This is an incredibly cool place. Candy, pinball machines, antiques, and so much to look at. The bulk candy selection is huge as is the Jelly Bean selection. There are so many meandering hallways that there is a surprise around every corner and something to have fun talking about. Not really sure what the Papa Johns topper is doing on top of the Cadillac, that seemed really out of place.

What an incredible place! Vintage pinball, aisles and aisles of both modern and old fashioned candies; records; vintage games and movie memorabilia; comic books; a diner where you can actually eat; movie theater; pez history museum; vintage cameras and posters and so much cool stuff you could wander for hours. You can actually flip through an old comic book stand too! Thank you for letting me wander around, Larry, this place is just amazing.

Really fun and unique candy store - thats much more than just a candy store! Its a bit overwhelming at first as there is so much to see. Candies, old and new, antiques, a café, a record room, an arcade, and more! We kept following the maze of hallways and there was something fun around every corner! The kids loved it! The aisles are narrow and if there are a lot of people in there, space can be tight. One downside is that there isnt a public restroom. My daughter had to go to the bathroom and we had to walk a few blocks to a gas station for her. Worth a visit!

So much bigger than expected, more than just a candy store, it a trip down memory lane for sure. Had so many kinds of candy and fudge, even chocolate covered bacon(and candy cigarettes)! Old school pinball arcade was closed due to current times, but looked good none the less. Definitely with an hour or so of time to take it in. Easily accessible in the Old Market area and will satisfy that sweet tooth itch!

It was great seeing some of the candies, soda pops and nostalgia that I think most ALL of us miss as we get older. Most of the stuff you can buy, of course, and there is so much that they have put back as a museum type display.I recommend coming here just to see if the kid in you is wide-eying the jelly bean selection around the corner.

Thought this place would be better as we seen it on TikTok. Very cool things to look at. Was extremely busy like people bumping into one another. Lots of choices of candy and other items like chocolate covered bacon but very expensive. A piece of chocolate covered bacon is $7. A 1/4 pound of chocolate covered peanuts are $3.99. Not worth the prices. We did have a good time but probably wont go again.

We went there on a Friday night and the place was very interesting with lots of candy options. The part that ruined it is the man working there. I was with a couple friends and our teenagers. Our teens are very respectful and kind kids. The man was following our teen daughters around and it was creeping them out and then he said that my 13 year old son picked up a mask to scare his friends. He wasn’t being loud or disturbing anything and there wasn’t a sign saying you couldn’t touch it. The man was yelling at my son telling him that he knew what he did and to tell me. My son was shaking and had no idea what he’d done. The man said that he picked up a face mask. The man was treating him like he had stolen or broken something. My son very respectfully said he was sorry and didn’t realize he couldn’t touch the masks. After my son apologized multiple times the man finally calmed down. Again, there was no sign anywhere saying not to touch the masks. They were laying out like they were for sale. Our group of 11 left without buying anything due to the rudeness.

Excellent spot for nostalgia. Classic candy from more eras than I have memory of, as well as trinkets and treats of other kinds. Worth a stop to cool off on a hot day with some ice cream, or just to wander the various booths of sundries. If they dont have anything that gets your attention, I feel sorry for whatever kind of life you live.

Its hard to impress me with a candy store because I love candy and seek out candy stores when I travel. Well, not only is there an amazing selection of candy here, but there is a lot of eye candy...the place is visually stimulating with nostalgic memorabilia. I took lots of pics and did not have problems like other reviewers. Bulk candy is on the expensive side so dont go buying what you can get at the grocery store. I found orange creme gummy bears which I have never seen before & they were yummy and worth every penny.

This place is so fun! While visiting Omaha for work, I wanted to find someplace to buy a couple local things to take home to people. I found it here! From novelty candies to vintage music albums, youll find some great stuff here! I spend a lot of time just walking around looking. Definitely a spot to visit when you make it down to the Old Market side of downtown Omaha. Parking is available all around. I parked at a meter that cost. 75¢ per hour. There are also parking lots and garages nearby should you prefer that. I didnt eat anything, but I found some really nice looking restaurants nearby too. Theres also an antique store across the street. Start here, and then branch out! You wont be disappointed.

Hollywood Candy has one of the largest selections of candy I have ever seen. And it is not just the candy we are used to nowadays. They have candy from several generations. The last time we went here, we found many of the candies we ate in the 1970’s and 1980’s and it brought back so many memories for us.In addition, they have many displays from past decades and generations that really help to create a special kind of atmosphere. This particular location has pinball games from the past 100 years all in one room on display. They have albums from many generations all over the walls (and I mean the 12’’ albums us older people grew up on). They have old sodas that are in the bottle, popcorn machines, cotton candy, and even toys from way back when.I highly encourage people to check this place out!

The prices are higher than what you would find in your local grocery store, but buying a treat or two wont break the bank.
