Knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround on repairs, along with great customer service. Replaced the screens on my Note 9 in hours when other places said it would be days. If I break my screen again, this is the only place I will go.

I took an iPad here for a broken screen. It took longer than what they originally told me but I was fine with that since it was an iPad and not a phone which I assume take priority. They dont return phone calls. When my iPad was finally ready for pickup after 10 days I was told it took so long because they were waiting on parts. Ok fine. Well they replaced the home button and had issues with it but now that was all fixed. Ok. I pick up my iPad which wasnt charged so for all I knew it didnt work anymore. I only add this because other complaints stated they received their items back dead as well. Once I got home and got it charged the home button no longer reads finger prints. The iPad is less than 1 year old. I called and they said bring it back in. I go back in. Someone else tells me the button will never read a finger print because they used after market parts. I was NEVER told they didnt use Apple products (their website is deceiving) and I was NEVER told they needed to replace my home button. They just did it. When I asked what should be done they told me to take it to Apple. What? So now I have to take it to Apple to be repaired when I would have just gone there in the first place if that was the case. I gave them two stars because they did fix the cracked screen but wouldnt refund even a portion of my money for the other repairs it now requires. They did offer to give me store credit. Umm, no. Not sure why I would want store credit as I will NEVER go back there. Also be aware they have BBB complaints but are not accredited with the BBB. Lesson learned for me!

I only picked one star because I had to choose one. Absolutely horrible experience. Its going on 5 weeks and havent heard a word from them about my replacement screen saver thats covered by a warranty that only they do service on. They were out of the screen saver for my phone and were suppose to call when it came in. Now 5 weeks later Im in the same position I was in. No screen saver and not so much as a call. GARBAGE SERVICE!!!

Chris did a great job making sure I was satisfied with both the work being done and the solutions being found while always getting back to me in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be using this servicer again in the future as needed.

After checking on-line, I read the prior reviews and since the location was close to home, I decided to check it out! What a great experience! It turns out just my screen protector was cracked. Great experience. The screen that I needed wasnt in stock when I originally went to CPR however I received a phone when the product came in. I was told it would take no longer than 30 minutes to repair and it was done on time. Nice work CPR!!!

I went to this place because of all these good reviews but I had the most bitter moment with the person who did the service. This person I think should go back to school and learn how to talk to customers and develop good communication. Ofcourse slow service (please change the name of the shop) and the most terrible thing is the attitude of this person. Please note we do have options and we have several places to go get our work done so show some respect, provide proper guidance with good communication when dealing with customers. I tell you if you have this kind of attitude, you will never succeed in the business. I wasted time and money but its alright.

Absolutely awesome service! Went in for a screen replacement and found that the last cell phone repair place I went to for battery repair replaced the battery in my phone with the wrong one! CPR replaced that battery with the correct one and my phone is like new! Super affordable repair prices too I won’t go anywhere else from now on for all my electronics repairs!!!!!

I was so relieved after getting my screen replaced. I had been given the run around by Verizon about my supposedly water resistant phone not being suitable for outdoor sweaty/humid runs. Normally I would have taken it in to the Apple store, but with them being closed due to Covid I had no where else to turn to. The worker at Verizon gave me a this is all we can do coupon to CPR and sent me out the door. Needing my phone for a security code to access my WFH computer I figured I had nothing else to lose. The gentleman who helped me was quick and friendly. He explained that it wasnt a guaranteed fix, but gave the price up front which I really appreciated. He told me to come back in an hour and when I did it was like a brand new phone! You all saved me from having to splurge on another new phone as I was panicking about not being able to access what I need for my job. Thank you so much! You saved my butt and wallet :)

I have taken my sons IPAD into them several times, all 4 times it has come back worse then when I brought it in. They do not return calls, not professional, getting into screaming matches with me and treating me as if I dont know what Im talking about because I am a women but when My husband calls, they are nice when he tells them how they messed up. Must be because he has a computer background. They are not standing behind their warranty. Will never take anything back to them or recommend.

