This store is way cool, even for a grandma. And the employees are kind and helpful without being snobby.

Disappointed. Used to sell things that were on the fringe. Now its just a movie/tv show advertisement.

Love this place. My daughter loves it more. She has a unique style and always wants to see what is new.

I do not necessarily like anything here but my daughter loves it and they are always friendly. Seems to have good deals like buy one get one 1/2 off pretty often which is always nice

Great selection of band t shirts!

They have a lot of awesome shirts and other attire. They also have lots of anime and Disney items also. Was able to find everything I was looking for.

The managers (as usual) stood around and did nothing/talking while the associates had to do absolutely everything else. They might try to use the excuse they were counting how many people enter and exit, but thats not a 2 person job, and thats not a job so heady the manager should be the one to do it. But both managers were just standing there, not social distanced from each other or the customers (albeit not helping any customers either), having a grand time while the associates were working hard.

I really enjoy looking at all the interesting stuff they have at Hot Topic.I walk around the rest of the mall because its winter and I dont enjoy walking out side in the snow. I find them all incredibly boring and very vanilla. Not sure who keeps them in business.I always go in to Hot Topic to see whats new and maybe buy some t-shirts or something. I am enjoying the new shirts they have been selling lately.Also, we are making it a point to purchase stuff from Hot Topic because we want them to stay in business,. It would be tragic if they closed, we would have to walk around without buying anything.

Ever since the closing of the Hot Topic in the Mall of The Bluffs, I’ve been going here and it’s as good as ever. They manage to pack so many cool clothing items and other merchandise in the small store. There are often multiple sales so look at the signs in there so you can get the best deals. I never leave empty handed!

Hot Topic is a great place that has a little bit of everything to fulfil your cravings for fans of all types. They have things for anime watchers and fun t-shirts. They also have body piercings and stuff. I got many cool things and plushees. I love that store and the people there are great!

Its a hot topic store, if you been there, you know what it is, - goth, vampire, metal and hoodoo stuff.

Love hot topic

Hot Topic always amuses me. When it comes to their employees they certainly have a type they like to hire. lolThis location feels a little less cramped than their others (all Hot Topics are cramped, but this one a little less so). T-shirts seem like theyre always on sale (buy one get second for 50% off is a frequent sale). Though, theres no shortage of places to buy graphic tees these days.

My date and I decided to get a little excercise before lunch, I think we arrived mid kids birthday party, still; plenty of enjoyment on the ice, and the staff was curtiously helpful, despite boredom!

Its another Hot Topic. One of those places for the middle / high school crowd to hang out on weekends. One of those places you can find that cute black dress but not much for colors. Random unknown Band shirt? You should be able to find that as well.

Is a great store. Just miss the good old days when they sold good things and not all these cartoony things. Feels more like a Disney store.

Always exceptional service when I go in this Hot Topic! The store manager always goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have and she is just a delightful person. By far the best Hot topic store I have ever stepped foot in!

Its hot topic....staff is nice but its always hard to move around in there. They have a lot of merchandise. Sometimes it smells but I think its just because its crowded

Huge selection here! But with a huge selection in small store its hard to even browse. The Oakview location has a better set up. Nice employees as well.

Found a few Funko Pops that were on line but not showing available in store luckily the guy found three of them for me and even honored the price online.

I have never had an issue with this place until today. I went in to buy some shirts for my son and Melanie (the employee) was very rude to me and my two year old son. This place is going down hill.

I used to love going into hot topics. Call me old idk, but its over crowded now, so much stuff jam packed in there you really dont get a chance to look at everything without being in someones way. You feel rushed BC youre in the way. The isles are narrow so theres no room to walk without knocking something over.I get the atmosphere but staff arent very helpful or friendly either. Now I know why I stopped shopping there a long time ago.

My daughter likes this store, its a little small but customer service is usually good.

Excellent selection of band t-shirts, television t-shirts, anime t-shirts, alternative jewelry and clothes, and a large selection of Funkos and some other collectibles. I may be getting too old for this store, but its still a good store if youre looking for the things listed above!

Too hot too crowded no room to move God forbid theres an emergency and ppl need to get out youll trip over things and knock things over and or get trampled. Too overwhelming with close quarters everything is in your face and not enough room to look through things without being in someones way
