A clean and relatively well-organized store - pretty good selection, perhaps a little overrun by POP! figures but a lot of pop culture places are these days. Sometimes I find neat regalia or Pokemon and Marvel merchandise here. When Ive gotten pre-owned games, they worked just fine. The staff is a lot nicer than some other video game stores Ive been to, as well, which is a big plus.

If youre a Pro member please watch your points when trading in games. This happened roughly two years ago, but was never resolved.I was told by the store manager that I had enough for a $10 Nintendo eShop card and asked if I wanted to redeem it. I told him I did not want to at the time. I checked my account page a week later just to find out someone had used it two days after my visit.

Worst game stop Ive seen. People are rude and not helpful at all. Save your self the time and find somewhere else to go. Basic staff and higher ups are all terrible.

New games are open and stored separate from their original packaging. That is no longer new in my opinion.Sales pitches for used games and memberships are far too relentless and aggressive. Employees seem embittered by the requirement to sell and gain a belittling attitude at the denial of a pitch.

This is the place that I never felt I “belong” there, probably because the policies or staff attitude. I purchased two preowned games- one didn’t work, and another was not expected. Tried to return them the next day, but was rejected because I lost the original receipts. GameStop would be eventually out of the business. Why it is still like in the 90s and never improved?

Parking lot sucks, but this is a great gamestop location. Employees are knowledgable and friendly. The store is clean and laid out well. They have a large stick of new and preowned games.

I know its not the staffs fault but it is utterly ridiculous their trade in values vs their used values. Something they give you 5 bucks for they sell for like 30. I stopped trading in and sell things on FB now. I even stopped buying from here unless its a preorder.

Great location with a very nice hroup of employees. The parking can be very difficult at peak times, but if you get creative you can find a spot somewhere. Also a decent selection of games.

Borderlands 3 launch was smooth and quick. Expected it to take longer with the size of the line. Well done

Been in here many times sometimes just looking other times for turning in used games and buying games as well. Staff seems happy and super helpful with everything! they have a good selection and they are not over priced and come forward when a mistake has been made. I will always recommend this gamestop over others but i am sure they all are great!

Really!? So I called the day before to order a game, an drove all the way to this location from ELKHORN and ( THERE IS NO PARKING HERE!) BEWARE! and the game had 3 DEEP GOUGES in it, they do Not resurface discs, and the person was kinda rude about it, + still wanted to charge me $15 for a TRASH disc that probably wouldnt play anyway,......dont waste your time😥

Very long wait in line this visit. The employees were doing a terrible job getting people in and out. Very inneficient operations. The employees themselves were shady and I suspected they were trying to pull something on me. I was doing a simple return of an unopened game. Luckily after waiting over 40 minutes, I was able to do the return after answering a lot of questions, and get all of my money back. I would recommend this store still, even after this experience. Other times when Ive come here when other people were working, its gone much faster, and been a better experience. It seems like these guys are given an opportunity to be slimy in the way in which they handle deals, and some of them choose to be less than honest to make a buck.

It was a nice place and all, parking sucks bad though, to tight of spaces and to few but thats not their fault. Regardless went in, there was a 3 person line and thats whatever I had nothing to do. Then waited 10 minutes because the employee was looking for something in the back. He was for sure frustrated he was alone and yelling in the back profanity as he searched for things the customer in front wanted. He found what he needed than proceeded to make snide comments to the customer about how he hurt himself getting their stuff. A few minutes later he brought up some promo that they said yes too than proceeded to complain about how he had to go to the back again.

Beware of Sheila and Anthony on 72 . These two are extremely rude to customer. They will make you regret ever going to game stop. Especially Sheila. Terrible manner of approach and very poor Customer service; compared to Bryce that works at game stop on Westroads . That dude is the best!

Horrible customer service, the employee at the counter continued to keep awnsering phone calls, instead of helping a paying customer, at the same time there was two employees working the counter, while one is busy ignoring me with phone calls the other walks away.. Completely rude. BTW prices in gamestop are a RIP off especially if it is used items.Parking at this location is a disaster as well.

Shopping at GameStop is a cringeworthy experience that I prefer to avoid. Rarely do I ever have to go in there, but when I do I’m accosted by their sales tactics right off the bat, and it’s the same rigamarole questions and riff raff every time. I know they’re trained to ask those questions, and I don’t care, I hate it. Luckily GameStop is quickly dying out and I’ll celebrate the day that they go bankrupt, and can no longer rip children off by giving them pennies for their games.

If you play use a 3ds, be preparedd for disappointment. A whole section is dedicated to pop figurines and overpriced tshirts, but god forbid they have more than 1 endcap shelf with used 3ds games (not even NEW games...anywhere). What a waste of time.

I purchased a used NES Classic and tried to return it because its defective and I cant because of their 7 day pre owned policy...which is fine but they also has 30 day pre owned policy for defective items to exchange for the same item. Since they dont have another pre owned item I cant get my money back or get at least store credit for what I paid for...So I lost $60 to them because of their stupid return policy, I will never shop at GameStop and I will let my friends and family know to never shop there as well.

Went in to buy littlebigplanet 3 for ps4. Decided to save a few bucks and buy used. Me and my girl were gonna have a good night of couch co-op but when i got home and opened the case I see lbp3 for ps3 and they are now closed (after 9pm when we finally got home) The girl behind the counter seemed clueless as to how to do her job.

Ive only bought from this Gamestop THREE TIMES and every time they sold me broken goods.The first time I bought Wii Party U, and the disc wouldnt read.The second time I bought a 3DS XL they wouldnt hold a charge, and I had to twist Gamestops arm just to get a 3DS that DID work!Today, I bought Rayman Legends for the Wii U, which ALSO cant be read.Dont buy used goods from here. Chances are that theyre unplayable! Go to the Gamestop in the mall instead. This Gamestop is nothing but trouble!

Good place to go to get games

Sold me a game that requires Internet without mentioning it. Then has me purchase a 3 month digital code for access tonolay game. Again failed to say I have to have Internet to even play the game. Digital code was more for multiplayer. Tried returning it after spend 70 on game and 30 on card and would only give me used game price now cause i opened it. What a joke.

The customer service was terrible. The cashier was so unfriendly towards me and passive aggressive.

Too small and not enough help. Also there is never anywhere to park. If nobody is there and you find a parking spot. Can get in and out with what you want usually.

Its expensive like every other gamestop but the customer service is really good.