Amazing place! First experience with a phone repair place, and I am very satisfied. Brought my Note8 in because it had completely shut off and I couldnt do or press anything. They tested their charger on it and turns out it needed a new battery. I payed a good price for it, and it DID shut off again about a week later because of a wireless charger that fried the battery. BUT I brought it back in and they replaced the battery again for free. No service fees or costs since the batteries have a year long warranty. And now I know not to use that charger :)

He said that we will ship you in a replacement for 3/4 hundred dollars.This was to my dismay, because I dreaded the thought of spending 130 dollars to get the display replaced in the first place.I wanted a second opinion, so I took it a couple blocks south to “Fix it Fast Cellular Repair”. I wasn’t optimistic that I would get good news, but “Fix it Fast” did just that… They fixed the phone… and did it fast! I would recommend these guys to anyone. They saved me 200+ dollars!

My Phone had a broken charging port and was dead. They said it would be fixed in about 45 min. I came back in an hour and they had it fixed and it was charged to 70%. Great service and quick turnaround time.

Truthfully, Im sad to have to leave this review. I have been to Fix It Fast three times now. The first two times I went in I had nothing but stellar customer service and I left with a fixed iPhone screen that was done within 45 minutes. Yay! However, one week after it was fixed the second time, my new screen mysteriously had a crack running down it without cause. I went back to the store expecting the same customer service I had received at my two previous visits, only to be told that if I wanted my screen fixed yet again then I was going to have to pay for it. I explained (very nicely) that I had not dropped it or slammed it down so there was no reason why my phone should have this crack ONE WEEK after they had just fixed it. In return, I was met with a pay for it or go attitude. I was in shock... I was in shock because it took me off guard to suddenly be treated by the same guy who fixed my phone the week before as if I was now trying to rip THEM off. Based on my previous visits, I was expecting at least a friendly conversation about it and maybe even an offer of a reduced rate to take some ownership of their possible faulty repair but instead I was dismissed and told to pay up or leave. They tout 100% guarantee on their repairs but I found out the hard way that that is false advertising so I will no longer recommend them nor go there for my fixes moving forward. You lost a customer for life over a iPhone screen that likely cost you $5-10. My advise to Fit It Fast is to at least be willing to talk AND LISTEN to their customers about their concerns instead of just shoving them out the door.

I brought in a phone with a cracked screen a few weeks back. I was told at the time that the screen would have to be ordered and I would be contacted the following Monday. That call never happened. I stopped there in person the Tuesday. Of course the tech working was going to call me in the next 5 minutes to let me know the screen didnt ship. He assured me itd be shipped in there in roughly a week, which was fine. I did get a call a week later saying it was still not there, but it would be in the next week and that Id be called when it was in. Over a week goes by and I call there and was told the screen was in 3 or 4 days ago and they called me. They didnt. There was no call made, again. Fine, whatever. I brought the phone in the following day and was told by the same tech that I had talked to before and that was gonna call me in the next 5 minutes that he was working on some other projects and would need a couple hours to get to it. That time frame is unacceptable to me. I didnt have time to wait for other projects to get done after fix it fast had taken forever to get the screen in and failed to communicate that it was there all together. That is bad customer service. Ill gladly make the trip to Continental Cellular or another one of there competitors for this and any other future issues.‐----‐------‐-----------------------------------------------------------So since I left the above review the management left a response. None of that is accurate. They did not say anything about the special order taking up to 3 weeks, at the time they said it would be the upcoming Monday. In the response they also mention a log of multiple calls to me which is also not true. As I mentioned above there was 1 call made, with a promise that they were going to call when the part was in. That didnt happen. The part coming in yesterday was also a lie, or someone is lying anyway. When I called they said it was in for 3 or 4 days which are there words, not mine. Like I said someone is lying. What a joke of a company. If management needs to send a response to make there potential (and in this case lost) customer look bad they should really consider what there trying to accomplish. Hard to believe that Im less impressed now than I was when I wrote the initial review.

