Super affordable, well stocked, clean and friendly staff, with some of about everything.

This is the largest Goodwill Ive ever been to. It has such a wide variety of things, and even though its at the headquarters site, the prices havent been jacked up! For that Im thankful! It would be hard to enter and leave without getting anything. I found some games, a dress, some cookbooks, wax melts, etc. I really had to restrain myself from buying some other things!

Generally its usually good to come in here and browse, but the staff, today at least, had terrible attitudes, even when I was doing a drop off of some nice game console stuff. So if its inconvenient to take donations maybe Ill just sell the stuff next time..

Picking shade, love love lamps

A nice looking RCA stereo console from the mid-60s got my attention, along with some nice bookcases at this Papillion location.

Interesting place with a fairly wide variety of odds and ends.

Goodwill shop all the time. The little lady with the red hair follows me and my girlfriend around like we are up to something. I just want to enjoy my shopping experience I wish I knew who to report this woman to.

The Goodwill is one of my favorite places to pop in occasionally. The color tag discounts are always great. Only wish they had more people working the register. Check out takes a little too long sometimes.

Very organized and well ran store! Shout out to one of the managers there, Josh. He was beyond helpful! He was really nice and answered all of my questions! Ill be back again because of employees like him!

Always finding smiling friendly helpful employees n volunteers here. As clean as a warehouse based store can be. Never disappoints on selection of clothes purses shoes coats & boots.

I called them for a couch I wanted to donate and asked if they pick it up, I found the person on the phone not polite as when I said thank you he didnt even thank me for calling or anything he just hung up. I know its Goodwill and you dont care about customers or donators but it doesnt hurt to be a little cultured and polite.

I used to work there and while I work their by manager and coworkers made fun of my body and yelled at me for no reason and I quit, I’ll never go back there for a damn job or shop there ever again if they are making fun of their coworker’s body and Special needs.

Friendly associates. Clean. Organized better than most stores. Always stop at one of the many locations while Im in Omaha.

Called for assistance and was transferred to the manager who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She accused me of expecting them to dispose of my trash. A different location had said that they would have taken the old mattress and box spring to send for disposal as they are hard to get rid of, but they didnt have room. This location didnt even listen to what I was asking about. From one Leader to another, that is unacceptable behavior to display to a customer. A display of empathy and a no would be sufficient.

If you want cheap work clothes shirts pants even shorts just for for fun is a good place to go to get cheap stuff cuz otherwise you can go to a retail store and play pay full price but if you need work clothes is a good place to go to get work clothes for sure if youre going to ruin them

Way over priced out dated electronics. They want $100 for used out dated 25inch flat screens that may or may not work. You can get brand new 45 - 50in smart TVs for around $300. Over priced furniture that is badly damaged/falling apart.

Its very smart to shop goodwill youll able to put back into your community and find things that are hard to find.I buy things and add to them my own touch.its fun because you have beatiful items no one else can find.yes I love my goodwills.

Worst goodwill in Omaha. Always seems so disorganized and more expensive than others.

We shop at the Hillsdale Circle store weekly. A lot of the employees are friendly whom we became acquainted with. Approx. 5 weeks ago we were in the store and it seemed very uncomfortably warm. We were told the air Cond. was broken. Next week the same thing only we were waiting for a part the next week we were told the part was too expensive. Last week we were told it was fixed. If it was fixed how come we broke a sweat from shopping. I would think you would want the customers to stay in the store and shop more. The many stores we visit none have had this problem. Please address this issue. Thank you.

Staff was nice and helpful. I wasnt able to find anything to fit that I liked, but it was worth the look.

