Sent a confidential document from a PC using their website with a basic print request. When I arrived at the store location, the rep checked two different email boxes on two separate computers (in two separate rooms) to say he doesnt have my document. Where is my document? He handed me a business card and told me to send the file to an email address. Why was the email not listed on the website? He expected me to drive back to the office to resend. Note to management: your broken system does not work for me.

IMP does a great job with our small business printing needs. Ive noticed the quality of print is better than that from our previous vendor, the service is fantastic, and we love the polo shirts they had made for us last year.
