This place is over the top on Christmas decorations and other holiday decorations. You wont find anything like this, so make the trip to see this place. It will bring out the little kid in any adult!! Rob H

This place was a bit small. I expected it to be bigger. Other then that they have great stuff and beautiful trees and lights for you yard and house. The prices are a bit steep. It was still fun to check it out

We are regular customers here and stopped today for their Christmas in July sale. While there today they also repaired a cord on a display, an item that we had purchased elsewhere. The quality and selection are great and the staff is even better. We never had a problem there or had a staff member that wasnt friendly and helpful. We love Brite Ideas.

What service! We had the top of our pre-lit Christmas tree on the blink, and two parts of our exterior lighting display out. Misty and her team at Brite Ideas had all 3 fixed and running within 24 hours. We were very impressed with both the quick service and reasonable pricing. Ten stars if we could!

This post is less about the store and more about the owner and his policies. With the recent construction on 156th and Blondo street, it is extremely difficult to get into the gas station and back out again. The owner has took it upon himself to block off an access to his store with barricades that conveniently come down when there is an event at the store. I understand this is your property and you can do with it as you wish, however when it is one of the only access in the area it would be a great demonstration of good will if they could come down.

This is an absolutely incredible group of people that are dedicated to helping their customersFully reach their visions for lighting and decor. They do focus highly on Christmas lighting but also have a huge variety of other lighting as well as custom designing of vases and decor! Absolutely love this place!

If I could give them a 1/2 star I would. We purchased three expensive trees and a few office arrangements from them in October and asked about delivery to Lincoln. They said they could do it and store them for a fee. We agreed to all this. We asked about early delivery, thinking it would help them by avoiding the holiday rush.It took over 3 weeks of excuses after excuses and claims they would call us back with a delivery day/time. It was beyond ridiculous! Then we finally got a hold of a VP who told us they dont normally deliver, set up and will not store our items as its not cost effective for them. Now they tell us!? But to make it right, they would do it but the charges they gave us were unbelievable! Did they not want us as customers? That was our only guess.One of the trees we purchased had a transformer that got so hot you cannot touch it. We called and again, with their customer service being so poor, we still have heard back. We spent a lot of money for the tree and we wont even put it on a timer for fear it would be on while we were away from the house and we dont even have our tree skirt near it. It would be nice to hear back from someone about this issue since we were assured of a call back on this problem too.

This is a great place for outdoor Christmas light displays. They also have some beautiful custom decorated Christmas trees that are amazing. They install your lights and store them. They also have a repair department to fix those pesky light strings.

We were able to solve our lightning problems. And bought new lights for our house.

If you want to decorate for Christmas, you want to visit Brite Ideas. A little pricey, but there us no place that has more variety. Staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful.

Silly store. Was hoping they would put something cool once the Bag N Save closed. Anything in there can be found on Amazon prime for lower price. Not to mention they are petty enough to put up cement blocks to keep people from leaving the back exit. Guess they are tired of no one going in the store, but driving through to get to Blondo. Maybe when they shut down soon they will move their tacky cement barriers so everyone who was here before them can use the back entrance like we have been for years.

Cashier, Ashley, was irritating. I prefer to be treated with respect not like her like, um, I mean, bff. Considering how much you charge for your products, Id expect that you can afford to pay adults to act professionally.

I am a huge Christmas fan and have always loved the way people decorate their houses during the Christmas. But this time around, I also thought of indulging into lighting decorations and thus ended up buying a superb product from Briteideas’s online store. I am really happy that the product was delivered quickly.

Great place to shop for all your Holiday Decorating. They will even install and take your lights down. They also have great customer service and very friendly employees. It feels like another family.

I went into the store w/a budget, picked out what I wanted w/ the help of Matt, and left happy and under budget. This was w/out even looking at prices. He was able to access an online photo of my house which made it so easy to design my display of Christmas lights.