This goodwill is very clean and organized, but the prices are very high compared to other goodwills in the area. They know all of the name brand labels and up charge for them, but they charge more than eBay would sell the same pre loved items. So definitely be careful when buying a name brand item here bc a Rebecca Minkoff used bag that is very dirty is around $60, also they have coats from $30 to $400. Also the dresses and tops are $10 plus. Expensive goodwill, but friendly staff and organized

Internet cafe here. Free WiFi and access to desktop computers. Largest selection of books . Its hard to support Goodwill after we found out theyre paying theyre nebraska CEO four times the industry rate but I find cool stuff here sometimes

During a drop off on a cold night in January. Girl at the door was cursing and kicking the sliding door. I put a scanner printer just inside the door. While I was putting some more donations in the door. I saw her drop my box with the printer in a bin further in the store. I saw it drop from her hands and heard it shatter and break apart.

Best costume jewelry of Omaha GoodwillsNew experience worst ever of any thrift store. I was shopping for a hat my son needed for costom for Homecoming week. I found a beautiful wooden sewing box I really wanted and a hat I could modify for my son costom but was short about $10 to purchase all items. The cashier offered to hold the items while I went to get the additional money (less than half a mile away). I called ahead and my friend was waiting in the driveway with the money.Upon my return, one of thetwo cashiers who offered to hold the items told me the manager had come and taken the items. I asked where the manager was and where my items were now. The manager Marissa McCallister said they do not hold items for anyone! I told her the employees had offered to hold the items. Her reply was getting louder and a bit rude, to say the least. She said Its a new emoloyee, he did not know the rule. And I told her I did not ask and two of them both offered, I wasnt even gone for 10 minutes, I am less than a mile round trip. I want my items so I can go. And she told me I would not be buying anything from her store tonight and she wanted me to leave the store now or she would call the police I asked her for what? I have done nothing wrong, I just want my items. I need that hat for my son school costume. The manager said she had the employee put all the items back. I told here I hax checked and the sewing box was not there at all. At that point I did see the hat for my sons costume and retreived it. The manager told me to put ut back! I was NOT GOUNG TO BEBUYING ANYTHING FROM HER STORE TONIGHT.THE MANAGER, Marissa, was continually getting louder, ruder and more aggressive. She was insisiting I leave the store and I was repeatedly stTing I had not done anything wrong, it was she who was being loud, rude, and aggressive. The videos would show that and that I was walking backwards as she was advancing towards me.I did leave and go out to my car and had been wishing I had brought my phone in with me. But when I picked my phone up and noticed it was ten minutes to 9 and I needed and wanted the hat for my sons school Homecoming costume, I returned to try to purchase the hat. The employee paged the manager as I reentered the store. I told her I have not done anything wrong, I just want to get the hat for my son. But she said yes you have! I told you to leave the store! You are NOT buying anything here tonight! I am call the police! And she proceeded to call the police. I hope she did not call 911. She was also loud withthe officers on the phone. I repeatedly stated I have done nothing wrong and shebeven told the police on the phone that I had them hold items which is agsinst their rules. That I became loud and refused to leave.I remain in shocked disbelief that a person as unprofessional and with obvious anger management issues would be in a position such as a manager over young impressionable employees. But at a place such as Goodwill and to be as aggressive and demonstrate such anger towards a customer much less a disabled individual such as myself, as I repeatedly told her, is disgraceful to say the least. I have shopped this and several area Goodwills with my medical support dog. It is very fortunate I did not have him with me yesterday because it is part of his duty to protect me and with Marissas demonstrated anger and aggression he very well may have returned the actions in defenxe and protection of me. I believe this to be a very serious matter! I hope the videos will be reviewes ANd her aggresion towards me triggered traumatic recalls. Not a very friendly cashier, she didnt even give us change back and then when she did got made cause she was short. Like that is our problem. Will talk to a manager .

Great place to buy cheap books!

They should have BIG MEN size like 4, 5, or even up to a size 6 on their shirts, and Ts, up to sizes of 48/32 and 50/32.. or in a 5 XXXL Jackets or hoodies of different color..

They helped me with what I need, just not in a timely manner. They also were very polite.

I believe the North 72nd Goodwill is to high. The restrroms were filthy but workers was great.

We had a professional meeting there, it was clean and so were the rest rooms. The meeting room was fridgid.
