 10 star place.....

Religious gifts, mostly Catholic. Also items for the church and for priests, too. Though many items were very lovely, most were overpriced, yet many items werent price marked. Many items were very old as if they had been there for years.
