I love the selection here and browsing the store for a hot minute. AKA an hour. I always find what I’m looking for and if I don’t, something finds me 🤷‍♀️The selection is vast and the store is always clean and organized. They get in unique T-shirt’s and I always have to buy one because I don’t see them anywhere else.I agree with some reviewers about service although my last two visits have been 💯 with being acknowledged and helped in a welcoming manner.There have been visits where it seems I don’t matter and those visits are usually short lived.Customer service matters! Your new lady is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Love to see that keep up.

Nice place just not a lot lps to choose from

We use to frequently stop by to look around. Often spent a good amount of money while there. Stopped by today and see the prices have more than doubled on a lot of dvds. For example, 2 years ago we got 2 seasons of a show for 3.99$, the same show is now 11.99$ per season. The selection is the same it was a year ago.

Great selection of records and CDs. Lots of games, movies, and accessories as well.

Offered me $7.50 for 5 4K UHD movies that they sere selling for $18-22 each. For the same movie they had on display for $22 they offered me $2. I asked how and was told it is how they make a profit. That is a 1000% difference, liberally. Insane. I think it is actually how you lose profit by ripping your customers off. Dont take anything here thinking youll get a fair deal.* in reply to tradepost, I understand obviously a profit is needed, most places (gamestop, pawn shops, fair businesses) tend to range anywhere from 25% to 60% difference. These werent DVDs or even blurays, they were the 4k UHD most recent of the three. Generally Gamestop (also a bad place to take used items) will give $5 and sell for 25$. 400% difference. Your store offers 2$ and has it on display (one in stock) for $22.That is 1000% difference and I dont care what it is or who its to, that is an outrageous difference. You also had a DJ Hero PS3 turntable on display for like 300$ or something outrageous. I asked the person working how much you guys buy them for because I had the same exact one, Eminem version and all and she looked it up....something like $1.50 or so outrageous, that is how i remember, and I think Im even being a little too generous. It may not be all of your stores that do this, but at least this one in Omaha. Also, for all of the other places that dont rip off as bad as this store, I will just go to that place instead and not bother with letting you know something you should have already knew, 1000% is a ripoff to the customer who is buying and/or selling.

An amazing selection of media of a types. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed. Totally worth a look.

Was not greeted or spoken to by the employee. Wildly inappropriate music was being played (glad I didn’t have kids with me). Trash piled up in the back of the store, empty shelves, messy displays. Not a good experience this morning.

I really love this store and they normally have a great selection and very reasonable prices. The only thing I dislike is the staff tends to be really unfriendly and not very helpful.

Ive been shopping here a long time. Very well organized and easy to find what you want. You can even search online before hand to see if they have what you want.

Great selection of movies and music, friendly staff

I went in to sell some used DVDS that I had and had no idea about everything they carried. This place made me totally happy and gave me tons of ideas for Christmas shopping this year. Totally took me back to my childhood of Nintendo and Mario Bros, not to mention that they have record players, and even one in my favorite color. The highlight for me was finding my all time favorite CD!I! played it twice in my car yesterday!! I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Will admit nice selection but extremely poor customer service... Was in there with friend of mine and passed by 2 employees and not one of them stopped to acknowledge us. After walking around for 5 minutes looking for a specific game not being asked if we could be helped or anything, we left. Didnt want to bother guy on phone, so hope your call was that important. And for Goth girl, try smiling more. That wouldve changed things.

Prices will be slightly, ever-so steep, library aint too hot, but is very large, and the hot ones in it are REALLY hot. THOSE have nice prices. Better than gamestop.

We love visiting Tradepost. This location is modern and clean. Tons of selection for CDs and movies. We often come for video games, and what they lack in title selection for the current gen of consoles they makeup for with a good selection of retro consoles and games. The staff is always super friendly and helpful without buging you too much as you browse.

The employee working was very polite and a great help and she has a sense of humor

It’s a nice looking place but DO NOT take anything in there to sell!!!! My husband and I got ripped off for selling a good 6-8 movies two of which hadn’t even been opened and the latest Blu-ray of GoT to get a whole 17 bucks!

They have an unbelievable Vinyl collection, the likes of which Ive never seen! Huge assortment of games, super clean store and very friendly as well as helpful staff! I highly recommend!!!

We went in looking for a specific item. My son found it plus 2 others. There was a special so he bought all 3. He was very happy as he had looked elsewhere and didnt find the games. Good job!

Store manager Ryan, assured me that I was purchasing a quality movie. I cant watch over half of my movie tonight because the disc was to scratched, and this is not the first time Ive encountered a disc that would not let me play a scene or two, but over half of the movie?!Dont waste a cent at this scam of a business.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of used records, cds, dvds, and Blu-rays. They probably have one of the largest selections of used 4ks in the area.