So my iPhone 6s Plus quit charging so I went in to get a new charging port. The guy was very friendly and explained everything to me, and gave me a price. I came back 30 minutes later to find out I had a dust build up that was causing the issue. They cleaned it all out free of charge and sent me on my way. The screen on my wife’s iPhone 6 Plus needed to be replaced because she had dropped it on the pavement. Fix it Fast replaced the screen on Saturday and was quick and courteous. Three days later the screen cracked in my wife’s hand while she was taking a picture. I was expecting no issues with getting the screen replaced when I went in to Fix it Fast today. Boy, was I surprised. I received the same treatment Mr. Truesdell received. After enduring that horrible experience, I took my wife’s iPhone to Best Buy (now an authorized repair station for Apple). One of the techs there glanced at the phone and immediately said the replacement screen was not installed correctly and that was what caused it to crack. The tech then proceeded to show us how uneven the screen was attached. When he pointed to the sides of the screen, the faulty workmanship became obvious — even to a non-techie. Fix it Omaha charges $80 (plus tax) for their knock-off iPhone screen and worthless warranty. Best Buy charges $149 (plus tax) and uses an authentic iPhone screen. You get what you pay for! (Or, in the case of Fix it Fast Omaha, you don’t get what you pay for!)

Best place to have your device repaired. I have had at least 12 repaired devices in the last 2 years. I always get a frequent flyer discount and occasionally a free repair. They usually replace my iPhone screen in less than 10 minutes. They will always work with you to find the best and most cost effective means of repair and do not price gouge. They are not charlatans like most people in this business. I would definitely recommend this service.

Costumer service is second to none. They have your phone fixed in around 30 min, even with no reservation. They are very fast and very polite. I had to go back to the store several times, they didnt fix my phone and it took around a month to get back.my phone stopped working with the same issue about five months after they fixed it. The screen wasnt glued on right, they broke my earpiece, it was just a huge mess and now my phone still doesnt work correctly.Update: While my phone is on its 3rd or 4th screen, they have honored the warranty every time without any hassle. While I would like to have my phone work correctly the first time, they do get extra points for that. And the staff that Ive dealt with each time has been very nice and helpful.

Fantastic Service! I lost my screen after dropping my android and at 5 minutes to close FIX IT FAST broke open the phone and repaired the damage. This is the second repair I have required of them so I can say these guys know what they are doing. They offered me price saving deals both times and fixed my android to my complete satisfaction very quickly.

I have been to Fix it Fast Cellular Repair three times now and every experience has been great! They say it would take about 25 minutes to repair my shattered iPhone screen, but it usually only takes about 15-20. The staff is very personable and understanding. They are also very polite and honest. I witnessed one of them telling a customer that he should try going somewhere else because they didnt have that specific part in and it would probably be more expensive to have them do it. You dont find customer service like that every day! I refer everyone here and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

My Iphone accidentally went for a swim in the pool and it was dead as a door nail. I took it to Fix it Fast at 168st in Omaha and Mike was able to dry out the phone at a minimal cost and within 24 hours my phone was restored and back in working order for a minimal $40 fee.I was stunned they were able to fix my phone for such a reasonable price. I recommend to anyone to take their phones to this location for service.

The staff is friendly and service is fast, until something goes wrong. I took my wifes iphone in with a small crack and they replaced the glass. 3 days later she pressed the home button and the glass cracked all the way up the face and shattered around the button. When I took it back in, they refused to replace it under warranty, continually accused her of smashing the phone, and told me theyd only charge me half the normal repair cost (in addition to the original fee.) Rip off artists. I took the phone to the Apple store and they are repairing it correctly. They only charge $30 more than this scam shop. Apple told me the 3rd party stores use a partial glass and have to reset the home button and that causes problems sometimes. Its clear to me the glass was either faulty or installed incorrectly, and Fix it Fast refuses to stand by their work. Dont trust them. Take your business to Apple or your carrier.

Just got my phone fixed by Fix it Fast Cellular Repair and it was a great experience! My phone screen was completely shattered and the screen had gone purple/green and stopped working. They fixed my phone in 15 minutes and also hooked me up with a screen protector. I will send everyone here, highly recommended!

