The clerks are almost argumentative and 1 today had zero knowledgethere corporate customers service gets an F. I buy only 1 product there now and they say it is discontinued. I was going to buy 3 bottles.

Use to love this place but what happened to the prices? They offer free product if you buy a certain amount but if you dont need that much the cost of 1 bottle of lotion is ridiculous.

This location will take your cash, but wont give you change. Not sure how the staff taking my $20 and handing it back to me is any more safe then them handing me change.The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed in the time I wasted due to the lack of communication in regards to this weird policy change.I am also a casher and the company that I work at has procedures for staff to follow after handing out change. It can be done safely.

I always enjoy coming to this location! Its a bit out of the way for most people so its never too busy or crowded. Every employee is super helpful and really friendly! Their selection is constantly updating and getting rotated out so its not the same things every single time you go in. I can pretty much always find a coupon to use here and they will make it work! Love this place so much!

Great selection and helpful staff! The bag you leave the store with, is the same bag you shop with. You sanitize your hands at the door. When I went, everyone in there was wearing masks. I had a pleasant visit.

The location is okay and usually has what Im looking for but the staff has work to do when it comes to consistency and treating customers equally.

We stopped in at this location for first time yesterday. The manager (blonde hair gal who was there all day long on 12/27/19) was incredibly nice, funny and excelled at customer service. She was super with the sales clerks and customers still at the end of a very very long and busy day.We will always try to get to this location from here on it because of her. Very helpful and nice! Came into the store ten minutes before closing to use a Visa gift card that expired that night. The sales clerk offered suggestions and I was able to try some new fragrances sets.

I usually go to the Bath and Body Works located in Shadow Lake; however, I was in the Regency area and had a coupon for 20% off my next purchase as well as a free travel size item.I walked in the door and was greeted by a friendly smile. The store was very well kept, everything looked perfectly in place. The worker asked if I needed any help, and I replied that I was just looking at the candles. She then said, sounds good they are 50% off, if you need anything, just come find me. I was then left alone to smell all of the wonderful scented candles. I decided on one, then went to the counter. It was the same worker who welcomed me, and she was very friendly and kind during the checkout process. We talked for about 5 minutes. I felt very welcomed and that she was very genuine and enjoyed her job.Bath and Body Works does a great job with sending out coupons and honoring the coupons on top of their sale items. Also, this particular store had about the best customer service I have experienced and it was very well kept.

I love this place for their candles and air freshener plugins. The combination of these two items keeps my apartment smelling like whatever the currant holiday is or just clean and welcoming . They simply are great and affordable.

I will say some of the staff was great. Had an issue with a coupon nobody mentioned that it was online orders or through a mailer only, when I asked staff about products that I was looking for. If it wasnt for someone mentioning to me to check an app they wouldve lost my sale all together.

I actually prefer this location over any of the others in Omaha. There is a large selection of everything you love from bath and body works. The ladies also pay attention to you and ask your name and ask what youre shopping for. They are well informed and are more than happy to help you stretch your dollar and get the best deal.

This is my go-to location for B&BW - has been for years. I can never remember the names of the ladies there (Im terrible with names), but they always seems to hit the perfect mix of helpful without being overbearing.There have been multiple times Ive gone in there looking for a specific scent (sometimes I know the name and sometimes I dont) and they always try their best to help me find what Im looking for.I cannot say enough good things about this location and the people who work there.

I was always have a really nice time there. Of course they try to push sales like any business but theyre always friendly and back off after theyre done with their sales pitch which I appreciate.

A bit of smell overload inside, as with every bath store, but it is all nicely displayed with plenty of testers. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are always plenty of on going sales in store.

The SAs are always so nice, always love coming to this location.

They replace an item that I bought a year ago but had never use cuz its the nozzle was broke I was happy
