Were from Fort Wayne, Indiana. My husband and I decided to help our granddaughter to find a vehicle since she was having an issue with an old junker. My husband found an online sweet looking Subaru Impreza very low miles for a very affordable price. Not reading the description, we decided to call right away and set an appointment to have my grand-daughter to test drive it. Right after our first call we talked to Harvey. He disclosed all the information about the Subaru and I was very hesitant because of the rebuilt title, so we passed on the deal. But 2-3 weeks later we end up visiting our granddaughter and helping her to buy a vehicle in person. We saw another Subaru but this time - Subaru Forester also low miles low priced around the market. We called and asked Harvey if we can test drive the Subaru. After test driving it, my granddaughter fell in love instantly, my husband was impressed with the condition and it looked amazing. Harvey was awesome and explained the pricing, protection program that came with the vehicle. We had no doubt and bought it. I absolutely recommend it to everyone who is shopping for a great vehicle. It’s our first time for a rebuilt title but after disclosing all the information about the repairs, pictures and protection plan that comes with the Subaru it definitely worth it!

Excellent dealership. Always hesitant when buying a salvaged vehicle, but the car is in excellent condition. Lots of headache and paperwork getting the vehicle registered (branded title / out of state) but the staff was prompt and very helpful in getting everything I needed at a moments notice.

I found good looking Equinox at car.com I wanted to look at and set up a time early morning around 7 am due to my busy schedule. I told Harvey upfront that we had a bad experience looking at SUV at two other dealerships and that the condition was not as good as I’ve expected and sales person were pushy. At arrival at the first look, the Equinox looked amazing, and I was explained what type of services it had that it did not need anything else but the regular oil change and annual inspection. Once, I drove it, I loved it.We put down a deposit the same day and the next day we were in and out in less than an hour with the paperwork and Harvey said when we pick it up it’ll be full of gas. By the way, it had a carpet floor matts but I mentioned that I would prefer rubber ones due to my kids - Harvey even went out of his way to order one complete rubber set direct from the dealership. It definitely marked what an excellence service; Harvey listened and cared. I will definitely recommend and use them the future.
