Possibly worst service I’ve ever experienced, lack of knowledge about product they sell. Missed out on a large quantity sale by telling me they can’t help with items they offer on their sales floor. Self checkout would be more helpful.

Oharco was very helpful with a recent cabinet hinge replacement project I was on. After going to three other locations, I was finally referred to Oharco and they spent the time and worked with me to make sure I purchased the correct replacement hinges. Great customer service, really nice people.

Rude and terrible customer service. I understand the supply chain issues and not selling to the general public. Even though I had purchased there before. No reason to be rude about it though. I just wanted to buy local but once again Amazon has proven to be a better option. Hinges ordered and will be here in two days! Sorry Oharko will never be back.