Whoever is the owner or manager, obviously does not understand retail business.First of all, there is very little business being done based on the parking lot being nearly empty at all times.Secondly, the owner or manager shut off convenient throughway which would pass by their business without inconveniencing their few customers.I live in a nearby neighborhood and I will not shop here even during the holidays because they have added an extra 1/2 mile on my trips to get gas. Only a poor business person would restrict store traffic that has not or will not inconvenience customers. I assume you will be out of business soon. You should have stayed in the old market.

Unkind. Entitled. Rude. To barricade a entrance/exit to a strip mall area thats been there for 20+ years, for the safety of their employees, is ridiculous. They removed stops signs that worked for years claiming 3 employees and 2 trucks were almost hit. Hence the stop signs!!! You have no foot traffic, and grown adults should know how to cross a parking lot, opposite the road you barricaded. Stop signs, speed bumps, acknowledgement of your neighbors wants and needs should be met, like all the years before. Poorly run if you need to barricade others from your store, because now you cant get there anyway

Terribly overpriced Chinese made cheap quality sold at ridiculous upcharge. Buy better quality for much less anywhere else.

It was a novel idea when they first moved in, but then they cut off access to the strip mall and gas station for the surrounding neighborhood, an area already plagued by numerous one-way routes. Now theyre nothing more than a nuisance. They claim its for the safety of their employees, but given that they reopen it every year around Christmas, their busiest time of the year, its clear that this is nothing more than self-serving garbage. Eagerly awaiting the day they go out of business so the rest of us can get gas without driving around the whole neighborhood.

Horrible service. Owner is rude

Terrible customer service. I consider this company a high end custom service style business. We purchased a tree two Christmas ago and had them decorate it. We also paid them for delivery and storage during the off-season. There products are very expensive but are very nice quality so we felt it was worth it for what we wanted. The year we bought the tree, it was a bit of a challenge getting the delivery scheduled and it took several phone call attempts and no returned calls from the one person who schedules it. We chocked this up to it being the busy season. After that Christmas we had to call to get the pick up scheduled again having to wait several days for a call back from the only person who could schedule it. We again thought, maybe it was because we were a newer customer and probably werent on whatever list they might work with to get the pick up scheduled. Nope! This year we called in late October to schedule delivery so we could make sure we got the tree before Thanksgiving. It took several calls before we finally could get in touch with the one individual who could help. In this case, it seems we were too early and they needed to work on scheduling. Okay, thats fair. But, when we called right after the first of January to get the tree scheduled for pick-up, we were always sent to voicemail each of the three times we called over a period of 2 weeks. All emails were also ignored. Finally, on the 4th call we told them we probably just want a refund for the pick up and storage for the coming year. Another week goes by and no call or refund so we call again. We are informed the refund was processed and a check was in the mail. We shared our total experience with the person who answered the phone and were told that the individual that does the scheduling was on vacation so thats why we werent hearing back from anyone. May have been a different experience if someone would have bothered to tell us on one of the many previous calls of maybe if the person had used an out of office response on their email. The cost of delivery for Christmas, pick up after Christmas and storage until next year was $760.00. This is a luxury service with a luxury price tag. It does not however come with luxury custom service. Instead you literally have to beg them to hold up their end of the deal. Now, it may be due to the one individual but in the end I believe they honestly dont care since nobody ever reached out to discuss the issue with us. It was also mind blowing when we were told they usually request dates that delivery and pick up might be preferred. This was nonexistent to our knowledge as we were the ones begging them to do what they said they would. In the end, we spent somewhere around $1500-$2000 for the tree and decorations and also paid storage/delivery/pick-up fees for 1 1/2 years and for all of this expense, we now have a bag that the tree goes in and is likely severely damaged, decorating wise, so all in all we got about 2 years use out of the beautiful tree for a total of $2500-$3000. We had also purchased about $1500-$2000 of exterior light kits from them. Pretty much a horrible waste at this point. Sorry for the length of this but it was a long story. They will never get another dime from us and hopefully this review will prevent others from making the same mistake or that maybe Brite Ideas will learn to provide service matching the price of their products.
