Audi of Omaha has a beautiful facility and great accommodations for customers who are waiting for service. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are incredibly clean and the service process streamlined. The only issue I had was that my vehicle went in for a seatbelt issue and the seatbelt service light remained on after service. When asked why the service light didn’t go out, I was told I needed to bring the car back in so it could be checked out. Other than that, good experience.

Jose was pretty good as a service advisor, although things were not explained to me the best. Was given a report on what needed to be fix. Originally listed as a psv breather, it’s a PCV breather or in case on my engine a Crankcase vent valve($150 part) also was told that my cradle plug or cap was missing. After all my research I cannot not find a part matching this description regarding my VIN. Only that could possibly be is maybe a cam shaft plug, but the car would be leaking oil dramatically if it was missing and those plugs are cheap and I wasn’t explained why a 3500 charge would be needed to replace a part that’s only 150(300 at Audi parts.com) and a part that doesn’t exist. Also the multipoint inspection indicated that I needed a new air filter. I laughed out loud when I read this as I literally put a new one in the day before I brought this car in. This is exactly why people avoid stealerships.

We took our Audi in for an alignment this past weekend and we felt like the customer service was great! José was the service man who assisted us and was very kind and able to answer all my questions. The complimentary loaner car was easy and allowed us to run errands while the car was being serviced which was really nice. We won’t hesitate to take our car back to Audi!

My repair contact, Jose, came right over to go through what all was going to be done. He gave me a time frame of ~ 7 hours. I had arranged for a loner vehicle for some travel in Omaha. The car was ready, extremely clean and running by the time I had signed in.I was thrilled that I got a call from Jose that the windshield replacement was completed almost 2 hours before the estimated time. It took longer than the 30 days to get it resolved. I was unable to drive the car for more than a week once tags expired.I understand - stuff happens. But I expected a bit more enthusiasm and proactiveness from all staff in getting it resolved. I requested a manager call to provide an update. Sales Manager called once, left a voicemail, and did not sound at all interested or sincere. I returned his call with more questions but never heard back. Thankfully the title clerk kept me fairly up-to-date via email. It was a stressful and frustrating process, though.
