Very dissatisfied with them. Looking for a home when out of town is very difficult and we had two days to look for a home and make selections. We went to the The Counter top shop. First there was no one available to talk to us. Our realtor found a girl that just showed us 3 pieces on display. No one consult us explain to us anything. We chose a quartz based on the 3 samples pointed to us. Why there was no one there to tell us bring a cabinet and then select the countertops????? No guidance and when we did the walkthrough the counter top on the island has white stains all over. Why a beige countertop has white blotchy stains ???? When I questioned everything Billy said that I choose the slab!!!! This was a lie I was shown a sample. Now I am stuck with counters I don’t like and island with quartz that is with stains. Go to the big suppliers with more selections and experience personal to help you !!!

The Counter Top Shop delivered a beautiful product with very professional results. Very easy to work with and I felt I got a great counter at a great price. They had to cut an extra hole for my faucet and were able to cut it on the job at my house and left no mess. I highly recommend them.

I had counter tops installed a couple of years ago by them. Had a minor issue last week and they were there the next day to fix it! Thats what I call customer service. The whole crew is top notch and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

My countertops are absolutely the best quality granite in town. They look amazing! Billy and his team worked hard to meet my deadline while working around my busy schedule. I would recommend this place any day over the others in town! His prices are better too!

BILLY THE COUNTER TOP SHOP OWNER IS A CROOK!Dont ever use them!Use A1 Kitchen and Bath if you want better pricing and a good installer.Use CKF if youre willing to pay a little more for a flawless install.Our construction company has used several countertop installers in Omaha. The Counter Top Shop has decent prices but does a C+ install at best. Their seams typically have small chips on the edges and they never seem to get the epoxy seam filler the correct color. They used to be very quick at scheduling which is why we used them several times.After our most recent experience with them we will never use them again. During the install they caused $200 in drywall damage. I was in the other room and heard them laugh and say oh that was there when we got here! I didnt put two and two together until one of my employees pointed out a large hole in our freshly painted drywall. They had not planned on telling me about the damage until I brought it up. I called their main office and the owner agreed to pay for the drywall damage but since we wanted them to pay for the drywall they were going to add on a $200 fee that they dont normally charge. I paid the original invoice minus the cost of drywall repair. I have now received a letter from their lawyer for a $400 bill. Twice the amount that it was when I last spoke with them!Bottom line these fees are ridiculous. They were not in the agreed upon price. They should have been honest and made things right when they made a mistake. Instead they laugh and lie about damaging our house and add on extra fees to make up for it!
