What a fabulous print shop for Omaha. It starts with a great location - easily accessible from any starting point in the city. The staff is phenomenal - very friendly, attentive and thorough. They work very closely with me on the project to make sure that its exactly what I need. Pricing is very competitive and more often than not, lower than other quotes from other print shops. I highly recommend using Dan and his team for any printing needs that you have.

I LOVE working with Knock Out! The employees are all very kind, and have bent over backwards to get what I need done. I recently had an order that needed processing quickly. 200 invitations and envelopes, and they had it all beautifully done and ready ahead of time! I think the whole transaction took 2 days. :) Amazing! And all the while, they were offering me more services that they could help me with. I am floored by this print shop and will always choose them first! :)

Best print shop in omaha. Local small business that has no problem meeting demands of a large order. personalized family feel. My favorite thing about this company is that i dont know a lot about design. They creatively take my ideas and create professional beautiful brochures and packets. No wonder several of the largest companies in Omaha trust them. I was in a pinch and needed just a $2.00 order. Knockout had no problem doing that quickly as well. Didnt even act put out. Just as friendly and helpful as they were with a large order

Our client was having a week long conference in Omaha, and we needed a local printer to produce some items before we arrived. They did a great job on the posters and boards I asked for. Then, once on-site, I realized I was short some brochures I needed for an event. I was able to reach out to them and have them print the extra copies I needed and have them delivered to the hotel in plenty of time. They really saved my bacon and made us look good to the client. Id definitely recommend you utilize them if youre in the area!

Bush league service!!!!Went in to order post cards for a high school reunion. Made the entire postcard in Word and was ready for print (2 postcards on each sheet). No changes needed just told them I needed 75 color copies of 8 1/2 by 11 printed.The front lady was nice and approachable. Little did I know she would be found to later be incompetent.She opened the thumb drive and quickly found the file but appeared confused after opening it. She said it would be no problem after giving me a strange look and began to play with her mouse but never showed a proof or explained what she was doing (again stating “no problem”). Was behind a long counter, and I really figured “how hard can this be?” for a simple printing of 75 copies so I figured they could print it on the spot. But she told me it was a three day turn around and she’d call when it was done...... I figured fine, I’ll play along to give this a try.Three days later I show up, no call, and the order is sitting on the back shelf by the rest of the completed orders, shrink wrapped and appeared ready to go; the stack is not full sheets but cut down to the postcard size. I pick up the order and read the label showing 75 postcards. I specifically told them I needed 75 copies, not 75 postcards.Honestly in a way I can understand this miscommunication, but here’s where I don’t. There was NO MENTION of cutting, request for them to be prepared, and I even told the lady I was surprised that I couldn’t just get them the same day as I just needed copies and no real work needed to be done (there is a large printer sitting in plain view for smaller walk in orders). I figured perhaps 75 copies is borderline not quite easy so I let it slide. I regret that.The part that really gets me is two fold...I begin to walk out the door and realize that the now cut stack felt like 75 post cards, not the 75 full copies (with two to a page) and 150 POSTCARDS total. I was completely nice about it at first and mentioned to the same lady that there was a miscommunication that I wanted 150 postcards with the 75 copies and she looks at me confused. She then explains to me that they already made the cuts to the cards and they threw away the rest of the cutoff indicating like “sorry, we already cut them.” I realized immediately I wasn’t going to get my order fulfilled so now I have half the invites for a high school reunion and I’m S-O-L on the other half so I’m going to to KINKOS anyway (which I should have gone to in the first place. It’s half the price and none of the headache).And finally, to make it all complete I go to KINKOS printing off the other half I need and go home to start putting postage and labels on the cards. I notice that the ones just taken out of the shrink wrap from Knock Out Printing have been adjusted and I have to spend almost 2 hours trimming the cards to make them under the postcard size for USPS because the incompetent lady resized the image! If anyone does mailings you will know how tedious it is to trim 1-2mm of the edge of 75 cards just because some printing company front desk lady can’t help but mess up the most simple of orders.Again, the staff in the background seemed very nice and I don’t think this was a printer problem. They probably do great for large corporate orders. But if you have to go to that lady at the front desk or you have a small order, I would just encourage you to PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Between the resizing, lack of proof (if ANY changes are made), failing to do what you say you will (“we’ll call you as soon as it’s ready”) and just failure to even work with you when you do realize something went wrong with the order (this is the kicker for me - when there was no acknowledgment of even a hint of wrong doing on their part)....this place is just not worth it for my purposes. Take my experience and take your chances elsewhere.