I took my phone into the Fix It Fast store on 168th Street because of a weak battery. I was told that a battery would be ordered and that it would arrive within a week.Weeks later, I called to ask the status of my new battery and the call was never returned. Finally, I did get a call and took the phone into the store on November 13th. Approximately 2 hours later I picked up the phone and noticed that they back cover had to be peeled off and was damaged. It looked horrible.The clerk told me that there wasnt anything wrong with it and that I should be satisfied. I wasnt but I paid the bill and left.The battery that had been installed had a charge of approximately 25%. After plugging the phone into my charger, it failed to charge and by the time I shut it off, it was at 8%. Clearly, either the battery or the labor was defective.At 9:45 the next morning, I was parked outside the store waiting for the doors to open. The representative arrived at 9:50 and told me that I had to wait outside until 10 because he had things to do!! At 10:05 when the doors opened, I went inside and explained the difficulty to the store’s representative. He told me that neither the defective battery nor the defective labor was his problem. At my insistence, he found the old battery and reinstalled it. I also asked for my money back, approximately $75, and the representative refused.He offered to refund half of my money. In that case, I would end up with a phone with significant cosmetic damages, my same old weak battery, $38 down a rat hole and a very negative attitude towards this stores quality and customer service. If told that the battery was difficult to replace and would result in damage to the phone case, I would have never proceeded to order one.The store clerk said he was the manager but not the owner and not authorized to have any additional conversations with a unhappy customer. The store owner, apparently his name is George, would have to call me. I offered to call him but was told that the only information he could give out was his name was George and that he would likely call me. As of this posting, approximately 24 hours later, he has not calledThis is no way to treat a customer and Ill never go back and will provide negative reviews at every opportunity.

I shattered my iPhone 6S screen pretty bad. So I called around and got some prices at different places and these guys were by far the lowest price around. I go there and worked with a guy named Mike. He told me it will be about 45 minutes for him to get it done. He called my friends phone about the time he told me they got busy and it would be about 15 or 20 minutes. He kept me posted throughout and gave me a discount for it taking longer! Mike had top of the line customer service and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a cracked screen on any advice.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to replace the screen on my iPhone 6s Plus. I called ahead to make sure they had the screen in stock, which they did not (at this location). Tom, the manager, called over to their other store to see if they had the screen in stock, which they did. He offered me $10 off for the trouble of having to drive across town. I kindly declined the offer, at which point he offered to make the drive himself to grab the screen. I dropped my phone off a couple hours later and it was as good as new within 20 minutes. Fantastic service, and great quality as well.

Absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever had. They told me they would order a battery for my phone never did, never came in, never called me back. After a month of dealing with them I finally just bought a new phone. I do not recommend!

Monday, I come in and iPad appears to be fixed however it’s now dead/ no power. No way of knowing, one would think they would give a charge if you’re spending $231. for a repair.Poor communication, service and they like to talk down to their customers. I would not recommend this company.

I came in as they were cleaning up, getting ready to close and not only did they fix my terribly cracked screen in under 7 minutes, but they were personable and friendly as well! Most places would grumble and tell me to come back tomorrow but they showed top notch customer service!Thank you!!!

These guys are good. I took my phone to 2 other shops in Omaha, then I brought it to them and they fixed my Samsung S6 in about 30 minutes. Should have came here first because they didnt give me attitude like the other place and actually talked with me for a few minutes about another phone that I didnt have with me. Im all about supporting local small businesses and this place helped me confirm why.

Yeeeaah I had a very interesting experience with this place.I went in with a badly cracked screen, left the phone with Jackson for the replacement yesterday and picked it up today from Drew . Now it doesnt respond to touch. When it was cracked it actually had the ability to swipe down touch a few icons, make calls and such, but I cant do anything now. Im glad I tried to swipe the screen and noticed they messed it up before I got in my vehicle and left. I turned around walked right back in and told Drew the phone isnt working like it should be. He then tried to give me a few bad excuses which then led us to settle on a full refund( i took a photo copy for proof cause they seem like sketchy folk) and I got the heck up outta there.Bad experience for me overall. They werent really rude or anything but it seemed like they could care less about actually helping me. Almost got 117$ outta me for a phone I now have to replace.
